Sol y surf a tu puerta

Venga a disfrutar de nuestra cómoda escapada junto a la playa. Relájese y estírese en 1400 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable con vista al mar desde la cubierta del segundo piso, sala, comedor y las dos habitaciones. Levántate temprano, prepara una taza de café y mira cómo las olas llegan desde tu terraza privada. Respira el delicioso aire salado. Escucha el parloteo de los pájaros de la playa. Un corto paseo lo llevará a nuestra fantástica playa de arena azucarada. No hay nada más rejuvenecedor que el tiempo que pasarás mirando las olas.

Buscando comodidad? Hay lujosos sofás reclinables de cuero y un televisor de pantalla plana de 60 pulgadas para su entretenimiento después de la playa con los cables Roku y Spectrum. Una cocina bien equipada y un amplio comedor se encuentran junto a la sala de estar. Arriba encontrará dos dormitorios, cada uno con una cómoda cama King. El dormitorio principal tiene baño en suite. La habitación de huéspedes tiene acceso directo a un baño completo separado. Se proporcionan toallas y ropa de cama. Nos complace incluir Wi-Fi gratis en toda la casa.

Great Getaway!

This home is lovely and very clean with great amenities. The 2 minute walk to the beach was fantastic. We had family staying at the Pelican Condos which were only a 6 minute walk away and less than a 2 minute drive. Will recommend this place to friends looking for a place to stay in the area. We would love to stay here again!

Comfy & clean on the sea

Just steps from the beach (& a public handicapped ramp to it) is this 2nd & 3rd story bright and comfortable duplex. Beach walks and deck relaxing were how we spent our time when we weren’t enjoying the many good restaurants recommended by the hosts’ informative notebook. I highly recommend this WELL-equipped beach home and these thoughtful, gracious, responsive hosts. Wonderful linens too 🙂. Hope the County soon fixes the beach ramp damaged by hurricane.

not a house

place is very clean. Listing makes you think you are staying in a house. It is a 4 unit apartment building with shared parking on a very busy street. Had people below us and very loud people next to us

Beach stay

The house was excellent and very close to a great beach. The house had everything we needed and also had beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon to make it easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great beach house!

This was our second time staying at this house. Great location just a short few steps to the beach! Very clean and it has everything you need for a few days or a much longer stay. The owners are always available. We had an amazing time again!

You can see the waves from the porch...

Just a half block to the beach. I highly recommend this property if you want to stay in a house instead of an condo.

New Smyrna Beach Rental

The inside was nice. I was not crazy that it was right on A1A. For some reason when booking I was under the impression this was a single house on stilts because of the description and the picture. The beds were comfortable and I actually got some much needed rest. First time ever that there was enough toilet paper, paper towels, bags, detergent, dryer sheets, etc. Normally you just get the sample size stuff and you have to go get more before the end of the week. Salt and pepper and plenty of other spices, as well as coffee, and filters. Loved the resident gopher tortoise and other reptiles. Please do not be afraid, as they are gentle creatures and rather entertaining to watch. Close to the beach. Chairs, umbrella, wagon, but the ramp for wheelchairs and wagons is still not fixed. But you can manage a wagon you just have to lift it up at the end. The Treehouse restaurant and Third Wave restaurant had excellent food and service. They are both pricey and Third Wave serves more of a vegetarian style menu but they have pizza. I got the frittata and it was excellent. The sea scallops at the Treehouse were also excellent. Lots of quaint little shops. People mostly friendly. We got to watch a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral National Seashore just south about 20 minutes down A1A, which was really cool. This is the second time Ive seen a launch. I plan on going for another. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we had really nice weather. Host Marianne promptly responded to my emails.

Perfect beach getaway

We will definitely stay at Seas the day again, we felt right at home, super comfy beds. The house had a beachy feel, two minute walk to the beach Marianne provides a wagon to haul everything to the beach. We absolutely enjoyed our time in New Symrna Beach. We enjoyed meeting Marianne and Nick, they are the perfect hosts.

Definitely

We recently went to Florida for bike week as we do each year. New Smyrna is one of favorite places to stay. This rental being in New Smyrna caught our eye and glad it did so. This rental was very well maintained and is the cleanest we ve stayed in thus far. Meet the owner and she was such a nice person. Will definitely be getting this rental again if can do so .

Great location, very close to beach. Good beach chairs. Great to have washer/dryer. Well equipped with all necessities. Host very responsive. My husband and I, along with my sister and brother in law enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice beach getaway

The property was clean, everything seem to work well. The location to the beach and down town was great. The parking was limited but turned out to be okay. I was in contact with the owners but never met them, they seemed very willing to accommodate their guests. We vacation in this area and would recommend to a friend and return myself.

Great Vacation

This is our 2nd year staying at the beach house because we had such a wonderful time the previous year. Everything is meticulously clean, white sheets pressed and such comfortable new mattresses. I appreciate all the space upstairs and downstairs, makes you feel like your not piled into a hotel with a bunch of other people but instead feels like you live there. With two wooden boardwalks to choose from; makes for a easy stroll onto the beach with chair in tow. You can see the water from the master bedroom and have views of bushy palm trees from the guest room. With Canal Street only a few minutes away all the shops ( I loved Posh Pineapple), grocery store and food venues …. It’s hard to imagine that it can be so close to this beach house which feels like a private beach every time we go. Thanks again!

Beautiful Beach Steps Away

We loved the amount of space in this rental and the washer/dryer on the second floor was a plus. The larger TV in the living area was appreciated since it was NCAA basketball week. Very short walk to the beach was great. Communication with the owners was awesome! We enjoyed our stay.

Efficient and private

Great central locale to everything we wanted to do in Daytona Beach and NSB. Two bedrms w attached private baths great for travel w teenager. Washer/dryer a plus. Linens and towels clean and beach towels and beach chairs a nice touch. Beach, a short walk. Great communications w owner throughout. Enjoyed our stay!

Best Birthday Celebration Ever

First off the host's of this property are awesome!! Nick and Marriane have thought of everything possible you come need for a beach trip. So sweet was walking in to an extra clean BEAUTIFUL home. Yes I said home. You can tell they are very detail oriented. I felt completely " at home" here. What a surprise I also found was a birthday card and gift, so sweet! Thank you for that! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The beach AMAZING, you can actually drive on it! Only about 200 feet walking as well! Beautiful place( photos don't do it justice) Amazing hosts great restaurants. Marriane and Nick even alerted us to a rocket launch we watch from the beach.. Simply an Amazing vacation!!

Easy access to the beach, can even walk barefoot to and from. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Very relaxing!

My husband and I just love the beach and this place was perfect. We talked with the owners and they care about how your stay is. The bedding was new and the leather couches were the best. We found an assortment of kitchen items to make dinner or lunch and even a crockpot which was used several times while we played at the beach. Oh and it is so close to all the dining areas and even had recommended dining options that we had never visited. Thank you so much.
