We absolutely loved this property. The big back yard was a huge a selling point for us and it didn’t disappoint. Very kid friendly and comfortable. I also loved that the check out ‘chores’ were minimal and reasonable. Would stay again!

Wonderful home in a great location. Short drive to. Craigville Beach and the shops and dining in Hyannis. The backyard is awesome! The kitchen is well-equipped. The home was comfortable in all rooms during the hot days of summer. Thank you, Mercia!

Great Cape Getaway

Loved how easy it was to get around. Instructions were a little unclear about check out time (VRBO listing said 10a but instructions said 9am), not a big deal though as the property manager was a text away and super helpful

Our host was very helpful with a few requests regarding outdoor issues. The property is beautiful and there are alot of things in the Centerville area to do. The beaches were close and clean. We were disappointed with the grill. We planned to eat outside and did twice. Our grill failed to heat up and caused chaos for our meal and guests. The entire grill was full of rust and unclean. I cleaned the grill plates with the very well worn wire brush and used tinfoil on the plates. There was alot of bkack grease buildup along the back of the grill. The second nite was better eating outside (pizza from a local pizza restaurant)but night time lighting was not adequate. The outdoor shower was wonderful. Unfortunately there was a great deal of rust on both hinges and it fell off when opened after a shower due to the top screw section rusting away. The basement area was large and well stocked with toys for my 3 year old grandson. Drawback: musty smell thruout our stay as the dehumidifier drained poorly. We love the area and the house. With a few improvements this is the place to stay!

Much Needed Family Weekend

Property is exactly as pictured, very nice and comfortable. Everything we expected for our stay. Outdoor furniture cushions were dirty from the elements, and would have been nice if the furniture was covered to keep clean when not in use.

Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay in your house! It was perfect for us! All the amenities were fully appreciated (full equipped kitchen!!) ! Mercia has beach towels, chairs, umbrellas that we can use for the beach! The backyard is awesome, fully equipped! The neighborhood is very quiet. We would return to your place anytime!

Nice weekend getaway

Nice home for large group. We were a group of 7 women for a weekend and enjoyed our stay. Only downside is the bathroom is small. Getting ready was tricky with so many of us and only 1 full bath. The outdoor shower was a help though. Space is nicely setup to enjoy the outside. Outdoor table is huge and patio is spacious and private. There are lots of trees so be aware that there will be debris to tidy up if looking to use outdoor space besides the covered table. Area very convenient to Hyannis and beaches. Would stay again!

Get away weekend

Hello, our first impression of the place was happy, cute house, big backyard. We mostly sat out at night by the fire, had dinner on the deck. There is some upgrades that need to done but our biggest complaint was the slider. Going in and out of the house was stressful, I thought I was going to pull the door off the track. Most upgrades that need to be done were indoors. Location was good, convenient to our agenda for the weekend.

Beautiful house, close to everything

The pictures online don’t do this home justice! We booked very last minute, as our original trip to Aruba had been canceled but we still wanted to go “away”. This was one of the only homes that was still available on short notice that looked decent, was a good price and close to everywhere we wanted to go. So we booked it. We were surprised when we got there that this house was SO nice! Plenty of space, a large dining table perfect for playing games at night, a deck with furniture and a grill which was perfect for eating dinner and hanging out. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. I would absolutely book this home again!

Hyannis retreat

We had a great time staying at this place in Hyannis. Very quiet, close to everything, plenty of room for 5 of us. Only thing I would change is to repair the back slider door. Thank you for letting us stay, would definitely stay there again.

Nice house in a great location

The house is immaculate and more than adequately appointed. Communication with the owner was excellent. And the central location of the house Hyannis and Cape Cod points of interest was very convenient. The house would be a great place for an extended family to enjoy a vacation together. We’d go there again.

Home away from Home

We loved our stay at Mercia’s home! It is a comfortable home beautifully decorated with endless amenities, and located close by to everything in Hyannis, W Yarmouth, as well as an easy drive to the outer cape. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Centerville Gem

Plenty of room in this beautiful home. Double fenced lot outdoor activities. Centrally located to Hyannis and beaches. Highly recommend.
