We spent our week here celebrating Christmas with our adult daughter, and we could not have asked for lovelier accommodations. Our daughter referred to it as paradise. All the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. This beautiful home played a huge role in making our Christmas celebration one to always be remembered.

Wonderful Getaway!

We stayed a week here and enjoyed it immensely! There were 14 of us including several children, and we stayed at the house for the vast majority of our entire time. The view was gorgeous, there was plenty of things to do and most of all, a wonderful place to just relax!When we got here we noticed the air conditioner on the upper level was not working as it was stuffy and hot in the master bedroom. We called Erica and she had someone come out and within a few hours it was fixed. We were very pleased with the response time on that!Would highly recommend this place! Notes:There are a lot of steps in this home and the bedroom situation upstairs is more accommodating for a family with children than individual couples. There are a lot of options for children to sleep.There was a pleasant surprise I did not see in the photos. A bonus room upstairs that includes a gym area with a treadmill, bike, stepper, some free weights, and a sauna!

Great Location and amenities

House was better than advertised, more space and extras than we had counted on, worked out well for our blended family a couple that came along for the trip. Location from water was about as good as it gets, close to many bars/restaurants, nice quiet cove with great dock for swimming and safe housing of our boat. highly recommend for boaters

Enjoyed boat dock and so much more

Our family of 13 totally enjoyed our week at the Sunrise Beach house. We used the dock all day long for boating, kayaking, and swimming. Evenings were relaxing in the great indoor and outdoor spaces including the fire pit area. We cooked all our meals at the house, saw deer during our daily walks up the hill, played driveway games, tried out several of the indoor games provided by the host. We found the house clean, the furnishings comfortable.

Great time with our family!!

We had six adults and four children ages 6 and under for our stay. It was a great location and we joked about the house being too big! But, it gave us nice space for everyone to have the ability to rest well and have privacy. The kids enjoyed the dock and swimming area. Our three year old granddaughter caught her first fish here… she was so excited! The outdoor seating is wonderful and we ate dinner at the house most evenings after being out and about during the day. There was a broken board on the deck upon check in, but the property manager was very attentive and had it repaired the next morning. We love our time at LOTO and would not hesitate to stay at this property again. Thank you!

Family Lake weekend

Overall really good. Great location, lots of room & amenities. There was a small issue with dishwasher- but new on was put in while we there.

Great Family Reunion Home

Had a great stay. Plenty of room for 8 adults that stayed for a long family reunion weekend (also had 6 other family members over for a cookout and plenty of space).Enjoyed the boat dock and decks.The place is not spotless, but not filthy either. A great lake home with plenty of space and activities to do while at the house.Will stay again if we make another trip to The Ozarks!

Serene Views in this Spacious Home

Excellent location and a very spacious home. Plenty of activities to do in the area. The views were perfect for sitting outside on the deck with a cup of coffee. The inside of the house is nicely updated and very clean. Check in went smoothly and the host was easy to get ahold of for any questions. I can't wait to go back!

Lake trip

We traveled with a large group (family and friends) for a 10 day trip to the Ozarks. When we arrived we were not impressed with the cleanliness of the house, quite the opposite. There was food (seafood) left in the refrigerator on the dock (it was really bad). That whole area was trashed. The house wasn’t clean, decks were a mess. We immediately reached out to the property manager and she had a cleaning out there asap. So that was Great! Very responsive. The house has a funky set up. The master bedroom isn’t a private bedroom. If you have a large group, chances are you will have guests walking through the master to get in and out of their bedroom!! And, no shower in the master bath. The house needs some love overall. As in “upkeep”. Other than that, we really enjoyed the house. Sunsets are amazing!!! And, it’s a great location. Plenty of room for all of us. We really enjoyed having the extra room right off the kitchen! Great vacation at the lake!!

Great Lake house!

Had a great stay here. House was perfect for our large group with plenty of beds and bathrooms. Common shared spaces were perfect for our group and we enjoyed our long weekend here. Would stay again for sure!

Great week!

Big house with tons of space. Lots of outside hang out areas between the huge deck (high top tables with fire pit centers are a big plus! ) and Lower decks offer a bunch of sun/shade options during the day and plenty of parking for our boat and toys! Views are spectacular as sun goes down. Cove located far enough from channel to be calm for skiing/ riding but close enough to check out bars/restaurants.

