Great location on the lake

It was very nice to have direct access to the lake with plenty of kayaks and paddleboards. The layout was perfect for our large group and we were very close to other areas we wanted to visit.

Incredible stay

We had an incredible stay and would love to return! The view of the lake is absolutely breathtaking—truly a sight to die for. Everything was perfect, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Unique waterfront property. Classic Tahoe home with modern upgrades. Very hard to beat the location for winter or summer. Great hosts.

We loved this property! It had all of the amenities needed for a family vacation! The host were awesome, very helpful and accessible. We would definitely recommend this beautiful home right on Lake Tahoe for a fun family getaway.

Amazing House!

This was our 2nd time staying at this amazing house. It’s perfect for young families with a great location on the lake and a private beach. The management is extremely professional, responsive and keep the house clean and in great condition.

Property and vacation was great, the beach and paddle boards and kayaks provided were excellent. There was plenty of parking. Danielly the host was excellent with answering any questions we had. Would recommend this vacation house for all. We will definitely come back.

The property was great, wonderful views from every room! Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware! The addition of paddle boards and kayaks made my grandkids very happy!! We had a wonderful week!

Jason and his guests were excellent renters Easy to communicate with and took care of the house there were only 4 of them total they kept the house clean and in great shape. Would be Happy to Have them back anytime. Hope to see them this summer or before

The property is amazing. Beautiful views. Within 30 minutes of 6 ski/snowboard areas. Will definitely stay here again. Hopefully in the summer. House is very roomy and cozy. Being right on the lake is unparalleled.

Summer Fun!

We had a fabulous time, so many water toys and beach games. An incredible view and beach to Lake access was over the top! The master bedroom had and incredible breathtaking Lake view. We were happy on the deck or in the water… all good reviews for this house very family friendly. Thank you!

One of the best spots on the lake

The house was beautiful and located at one of the best spots on the lake - southern facing with a sandy beach. The rooms were large. Two bedrooms have incredible views, the other two don't get the views (so prepare to draw straws) but the views from all the rooms in the house make-up for that. The owners were quickly responsive to random (even silly) questions, which made the stay go very smoothly. We would love to visit again!

The property was very nice and convenient to park city. The garage fit a full size SUV. The ground level tended to remain colder, but a space heater was provided to make it as comfortable as possible. Super nice and spacious!

the views of the lake and mountains from this house were stunning, and we adored having kayaks and paddle boats at our disposal. the house comfortably accommodated our large family (4 adult couples plus 2 young children and a dog. it was a game changer in terms of not needing to get in cars to go find adventure elsewhere. hope to go back again...

Better than the pictures

The beauty of this place can’t be captured in a picture, it’s stunning. The house is the perfect place for a family with enough space to separate if you need too. There’s plenty of water toys, paddle boards, kayaks and kids toys. The hot tub is also amazing. Danielle is an amazing host, very responsive. And if you need anything done, Rafa will show up and do way more than he was supposed to. 5 stars really is not enough, possibly best family vacation ever.

You can’t do any better than this place. Unbelievable. Right on the lake. Private beach. Beautiful house plus guest house. all the toys you could possibly need for the lake- kayaks, paddle boards, row boat. Literally zero criticisms you could possibly come up with. Wish it was my house.

Fabulous weekend

This home is a gem. Had a fun-packed 3-night with the family without ever leaving the driveway. Kitchen was well-stocked with all the dishes you might need for large group meals, and sitting areas on both floors and each of the balconies can accommodate our group of 9 comfortably. Nice furnishings and new bathrooms was a plus. Best part of all was all the water toys available for use. We were able to all go out to the water in kayaks or a dinghy boat, and even tried out the stand-up paddle boards. Stunning views of the lake and water activities was what this Lake Tahoe visit was all about, and this house delivered! Thanks for the great stay and easy communication.

Amazing Lakefront property.

We really enjoyed this property. This house has every toy and necessity. The kids played volley ball, cornhole and pool. We all went kayaking and stand up paddling. There is no need to leave this property. We only left this house to get groceries, which 1.5 miles away and to indulge in the local pizza joint. The property manager texted us the day before with a an introduction. Very good service. Views are awesome. Bathrooms were just redone. Kitchen fully stocked. The neighbors are very friendly and quiet. If you stay here please be kind, clean and respectful. We always hope the opportunity to stay here exists. :)

Beautiful Views - Stunning bathrooms

The view from the upper decks/beach in this home are just absolutely stunning. There are enough paddle boards/kayaks for everyone to get in on the fun. Whenever we needed something/had questions I either got a phone call or a text back quickly which was very nice. In Tahoe, the homes on the lakes are right next to the main road that everyone uses. The great part about this house is that the garage/ADU is closest to the road and that provides both a noise barrier and privacy for the main house which is not something that many other Lake-front homes can offer. It is also great that this home allows for dogs to come as well - our dog had endless fun swimming and the little concrete ramp was perfect for her to get in and out of by herself. We are very clean people and having a hose by the deck to hose off our feet and our dog was a very nice touch so that we could keep the house as clean as possible. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook (just bring your own oil for pans as needed). And there is a grocery store just down the street which was very very convenient for anything we needed to go and grab quickly. Really enjoyed this place and the natural beauty of Tahoe is just stunning and already missing it!

The property is very unique due to its location. There are very few houses around the entire lake that are actually on the water.There are not many flat lots on the lake, most homes are on the hill. This home is on a Flat Lot and you walk out the door and you are on the Sand and on the Lake. The Views are Amazing. In addition to it's unique location there is a framed in sand area that will make you feel like your are on your own private beach!!
