¡Bienvenido a The Lodge at Ridgepoint! ¡Este condominio recientemente renovado y decorado de 1650 pies cuadrados tiene en mente a la familia y amigos que aman esquiar en Deer Valley y Park City! ¡Mucho espacio para 1-2 familias para compartir! Ingrese a The Lodge para encontrar tres dormitorios, dos baños completos, lavadora / secadora, armarios para equipos de esquí (por dentro y por fuera) y una terraza privada con bañera de hidromasaje para 6-8 personas. Just fantastic. While snow was light, everything else made up for it. The home is so cozy and completely decorated for the holidays which was a total surprise and just lovely. Lisa was more than accommodating and so responsive on a very minor issue (needed a wine opener and she had one to us in minutes). Location is everything. While ski out was not possible, walking to silver lake was so easy. Deer Valley/Park City is a special place and Ridgepoint is an ideal location to experience it all, snow or not !

Fantastic yet again!

My family recently stayed here for Spring Break and had a wonderful time. The condo is wonderfully appointed and my boys (11 & 8) loved skiing and then coming home to the hot tub. The ski in- ski out is extremely convenient and we plan to come back again next year.

Great time all around!!

We had a great first time trip to Park City / Deer Valley. The ski in / ski out condo is beautiful....great location....close to everything, hot tub was very relaxing after long days of skiing. I have skied at many resorts and Deer Valley is hands down the best family ski resort I have ever been. Defininetly going back!

Beautiful very clean townhome with a great location and mountain views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this townhome. It was very comfortable for our family of four. The property is very clean, has beautiful views, good sized rooms, well stocked kitchen and easy to use private hot tub. Convenient location. Very close to Restaurants and shops in Silver Lake and a short drive to Main Street. The owner Lisa was a pleasure to work with and super attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend this property.

Fabulous location. Don’t go to the grocery until you get there and see all the essentials they have! Ski out, almost ski in. Short walk down the street. Very comfortable and Lisa was super to work with. We are going back.

Terrific!

Lisa's place was very well appointed and wonderfully comfortable. Sadly due to low snowfall we could not use the ski-in/ski-out feature of the property - but with Deer Valley's system of storing skis and boots it was no problem - we simply walked a short way and we were always on the lift for first tracks. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of space for our family of six -- kids age: 18, 16, 13 and 10...Just Fabulous!

Loved the Lodge!

We had an amazing family ski vacation while staying at this gorgeous property. After considerable research, this was the perfect place for our family. We loved the ability to ski in/out (with younger kids), the relaxing deck hottub, and the stunning views. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area with the ability to be in town within minutes. The condo itself is just as beautiful in person as pictured - well decorated and perfectly maintained. Yet, the best part of this property has to be the amazing personal customer service provided by Lisa, the owner. She answered every question promptly and resolved any minor issues immediately. We'd love to come back again soon!

Summer 2019

This is our third year in a row renting the Lodge at Ridgepoint in Deer Valley. It almost feels like our 2nd home. It is perfect for our family of 4. It is clean, well-appointed and well-decorated. It has all the amenities needed for an extended stay. The view out the balcony to the Park City Mountain Resort is beautiful. It is so peaceful there! Lisa is an incredible owner! She is genuinely concerned with the quality of one’s stay. She communicates effectively and immediately. We are so thankful for the opportunity to stay there. We will always stay there when we visit Park City.

Excellent home, fantastic location, great owners!

My wife, boys and myself had the pleasure of spending five fabulous days at this home. It is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It is well appointed and clean. The hot tub was great after a day on the slopes. The beds are incredibly comfortable. It is ski in/ski out with a short walk across the parking lot. It is a close drive to Main Street in park city. Our boys loved the bunk beds and loft. Deer valley continues to be one of the best family spots we have been to! Lisa was extremely responsive answering all our questions leading up to our trip and even while we were on site. We can recommend this property without an reservations. We will definitely be back next year.

Amazing place with great attention to details

I can’t say enough about our experience. Lisa the host was amazing. The place was amazing and shows even better in person. One of the things I loved was that it was stocked with all the essentials even in the bathrooms. I really appreciate that we didn’t have to go buy random things. You had everything you needed to clean or shower. The access to the slopes was super easy. Pop your skis on right outside and you were on the slopes in 5 mins. Same to get home super easy. Catch a lift in Deer Valley and back home in 5 mins. Lisa was very responsive with all our questions and was great with communication. I would recommend this place 100 over 100 and we will definitely rebook.

absolutely perfect summer escape

Lisa's place is perfect. Our family of five (myself and my husband and three children ages 5, 7, 9) had a wonderful late July week at Lisa's place. The home is lovely: great views and spacious. The front door screen was an especially pleasant addition as the mountain breezes come through the home and keep everything feeling crisp and cool even on a day when it is hot down in Park City. We loved the location--our children talked us into taking them to their "favorite restaurant in the whole world" twice (Champions Club at the Stein Erickson which my children love because it has free arcade games)--and we enjoyed that it was an easy short walk over there from the condo. Lisa is super responsive--I did not meet her but she checked in with me via text even offering advice and suggestions. She has outfitted the condo with everything--spices, pool noodles, pool towels, even shampoos, really everything was wonderful. My husband and I put the kids to bed every night and had a glass of wine on the porch and talked about how we someday make the leap to have our own place as nice as Lisa's up here.

great location, amazing view, and lovely property

My experience renting this home was great from start to finish. The owner Lisa was very easy to work with, she was more than helpful starting from my initial inquiry. From my experience renting from owners, this makes all the difference. The property is lovely. Its very nicely decorated and has everything you need. The views are stunning. The ski in and out access is not for beginners. (Just a note). It didn't matter to us because we had to drive to the base of the mtn to drop our kids anyway. Most of our group came down with colds while on our trip. There was literally a box of soft (not the cheap stuff) kleenex every where you turn in this house (I think we used it all.) We joked how much we appreciated that! Its the small details like this that make this place great. Lisa knew that we were bringing our one year old, she was thoughtful enough to purchase a pack and play for the property for our stay. The condo does have 3 floors and is not really conducive to babies and toddlers who don't navigate stairs. We bought a few cheap baby gates at Walmart that worked good enough for our stay. We will be back to ski Deer Valley soon and will stay here again.

Upon realizing how much we truly loved the mountains year round, we permanently moved our family to Park City in 2018. There is nothing better than raising a family where skiing, mountain biking, hiking and life outdoors is plentiful!

In addition to our personally owned Ridgepoint home, we manage 5 other Ridgepoint units for our neighbors as well as additional nightly rentals throughout Park City. We are happy to help guests plan for multi unit rentals and refer to additional Ridgepoint units if needed. We have many great neighbors and love to help guests find the right property to suit their needs!

With Mountain Town Stays, you'll get 24/7 local access to the same team of people dedicated to your vacation in Deer Valley/Park City. Don't be surprised if you run into us on property.
