¡Vista excepcional, central para todo!

Fantástica experiencia de villa! Gran vista desde su gran piscina privada y bañera de hidromasaje. ¡Central para todo! 25 minutos a Disney, 35 minutos a Universal, 30 minutos a Sea World. Esos son solo los principales parques temáticos. Otros incluyen docenas de parques acuáticos, Gatorland (31 minutos), Fun Spot America (20 minutos), Discovery Cove (32 minutos) y muchos más.

Esta es una casa cómoda de dos pisos que puede acomodar a varias familias. Viajen juntos y ahorren su dinero para los parques. Además, obtienes la privacidad y la relajación de tu propia casa y tu propia piscina al final de un día ocupado visitando los parques.

Tengo un excelente administrador de propiedades que vive cerca. Se llama David y está disponible en cualquier momento por teléfono o mensaje de texto.

Personalmente me encanta la vista. Es súper relajante y en una excelente comunidad. En segundo lugar, si nunca estás en Kissimmee, siempre hay algo que hacer.

Recomiendo conseguir un coche de alquiler (son relativamente baratos en el aeropuerto) o usar Uber / Lyft.

La calefacción de la piscina es de $ 25 por día para cubrir los costos (estándar para el área). Si lo desea, háganoslo saber a mí oa David.

Se admiten mascotas pequeñas capacitadas con un depósito no reembolsable de $ 100.

Perfect family vacation

Everything was nice and neat. If you have a big family this is the perfect house for you. The pool area and hot tub was great. No complaints. David thank you for everything.

My stay was pretty nice & warm . The backyard view is really spectacular, the house is huge and my family and I were able to enjoy this spacious house . Owner was very easy to communicate with which made things super easy. Overall we had a good time .

The house description was accurate; we needed 10 beds with no bunk beds and that is what it had. Pool and hot tub were on and clean. The local and distant management were responsive and helpful.

Solid

The property was as advertised. Plenty of room with 7 BR's and 4 Baths. A couple of minor issues were addressed during our stay. The place is a bit "worn", but clean. The view is great as it sits on a small lake/big pond. Lots of interesting birds like to hang out there and we DID see a small gator which was fun. Pool is in good shape and we enjoyed it.

Broken window in one bedroom. Microwave and the garbage disposal didn’t work (got fixed). Pool was dirty. Ceiling leaked. Mold in showers.

Dirty house

This property has a nice view. However this was by far the dirtiest house. Lucky we were gone most of the time. The back door to the pool wasn't working. It took them days to get it fixed. Nothing in the game room/ garage worked. If i had small children i would not have stayed. I had to buy cleaning supplies and cleaned the place just so i could feel a little better about sleeping there

Would not ever stay here again

Very unclean. Check in day we had to go get a nozzle for the hose so we could clean all the mold that covered the entire pool area. First night we had to entirely clean the kitchen there were dead bugs everywhere including the knife block. Washer and Dryer were old and outdated.Dead roaches and bugs everywhere including the stove. Live roaches too killed a few while we were there.Security system didn’t work there were sensors hanging off the walls. It’s clear this house doesn’t get rented alot and the past reviews are correct. The ad says 2-4 cars but only can fit 2 we had police show up cause the sidewalk runs through middle of driveway and you can’t block it. We gave it the benefit of the doubt all the reviews were old but clearly no effort was put in to fix any of the issues… the list is a mile long

Not worth the money

Of the four trips we have now made to florida rhe last four years this was the worst. The house was not as it was advertised. The game room was all but unusable with the fuse ball table not working, the air hockey table having no air, and the pool table falling apart and having one pool stick. The pool area was dirty, the screens torn, the doors wouldnt stay shut, the pool flooded with ants and took days to finally clean out. The tvs for the most part didnt work, the arcade machine upstairs disnt work. The beds in the kids rooms were covered in animal area from the start as if they had not even had the sheets washed.the downstairs master has broken glass in the shower and under the bed which my inlaws found by stepping on it and cutting themselves. The keypad on the front door died a couple days in ans we were told the batteries would be changed ans they never were. The trash situation was a nightmare the entire time. The vents in the entire house are black and have not been cleaned in forever. The house was not properly cleaned. The floors left our feet black, bugs everywhere including roaches, cobwebs in all the ceiling corners, had to buy a mop and other cleaning supplies just to feel comfortable. The fridge leaks water from thr condenser in the back into whatever food u might have in the drip path. The pictures in the ad are deceiving. The contact with the management company was horrible. The two weeks was not enjoyable nor worth the money we spent.

Disappointed

Upon arrival the alarm was not functional. Notified the appropriate person never received a reply. Non of the game room items worked or were missing pieces, the ceiling fan in the down stairs bedroom was not functional, and the living room fan was screeching the entire time. The window screens were ripped. There wasn’t enough towels or pots and pans. There wasn’t even any dish towels. The crockpot didn’t even work. Overall this place was dingy. The vents were dirty, the dishes weren’t done, the grill was filthy with the old tin foil left on. You pay extra to heat the hot tub that was colder then the pool, the oven took forever to heat up to temperate. Some of the outlets didn’t work. There was no dish soap, laundry soap, or even dishwasher pods to start the dishwasher, there wasn’t even any garbage bags. The bedding was stained. The net on the outside of the house was ripped and the poles were bent. There was a giant hornets nest above the door. The bathrooms smelt musty and half the locks didn’t work. The major appliances did work, the dishwasher ran along with the washer and dryers, and there was a second fridge in the garage so that was nice. There was plenty of hot water for everybody to shower and the air conditioner worked very well. We weren’t expecting hotel accommodation, but when we are told you can accommodate 21 people, we expect you to be able to actually do so. We left cleaning supplies, dish towels, and garage bags for the next people.

Filthy house

The residence was not cleaned properly. The pool was filthy. The residence had roaches and ants. The furniture was old. A few beds were broken and holes in the wall. The sink was not working and brown water came from the sinks The master bedroom was not bad.The good thing is the residence was spacious. This was the worst place I rented thus far. My family and I made the best of it. There was limited communication from the manager. He kept making excuses and avoided any other communication with me.

Where to start

Where to start upon arrival there was spiders all around the entry door ants(sugar) everywhere there was roaches in the house I had to go by raid to spray, only 3 TVs worked found diapers in the couch along with food the pool table was missing pockets causing the balls to fall on the ground, found a mask and dirty sock behind the chest in the queen room upstairs, the upstairs lights did not work it was a bad experience with this house my family was not happy only reason we stayed cause we paid our money for a 7 day vacation I normally stay at storey lakes or reunion I regret I stayed at this property. And all the money we paid to stay 7 days all the owner could reimburse me was $50. Damn dollars. So beware
