Bienvenido a nuestro nivel del suelo remodelado y reconfigurado 1 dormitorio, 2 baños completos condominio de lujo (incluyendo terraza, 1090 SF). Nuestro "hogar lejos del hogar" está idealmente situado en "cinturón verde" de Ekahi en el pueblo más baja y está a pocos pasos de la playa y 4 piscinas de Ekahi. Desde nuestros lanai extra grande, podrá disfrutar de vistas del océano y las islas de Molokini y Kahoolawe.

La amplia sala de estar se abre a la terraza y está equipada con un televisor de pantalla plana, DVD, WiFi y reproductor de CD para su disfrute. La cocina tiene electrodomésticos nuevos, gabinetes de madera de koa y encimeras de granito. La habitación ampliada tiene una cama king size, un escritorio, un televisor de pantalla plana y un baño. Para los huéspedes adicionales, la sala de estar tiene un sofá cama y el dormitorio tiene un colchón de colchón hinchable de Beautyrest Queen.

The sofa bed and primary bed both were very comfortable. Nice distance to the pool and ocean views from the lanai. Well stocked spices and condiments. The owner David was very responsive with any questions/ requests we had. TV in living room and bedroom was voice activated via the control which made it very easy to find a channel. The cups and dishes could be edited for more pantry space.

Perfect Stay

Everything about our stay was amazing. The condo was spacious and the view of the ocean from the lanai was stunning. We were pleasantly surprised with how well stocked the kitchen was. In unit washer/dryer, a/c and ice maker were a plus. The proximity to the beach and pavilion pool was hard to beat and there is lots of beach equipment available onsite. This will be our new go to condo for future trips to Maui. I cannot recommend this condo enough and the host was very helpful and communicative leading up to our stay.

Great stay at Ekahi Village

We had a great stay at Dave's place in Ekahi Village. Short stroll to the oceanfront pool, easy access to beach. Condo is stoked with beach chairs, toys, and a nice beach umbrella.We used the large air mattress for our 2 young kids,

Absolutely beautiful location! It was everything we were hoping for. What a wonderful place to stay and get away from the winter cold. Actually, it would be a great place to stay any time of year. This condo had everything you needed for a very comfortable stay. We are planning on returning.

Great View

This condo is ideally located, close to beaches and dining options. It was a very comfortable condo with a great ocean view. The owner was great to work with and the amenities such as beach chairs and umbrellas were all in excellent condition. I would highly recommend this host and this property.

Perfect Ekahi Village stay in Wailea

We had a fantastic stay in this spacious 1 bedroom condo, nice to have 2 full bathrooms. Our 3 year old slept on the huge firm air mattress and 5 year old on the sofa sleeper which had a great memory foam mattress. Stocked with beach toys, beach wagon, boogie boards etc. Patio with awesome view opening up to green belt, easy walk to pool and beach.

New years trip

We had an amazing time in 31B. The condo is the perfect location for easy pool/beach access. It has everything you need in the kitchen, to cook at the pool and a ton of beach toys! We really enjoyed the boogie boards and surf boards. David was incredibly helpful and responsive when needed. Thank you!

Beautiful Ocean View Property

Morning coffee on the lanai looking at the palm trees and ocean never gets old! Second time staying at this condo and it did not disappoint. The kids loved the new memory foam sofa bed and the new porch furniture was a nice upgrade. The owner is super responsive and very friendly. Hope to return again! Thanks for a memorable trip!

Ekahi property grounds in the worst shape I’ve seen over 15 years staying at Ekahi. Dead grass, overgrown bougainvillea plants over walkways, walkways not blown off or swept entire stay. They dumped smelly manure in the grass mid stay. Unit was in poor condition, thick buildup of dust and grime on plantation shutters and wall art and ceiling fans, grimy walls and light fixtures, peeling wall coverings, dirty areas on walls, grime in corners and in baseboards, damaged ceiling in kitchen, icky discolorations in shower grout, shower glass so water spotted you could barely see through. Disappointed after many other great experiences at other Ekahi units over the years. No spare garbage bags or dishwasher tabs. Host was attentive and the pavilion was great. But this unit needs a thorough overhaul.

Fabulous vacation at Dave's place!

Wailea Ekahi Village is a great family resort and Dave's condo 31B is perfectly located within the complex. From the lanai, there is a view of the ocean thru palm trees. The condo is situated on the edge of a large grassy area for kids to run around safely and perhaps toss a football or frisbee. It is a very short stroll to the beautiful swimming and snorkeling beach and the pool. Dave's condo is well stocked with beach gear--snorkel equip, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella, etc. And the kitchen has many assorted condiments and spices. It was a perfect place for our family of four! Finally, we really appreciated that Dave was flexible with our check-in and check-out times. We would be happy to stay there again on our next trip to Maui!

