La Unidad 1A se encuentra en la hermosa playa de Keawakapu en la hermosa Wailea. Este pueblo inferior actualizado, unidad de planta baja tiene dos lanais; uno fuera de la sala de estar con vista parcial al mar y parrilla de gas y uno fuera de la habitación con jardines tropicales. This Ekahi property is outstanding in every regard. It's located within a beautiful and quiet complex, there is a quiet pool nearby, and the pool and facilities at the Pavilion (short walk away) are top-tier (and not crowded). The beach is beautiful and relaxing and and you can often watch sea turtles near the rocks.The condo itself is comfortable and nicely decorated, with high-end linens. Great kitchen and patio, and the 2 bathrooms are very convenient. The owners are wonderful, attentive, and communication is quick and easy. This was our fourth time staying and we can't wait to return.

An Ekahi Gem

We had a fabulous stay at Dan and Tere’s condo. It is beautifully decorated, quiet, perfectly stocked with stuff to get you started (laundry and dish detergent essentials etc) and a close walk to two pools including the main pavilion and bbqs. We love Ekahi and will absolutely book this unit here again!

Great Stay

We had a great time staying in 1A! The unit was well stocked and in a great location near one of the pools. The beach wagon, chairs and umbrella served us well and the Murphy bed was perfect for our daughter. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful and Comfortable Condo

This was our second time staying at this condo. The first time in May 2023 we rented 1A and 1B to accommodate our family. It was perfect both times! We arrived earlier than check in and Dan and Tere were very kind to let us check in an hour early , which was great ! Everything was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking in , which we did quite often. The beds were comfortable and the bedding and towels were very good quality .The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated and very comfortable furniture. We were provided with ample supplies such as detergents, and paper products. There were beach towels and lots of beach toys , umbrella and chairs provided and a wagon to haul things in for our little granddaughter. Dan and Tere were always quick to respond and super helpful. They also provided a pack and play crib us to use. It was a short walk to the pool pavilion and beach. It was nice to be on the ground floor to have the grassy area . We stayed for 2 weeks and it was delightful. We will definitely be returning to this condo. Thank you Dan and Tere !

Great Ekahi Village unit

Enjoyed this unit, had everything we needed. This was our third time to Ekahi Village but first time at this unit and it did not disappoint. Owner communications prior to arrival was so good, and unit well stocked and looked after that we never had to reach out for any issue. Would stay in this unit next time we stay at WE.

Ekahi Village 1A

Location: Wailea is hard to beat! 1A Unit is close to the pavilion, which we used for cooking and dining most nights. The attendant on duty was responsive when the BBQ’s were out of propane. 1A Close to the adult pool which was great to enjoy a quiet, shady swim. Ground floor is ideal to access the outdoors to come and go easily. We did use the BBQ across the road and it was fine. Unit 1A - very comfortable, as advertised. Kitchen was well appointed with dishes, glasswear, cutlery, pots and plastic storage containers. The picnic basket with pavilion-ready items was very useful. Liked the cheery tablecloth! Beach chairs were very useful. Would suggest an electric kettle and a French press coffee maker to round out the kitchen provisions. Bathroom off the living area: backsplash by the counter needed extra cleaning attention. Table on the lanai needed extra cleaning attention. All other areas very clean and welcoming. Plenty of towels. Plenty of soaps and garbage bags. Unit 1A instructions: the expectations for us were very clear, as presented in the binder. We really enjoyed staying in your unit among the beautiful landscaped grounds. The boardwalk along the beachfront is a great feature which we used every day.

Wailea Beach Paradise

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Ekahi Building 1 (previously at 1B, this time at 1A). Both condos are exceptional and exceed expectations. The furnishings and linens are top notch, and the kitchen is terrific. What we like the most about this condo pair (1A/1B) is the building’s serene and private location within the Ekahi complex: it’s close to one of the quiet pools/BBQ, as well as being a short walk to the main pool/pavilion/beach (which is also fantastic and generally not too crowded). I think the beach is the best on Maui (we love watching the turtles). The two lanais are wonderful, complete with exotic landscaping, and the front lanai has a partial view of the ocean and sunsets. Finally, communication with the hosts is excellent, and they are very kind and accommodating. We look forward to our next stay!

