Perfect Beach House

Wonderful house and host! The house was beautiful, clean, organized and well stocked for the perfect beach vacation. The pool and deck area are amazing! The location is ideal. Close to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Hands down our best Vrbo experience thus far!

todo lo que nesecitas para unas maravillosas vacaciones.

We were very pleased with our stay. The house has everything, the kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of to cook. We enjoyed going to the beach in the mornings on bicycles which is only about 6 min. We also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and making bbq every day. Lisa was extremely communicative and we appreciated her attention to details. We will definitely rent this house again in the future.

Absolutely Perfect Stay

The home is so wonderfully designed and exactly fit the description. Lisa communicated so well and responded quickly to every question she had. Her website so helpful for finding things to do and places to eat! We definitely will be returning and using Lisa :)

The place was clean and neat. It had everything that we needed. It was in a great location, walking distance to restaurants and bars. The beach was close by, though we chose to drive there. It was comfortable for 4 of us, my sister and me and our 2 daughters.

Fun Marco Island home

We stayed for a week during spring break and had a wonderful time. Very clean pool and hot tub were a hit with the whole group of 4 adults and 2 middle schoolers - we enjoyed the lanai area every day of our vacation, the half bath access was really nice to not track through the whole house. Lots of good restaurants to walk to along Collier Blvd. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand castle toys stocked in the garage for the beautiful Marco Island beaches that are all close. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are very comfortable, and having two bedrooms with direct bathroom access is very convenient for groups with 2 couples. Lisa the host was very easy to get a hold of with any questions and had plenty of recommendations to optimize vacation time. This was our second trip to Marco Island and won't be our last, we'd definitely stay here again!

Great house

The house was wonderful. Well stocked and laid out great. The bikes were very helpful to get to the beach. Our first time on Marco Island so we found the Tigertail Beach a bit odd. Did not know the beaches were all private. It was chilly so we hung out at the house, great pool and hot tub kept the teens busy and happy. Walking to lots of restaurants was great too. Overall really nice ams relaxing.

Great for our small family

We rented this property for four nights to celebrate Christmas with our son and my mother as my son worked on Christmas Day. It was a perfect location for us as we don’t really go to the beach. We had fun playing games and enjoying the beautiful pool area. We hope to be back again.

Great Vacation Home!

We had great communication with the owners before and during our stay. It’s close to restaurants and shopping which was nice. The owners were very thoughtful in their attention to detail and it was very helpful to be able to borrow bikes and beach items since we flew to Marco. We enjoyed this beautiful home!

Great house in a great location. Made our first Marco experience even better.

This was our first time in Marco. I did a ton of research when choosing our house and it's location. Jackpot. House was as listed. Quiet neighborhood that was near basically everything we intended to do. You could walk or bike ride anywhere and if you didn't feel like that, a short uber ride got you anywhere you wanted to go. Lisa thoughtfully equipped the house with everything and I mean everything you might need for a wonderful vacation in Marco. We loved it!

Wonderful house - perfect for our family of 5!

This house was perfect for what we needed! Lisa was extremely communicative and thoughtful in how she has stocked the house and instructions she left for clean up. The house had great toys and chairs for us to use at the beach as well. The pool was the perfect size and the kids had space to have their own space. It was the perfect precursor to our wedding!

Luxurious Home

Wow…this house is just beautiful. The host was friendly and communicated regularly with us. The house was spotlessly clean with nice fluffy towels in the bathrooms, good quality furniture and appliances (the washer and dryer were very a big plus) Wi-Fi was good. We spent our days relaxing around the pool which had full sun all day with shade under the lanai in the afternoon. We would definitely stay here again and can’t recommend this house enough.

We will be back!!

We had the most wonderful, comfortable stay at Lisa's house in Marco Island! They thought of EVERYTHING to make your stay incredibly comfortable - it really felt like home away from home. We enjoyed using the pool daily, the central location, and all the amenities they have included. They even went out of their way to provide a highchair for our infant. We were so happy with our stay and will definitely be back!

Wonderful Home

This property was perfect! The house was just as described and pictured. Lisa was great to work with. Very communicative the entire trip. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but very close to everything! The house is fully stocked for cooking at the house. For trips to the beach you can use the beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler and wagon. Even use of the bicycles! She has thought of everything. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Highly recommend this home away from home.

Fabulous House - Highly Recommend it!

Our family of four enjoyed this property very much. The house was in a great location - easy to get to two beaches, the grocery store, etc. The recent remodel and updates were beautifully done - and the pictures displayed, accurately showcase the home. We loved the pool and spa. I've read reviews where they were too cold to use - but that is NOT the case here. The bikes, bike trailer to haul beach chairs, sun umbrella and cooler were all provided and we used them often. Lisa was very responsive and made the whole process seamless. Thanks for a great week!

Excellent choice

We knew beach days would be iffy during winter month, so a house with a pool was perfect. Exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, well stocked kitchen and great communication with owner.

Great place

This house was perfect for our family of 5. Centrally located and close enough to bike to beach and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were great. Lisa was very helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely rent again!

Wonderful vacation!

We had such a wonderful time at Lisa’s beach house! Lisa was so helpful and easily available to answer any questions I had. The bikes they had were in great shape and we used them quite a bit to go to Publix, for donuts and to tiger tail beach. The only downside was that the beach was hard to get to with all our gear. We made it work and enjoyed the adventure. Our boys played in the pool a ton and loved every minute of the vacation! The beds were so comfortable and the linens were amazing. The house was very clean and had all of the items we could possibly need! Thank you so much! What a great week!

We have rented other properties for many years when vacationing with our two daughters who are in college and recently graduated from college. We pride ourselves on hopefully providing you with one of the best vacation rental experiences. We furnished and stocked the house the way we want it to be when we are there so our renters can enjoy the same level of quality and attention to detail that we enjoy as vacationers. We've traveled to many places throughout the world and have always enjoyed the beach and island life. We fell in love with Marco Island the moment we laid eyes on the white, expansive, clean, walkable beaches that are family friendly and not overly crowded. Beautiful, roomy home with open concept and amazing pool and screened lanai. New furnishings and recently renovated. Great central island location. 7/10 mile from Tigertail beach with concessions, rental toys, bathroom facilities and large inexpensive parking lot. Or bike three minutes or take a leisurely stroll to walk the beach. Also accessible to Crescent beach. Restaurants, bars, cafes walking distance. Close to everything Marco Island has to offer
