Whether you're seeking a peaceful couple's escape, a fun-filled weekend with friends, or a relaxing family holiday, this spacious beachfront home has room for everyone. From the moment you step inside and take in the stunning ocean view, your beach getaway begins.
Unwind to the sights and sounds of the sea, with panoramic views of Mayor Island, the Aldermans, Karewa, and The Mount from this ideally located home-just steps from the beach access across the road A permanently dog-friendly beach begins just 100 metres from the house and stretches all the way to Bowentown, making it perfect for your four legged companion.
Take a leisurely 5-minute walk to the local dairy for ice cream or grab some classic Kiwi fish and chips. The nearby bike trail is perfect for a bit of adventure, right around the corner.
This two-level home is designed for easy holiday living. Upstairs features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that opens onto a sunny deck complete with BBQ and outdoor furniture-perfect for those laid-back summer evenings. You'll also find two bedrooms and a bathroom with a separate toilet on this level.
Downstairs, a spacious rumpus room offers a Smart TV, board games, outdoor games, and unlimited Wi-Fi for everyone to enjoy. Two additional bedrooms, a second bathroom/laundry (with shower, toilet, washer & dryer), and a queen-size sofa bed in the rumpus room complete the ground floor layout.
Step outside to a fully fenced, generous section-great for kids and dogs to roam safely. There's even room to pitch a tent, plus plenty of off-street parking for vehicles or a boat.

* In line with Kiwi Bach tradition, guests are asked to bring their own linen (sheets,
Pillowcases, and towels) All beds come with mattress protectors, duvets, pillows
and pillow protectors.

This home is not just a beach side haven-it's also the perfect base for exploring the area's stunning coastal tracks, including the scenic walks to Orokawa and Homunga Bay, as well as the Karangahake Gorge trails and historic Martha and Union Hill gold mining sites.

The host had amazing communication, providing recommendations and advice as well as being very prompt with responses. Home was clean and comfortable, every appliance you might need as well as outdoor games to play. Highly recommend! We will be back

We loved our stay here. Perfect location, opposite the beach, can hear the waves. Fully fenced, ideal for the dog. The owners have thought of everything so you don't have to, its home away from home.

Relax and watch the world go by

A great home for a relaxing weekend away with family , ages ranging from 1-69. The deck with sea view was also able to be secured for the little ones. Was amazing to be able to bring the pooches as well . Highly recommend

Wow! Can't say enough good things about this property. So well set up for families (and dogs). Everything you need, plus some. Very friendly and helpful property owner with great communication. Location was perfect, close to everything you need. Would definitely stay again, recommend to all.

A beautiful property in a perfect location

Beached on Broadway is the perfect house for a family holiday. A beautiful home with lots of room and a stunning view of the sea. The beach is just across the road. The house is extremely well equipped and has everything you could ever need. It's great for kids and extended family - and what's more you can take your dog! Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant. I would highly recommend this property and we'll definitely stay again. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us.

Great location

Very comfortable home in a great location for enjoying the beach and riding the bike trail. Loved sitting on the deck watching the cargo ships. The kitchen has everything you need and the number of appliances is impressive. We will definitely return.

Fantastic location and well equipped bach

Our family loved our week at Waihi Beach. The Bach is in a fantastic location and very well equipped. Clean and easy to get to. Local dairy nearby and Surf Shack (excellent Burger/lunch spot) is an easy walk away. Great location to have a relaxing holiday at.

Relax by the beach

Friends and I had an absolutely amazing time staying here over the Easter weekend. The location it fantastic being right by the beach and the bach has a lovely relaxed feel with awesome views of the sea. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, beds comfy and had lots of games to keep us entertained. We all had a great time and would certainly recommend to anyone! Thanks so much for having us

Everything you need

Aside, from the stunning views, sunny decks and beautiful sunrises, this property has everything your could need to enjoy your holiday. The beds & pillow are super comfortable, the house was spotless clean, large fenced section and it easily accommodated our large group. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise. Would definitely recommend.

It ticked all the boxes with the added bonus of plenty of space for entertaining friends and family, while also being able to live the quiet life, with the view and the beach feeling like it is all our own!

You too will fall in love with the view this house offers. Hearing the sound of the waves and just seeing the ever changing light on the water. This really is a magic spot for everyone to enjoy!
