Este amplio Patio habitación está en la parte trasera de una propiedad tranquila que incluye una entrada privada y cuarto de baño. Una gran sala de 26 'por 13' tiene una cama tamaño Queen, servicio de Internet Wi-Fi, DirecTV, con tostadora, microondas, refrigerador, cafetera, mesa de comedor y sillas. El baño privado recién remodelado (febrero de 2017) tiene un baño encantador con lavamanos separado por una puerta de vidrio de bolsillo al baño con inodoro y ducha. Una cama plegable de una vía y el colchón de aire Aerobed también están disponibles. Soleado con 2 escotillones de luz, ventilador de techo y puertas francesas que se abren a una terraza elevada con comedor al aire libre y muebles de descansar. La bañera de hidromasaje flanquea la cubierta. Situado en una de las zonas más cotizadas de Los Ángeles, el Cañón de Santa Mónica es exuberante, con árboles y jardines, a pocos pasos de la playa, a un corto paseo de 5 minutos. (Ver ofrecen transporte a continuación.) Un poco más de una milla de distancia están el famoso muelle de Santa Mónica y Third Street Promenade. Se puede caminar en 20-30 minutos de las tiendas, teatros y las principales atracciones de Santa Mónica. Grandes restaurantes están a un par de cuadras de distancia. El carril bici de la playa con acceso conveniente está a solo 3 cuadras de distancia.
Cerca de la playa: A sólo 3 cuadras de la playa. Dentro de los 5 minutos, sus pies están en la arena, o están en bicicleta, patinar, correr en el baño de moto que va por millas. El carril bici pasa por el famoso muelle de Santa Mónica y continúa a la salvaje y loco paseo marítimo de Venecia y Marina Del Rey.

This Guest Patio room is a great location! There is a perfect amount of space and you can tell Len has put in a lot of effort to make sure his guests have a great experience. If we get back to Santa Monica, we will definitely stay here again!

highly recommend staying here! great room, and the hot tub was so relaxing. Len was very welcoming and nice. they gave a little basket of snacks which was sweet. would definitely stay here again if and when we come back!

Cozy spot in the perfect location

Absolutely loved our stay. It was cozy and private. Included a complimentary wine bottle and snacks. Len was easy to communicate with and made sure we made it into our accommodation without hassle. The property is BLOCKS from the beach and 10min walk or quick bike ride from Santa Monica Pier. Will definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and close to the beach

We stayed at Len’s little studio/guest house for a night. It had everything we needed. My 7 year old and I loved the hot tub and we all enjoyed just sitting outside in the patio. Everything is close by: places to eat, beach, etc. I would stay here again.

Loved it!

This was a very cute studio. We had everything that we needed, bikes, fridge, microwave and beach items (towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand pails, chairs). The walk to the beach was a very short 3 blocks away - no problems carrying our items to the beach. Very safe area, we never felt uncomfortable while walking, day or night. Everything about this location was great.

Perfect for us

We rather stay in VRBO’s vs hotels and this place had all we wanted and needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and the clean house. It is small but it was perfect for us. It is close to restaurants and the beach. We were there for National Championship Game so it was not a beach trip but it was very close. When we communicated with owner we got a quick response. I will recommend a couple to stay here. It may be too small to bring kids. We loved it!

Great place close to beach!

Len is a very attentive host and I appreciated all the little things he does. There’s filtered water and snacks to enjoy. I loved using the bikes as we went down the coastal path. The small air conditioner was a life saver as it kept the patio house cool. The only thing I would change is to get a new bed. We didn’t sleep very well and we even put the foam toppers on. I’d love to visit again if the bed is better. Thanks Len for letting us stay at you place.

Exactly as described! Very clean and comfortable!

This property was exactly as described, the bathroom looks as if it was recently renovated and has a light, airy feel. The owner is friendly and extremely organized. The property is very, very clean. Len is around for questions or guidance, he is very familiar with the area and has great suggestions. I particularly appreciated the small touches, like the snack basket he left for us and the bottle of wine. He also provides coffee, creamer, paper goods and aluminum foil! All the things you need in a small quantity for a few days, and would otherwise have to purchase large packages that would be a waste! There is a water cooler which was really appreciated!! Another family was staying in his adjacent property, but that was not a problem. We shared the hot tub which was by our unit but it worked out fine. Len has an array of bicycles, helmets, sand toys, and coolers. Pretty much all you need for a day at the beach! Street parking was readily available. The location is actually more at the north end of Santa Monica, the pier is walkable but is about 2 miles away. All in all a wonderful experience and stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you to Len for offering this gem.

Not good

We spent 3 nights at this property and it was no fun. The room is not as pretty as described (doesnt even have the proper walls and you could even see water damage along the sky lights). Also, the place is very smelly and the bathroom is so old and not very clean. The patio was very dirty and the owner himself did not care much about us being guests grilling and leaving dirty dishes in the sun for 2 days. There is no place where you can wash some fruits and there is no way you can do any grilling . The parking on the street could be challenging, specially if you are vacationing during a holiday season. The pros about this property are that it is close to the beach, it's 40 mins walking from downtown Santa Monica and the bed was comfortable. The owner is smiley and friendly, but that doesn't mean the place is inviting. Those 5 stars review misled us. I would have preferred to spend a little bit more for a better place. Adina

Relaxing

It was a very relaxing stay really enjoy the hot tub in the private patio. It was a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go in a short walk to the beach. I would definitely stay again.

Great stay!

We loved our stay here! The hosts were so friendly and welcoming and the location was perfect! Easy walk to the beach and to restaurants. Very clean and host provided snacks and wine upon our arrival.

Great place to stay

The location is great, the area is lovely and quiet, right by the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. Communication with Len was easy and I appreciated being able to check in early and leave my bag for a few hours after I checked out. I’d definitely stay here again.

*Clean and comfortable*

Our hosts went out of their way to include generous special touches. They even came to our aid to get beach tar off our feet. We really enjoyed the flowery patio and hot tub. A lovely neighborhood for walking and like most busy Cali beach towns parking is a challenge. The studio is situated off the street and behind a solid gate giving it a secure and private feel. Best of all a very comfortable bed = Zzzzzzz’s. ;)

My daughter and I were there for two nights and absolutely enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and orderly and Len made sure that we had everything that we needed. Plenty of privacy. We will definitely be trying to stay there again in the future, and we will make sure that our friends know about this place as well. It was so much better than staying in a hotel room!

I’ll return!

This was much more spacious than the photos show. The bed is a dream which was critical for me as I was working 12 hours daily on my feet at a golf tournament. It was well equipped with the amenities listed along with extras such as an Arrowhead water dispenser, room heaters, Directv, floor length mirror, extra blankets and towels, comfortable kitchen table, basket of snacks and a bottle of wine! The notebook of local restaurants and attractions was thorough and helpful. Len greeted me on arrival and toured me through the property. He and his wife are delightfully friendly and, as they should be, proud of their home and guest homes. A+ from this retired teacher!!

wonderful stay in peaceful neighborhood!

Len was a great host, and made sure we had everything we might need. The room we stayed in was spacious, well-thought out, and comfortable. Love the neighborhood and Len’s helpful guidebook as well! Will definitely come back the next time we are in the area.
