La casa de playa por excelencia de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en la isla de Balboa está ubicada en el centro de la isla con acceso equitativo al ferry de Balboa y la histórica avenida Marine. Esta casa cuenta con una sala de estar abierta y bien ventilada con techos altos y mucha luz natural. Esta unidad de abajo fue completamente remodelada en 2018.

El patio delantero es perfecto para reuniones familiares. Disfrute de una cómoda cena al aire libre con una mesa y sillas en el patio y una barbacoa.
Al entrar, la cocina tiene mucho espacio en el mostrador para preparar alimentos y almacenamiento adicional. 1 dormitorio tiene una cómoda cama queen con baño en suite. 2 dormitorios con 2 camas individuales con baño privado. Lavadero compartido completo con lavadora y secadora.

Para su comodidad, hay 2 lugares de estacionamiento en la entrada principal o úselo como un patio de gran tamaño.

Esta casa de playa está en una ubicación privilegiada en la isla Balboa. Dé un paseo por la isla y pasee por la histórica Marine Avenue. Deléitese con uno de los famosos plátanos congelados de la Isla Balboa o un Bar Balboa. Place was clean. Coffee maker didn’t work and no good place to put a suitcase besides the floor.

Excellent place to stay.

Two friends get together. Great spot. Bike rentals close. Loved the 2 bath set up. Off street parking wonderful.

Charming front beach house

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation staying at this charming front beach house on Balboa Island. The location is great, walking distance to coffee & shops. The kitchen is well stocked and it has a nice open layout that works well. It was the perfect spot for our family vacation.

Great House

The house was perfect for my family of 4. I loved the clean, modern décor of the house. I would definitely rent this place again. Check in was seamless. The parking spot was wonderful. We had a great experience.

Very nice cottage and the updated kitchen and baths were really nice.One thing was that the bunk bed was very close to the ceiling and you could not use the ceiling fan if someone slept up there because it would likely hit them as they enter/exit the bed on the ladder

Sweet!

This cottage is clean, and equipped with everything you need. The upstairs is over the bottom unit’s bedrooms and you can hear walking around from the bedrooms below. The washer/dryer is a huge plus but the absolute best thing about this place is a driveway for parking two cars. If you’re not familiar with Balboa Island, you will understand once you get there. Parking is a commodity here in these beach cities!

AC has known issues and breaks a lot!We stayed here during a hot week in OC. The AC would run for a little while and then cut out in all the rooms, making the house get very hot. There are warning signs all over the house that state you cannot have the windows open and the AC, so the house will heat up quickly- especially if you take the foot ferry over to Newport. We called maintaince and they knew about this, meaning it happens a lot. They had to flip the circuit breaker to fix it but that only solves the problem for an hour or so.Otherwise the house of very nice and thoughtfully appointed. But at these prices I would stay somewhere else during hot summer months.

Poor property management

This property is awesome, clean, its been completely renovated and great location. The only negative complaint is the A/C was broken. The owner of the property was at the house when we arrived waiting on the A/C people to show which ended up being a no-show. We contacted the Newport Beach property manager and they refused to help with anything regarding the A/C. The weather was warmer than usual, a window a/c unit would of been reall helpful but nothing was offered. Balboa Island is a frequent vacation spot for us and we will return BUT will not rent from Newport Beach Property. More bath towels are a must!!!!