Great stay at Ehaki 1A

We had a very nice stay at this condo. Lots of space for our family of 3. Murphy bed was very comfortable for my very tall teen. Great to have beach chairs provided and everything we needed in condo too for cooking etc, Would definitely come back.

Beautiful island & condo

The condo was exactly as pictured & better! Spacious with great outdoor space and seating as well. Beds were comfy with nice linens. Owner stocked with basic needs to start the trip. We rented both 1A and 1B with five adults and one infant. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed to make dinner (we did this most nights). BBQs were right across the street, easy to access/use. There was four chairs & umbrella or two at each unit. There was also a lot of beach gear for our use - beach toys, wagons, coolers and boogie boards. They even provided a pack and play for our daughter. The walk to the main pool was down a short hill, short and easy. Slight hill/incline on the way up but didn't bother us. Beach access is right past the pool and we often just went to the beach as it was easy. The pavilion at the complex has a fridge & grills and we spent many sunsets there eating dinner. The grounds are immaculate at the condo complex. Right next to the Wailea shops, which was great for us to run over to the island market if we needed something. Keihi isn't but 5 minutes into town if you need anything either. Just close enough. If we had to have a complaint it was no hot tub at the complex, and bathing our infant was hard in the tub with the glass door. But, overall, our 10 day trip made a lot of family memories and we can't wait to go back to this condo. We have been to Maui 5 times, and this is hands down the best place we have stayed. Thanks for the great trip!

Wonderful property

This property has been recently renovated and it is tastefully done. Very nice floor plan. Windows on every wall. The owners were very accommodating. We will stay here again.

Another Wonderful Stay

This was our 3rd stay here over the Christmas holiday. An already nice place was remodeled since our last stay to be even more comfortable and convenient. It is nicely furnished and well stocked with everything you need to cook and also go to the beach. The complex is very nice with a beautiful pool area and beach. Plenty of room for parents and two teenagers. The hosts are extremely responsive and professional. Couldn’t be better. We will be back!

A Real Gem

The unit was nicely renovated, very clean, and the Wailea Ekahi Village is peaceful. The location of the unit in the complex was excellent. Close to all four pools and a short walk from the beach. No noise from the road either. We appreciated the condo was stocked with laundry detergent, dish soap etc. There was a bit of noise from the upstairs neighbours, but Dan was super helpful in resolving the issue, and it quieted down thereafter. Finally, it's worth noting how friendly the staff and other residents and guests were. Everywhere we went people were smiling and saying hello!

We lived & worked in the Washington, DC area until we both retired and moved to the Austin, TX area at the beginning of 2008. We have owned adjacent Unit 1B since the beginning of 1999 and have gotten to know quite a bit about Wailea, Maui and Hawaii. We hope to share our knowledge of this enchanted Hawaiian island with you to make your vacation exceptional.

Haleakala (House of the Sun) at 10,026 feet protects Wailea on the sunny South Maui from much of the wind and rain experienced elsewhere on Maui. We think Wailea is the best location on Maui and that Ekahi Village provides the best oceanfront facilities for the price. The ocean front pool and pavilion provides refrigerators, microwaves, stoves and ovens, an industrial ice maker, ice and chilled water dispenser and large charcoal grill. Ekahi is a friendly property and the sunset cocktail banter among guests is about best beaches, restaurants and golf.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our Condo 1A is in the interior and in the lower half of Wailea Ekahi Village. Being away from major roads provides the nightly sounds of the ocean - not traffic. The lower half means less of a walk to & from the pavilion and beach. There is a kitchen door to the lanai and a short walk across the driveway to a Quiet pool that is ideal for reading while lounging in the sun or shade. The 1st floor makes it easier to bring in luggage. beach gear or shopping bags and provides a larger lanai area for relaxing.