Big house with tons of space. Great location on the lake…far enough from channel that cove is calm fir riding and toys yet close enough to bars/restaurants to boat to. Nice views from deck. Large dock space to park boat/toys… and space to hang in sun or shade.

Great Lake house for big groups!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a large group of friends and there are plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. Common shared spaces were perfect for us and we all really enjoyed the house and the boat dock. Would recommend and stay again!

Fantastic Stay!

This house exceeded our expectations. Incredible views and the house was spacious and comfortable. Great winter retreat. There are many areas to hang out within the house, games to play and even an exercise area. We can’t wait to come back in warmer weather and get out on the lake!

We just loved our stay at this beautiful home! It was so peaceful and the view is amazing! The house is big yet it feels homey and comfortable. We loved playing cards in the sunroom and enjoying the views! Would love to come back in the summer and go on the lake!

Great Lake Experience!

What a Great Lake experience! We had 3 couples including 2 kids and had a great time. The views from this house are amazing. It’s big yet very comfortable with lots of options where to spend our time. The kids loved the games, paddle boards and kayaks. We enjoyed the decks, the dock, fire pit and it even has a fitness area! Can’t wait to come back!

BEST VACATION EVER!

Our family just truly loved this vacation home! There were 13 of us having a post-Thanksgiving weekend with plenty of room to spread out. The kids enjoyed the games that were made available and us adults enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. Can't wait to visit again in the summer and bring our boat!. Thanks for hosting such a lovely home.

Not as advertised

Many problems:1. Most of the beds were saggy in the middle and way too soft causing a bad night's sleep-unacceptable. Two of the beds had plastic around the mattress making it very warm. One of the guests slept outside on a couch in the lounge area. Couple with this was that one of the AC's was not working properly. It would not cool and kept on shutting off further adding to an uncomfortable night in addition to being extremely noisy. When I called the maintenance person, he told me that the owner was out of town for the weekend and could not do anything about the problem- not professional. Other problems include the dishwasher was not installed properly as the wire at the bottom on the right side would get caught on the door in addition to it tipping when the door was open and not cleaning very well. One of the most dangerous things was when our 2 yr. old tripped on the end of a throw carpet that was curled up at the corner throwing her face toward the corner glass of the kitchen table. Luckily, someone was there to catch her. There are several throw carpets that have the corner curling up making it dangerous. The master toilet would not flush, causing us to go down one level to use a toilet. The layout of the upper rooms with bedrooms is poorly laid out. In order to use the top floor which has several beds, you have to first pass through the master bedroom. Who wants a person to go through your bedroom when you are sleeping or when you want to spend time alone with your wife. The master BR only had one light working. When we first arrived, my wife and I went around to see if the lights worked since there were so many light switches, and several of the lights were burnt out, although the maintenance person came right over to replace the burnt-out bulbs. There are also lots and lots of light switches causing you to go around all of the time to figure out what lights go to which room, simple to label. This is particularly true in the main floor entry way. The pink pong paddle didn't even have 2 paddles, but one paddle that was spilt in two. You should be able to buy 2 paddles with the price of the house that you charge and the $650.00 to clean the house seemed a little over the top, especially when you wanted the guest to clean up all of the kitchen and load up the dishwasher before we left in addition to stripping all of the beds. Hotels don't ask a person to do this; all of this and you asked us to be out of the house by 10am on our final day.

Wonderful property

Loved the combination of indoor and outdoor areas to enjoy family time together. Ample sleeping quarters for the 11 adults and children, and beautiful views from the many decks and sitting areas - most with high quality televisions for children's movies, sporting events, etc.

So much fun

It was very nice. Some things in the house needed maintenance. Someone should probably check the house before renting. The kitchen sink faucet was ver loose and ready to fall out. Yard needed weed wacked, which they did come and do. But none of this stopped us from having a great time. The lake dock was amazing and you provided so many things for us to use to enjoy the lake.

Amazing View!

Our family had a wonderful time on our stay at this lovely home. It was very spacious and cozy. Our favorite part was relaxing on the dock and enjoying the wonderful view of the lake. We hope to visit again next summer.