Fantastic Ekahi Condo

We had a great family vacation in David's Ekahi condo. The location of the condo is great. The walk to the pools, pickleball (bring your own rackets during COVID) and a beautiful beach were all minutes away. The condo was very well equipped for our family of 4. There is even an aerobed in addition to the pull out couch. Our 2 teen daughters said the pull out couch was comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed for several meals in the condo. We loved having beach chairs, beach towels and snorkel masks to borrow. This was our second stay in Ekahi, but our first in this specific condo. I would definitely stay here again. Communication with David was easy. No surprises. Great vacation!

Lovely beach close location!

Condo community and location is beautiful. This particular condo could use a thorough deep cleaning and reorganization of kitchen cabinets to get rid of unnecessary or redundant “stuff”. No place to store dry goods. Old potholders were greasy. Outdoor furniture kind of ratty and cushions not clean. Found a two inch cockroach in bathroom. Need some new bath towels. Location of condo is excellent though. I think owner needs to check up on things.

Great unit uphill from the beach

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Ekahi 31B. Check-in was a breeze w/ the keypad, although we did have trouble finding the parking pass in the unit- finally found it after going to the office & getting one there instead. The unit is comfortable & about a 5min walk down the paved path to the very beautiful Keawakapu beach & main Pavillion pool (the walk up the hill to the unit is not bad for a person of average fitness, but if you’re bringing all of your beach gear, can be a little bit of a haul). There were plenty of beach items included (umbrellas, chairs, beach towels, a cooler, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen). The unit was well stocked w/ anything you might need to cook a meal, as well as, some snacks, coffee, tea, spices, etc from previous guests. The lanai is an amazing place for your morning beverage or dinner and enjoy the view of the palms & ocean. The only reason I knocked a star off was for the cleanliness of the unit. It seems to need a good deep clean on cabinets, surfaces, nooks & crannies. This didn’t take away from our stay though and we would recommend the unit to others. Mahalo for a place to call “home” for our week on Maui!

Paradise and the comforts of home - all in one!

#31B is a gem and everything about it made our trip relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable. The location is great. It is central, convenient, and a short walk to the main pool pavilion + beach. We have stayed in other properties farther up and appreciate the location tremendously. It’s also private, quiet and tucked away to enjoy the beauty of surroundings. We enjoyed the lanai with a beautiful view of the ocean, so grilling our dinners on the BBQ and watching the sunsets was a joy. It felt like home away from home. We would stay again and feel blessed to have had the chance to enjoy a beautiful unit and warm hospitality. The unit is very clean, well stocked with every convenience of home and then some. All appliances are modern, well kept, and the interior decoration is tasteful and artsy which added to the ambience. It also has all the digital entertainment channels from Netflix, Alexa, music, cable TV, etc. and the wifi was strong. Dave is quick to responsive, kind and supportive. He provided all the information to help understand and enjoy the unit comfortably with all the local information readily available in a convenient PDF doc made available upon our reservation and more local information in a booklet available in the unit. Talk about fast, when we arrived, we reported a small issue so he would be aware of it and Dave was on it - his onsite staff were helpful and took care of it immediately. You will enjoy your time in Wailea in this unit.

First time in Hawaii

The property is beautiful. The unit is a short walk to the pool and beach and offers incredible sunsets. The grounds are well taken care of and offer seclusion. The unit was very nice and well equipped.

Wonderful Wailea

Wailea Ekahi 31B has an ideal location on this beautiful 34-acre property. Pool & beach access a short walk across a green belt. September a quiet time to visit. Lots of room in the condo for three people. Well equipped kitchen. Furniture a little bit dated but comfortable overall. Owner very responsive to any questions or concerns.

Another nice stay at Ekahi village

This was our second stay at this unit. We were excited about the new lanai furniture, the new beach toys and improvements to the kitchen equipment . Overall, we had a nice time and we recommend this condo.

Live in greater Seattle area. Family has owned 31A, a 2BR/2BA unit, since the very beginning of Ekhai in 1976. I have managed this unit for my family. On October 20, 2016. my wife (unfortunately recently passed away) and I purchased 31B, next door to 31A. We will operate it in the same first class manner as the family that has owned 31B since 2008. We look forward to renting to many of the prior guests.

31B is a large ground level luxury condominium that has been remodeled and reconfigured. Kitchen has koa wood cabinets, granite countertops and new appliances. For your comfort, our condo has A/C and ceiling fans in very room, flat screen TVs in the living and bed rooms, complimentary WiFi, DVD, CD players and IPod docking station.

This ground level, ocean view, condo is 1090 SF, including the lanai off the living room.

The large beach pool and waterfront is down a green belt about 100 yards from our unit. This location is a huge benefit as compared to most of the other condo buildings in Ekahi.
