This is one of our favorite units so far at Hacienda Beach Club & Residences. The layout is great. There is an office area, 2 spacious bedrooms and even a Murphy bed if you need it. The host was so helpful and friendly. We will stay here again. Such a wonderful vacation!

Awesome week at Hacienda

Kristin and Paul have a great place at Hacienda Beach Club. My family is extremely grateful for their hospitality. The staff a Hacienda is unbeatable. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was an unbelievable experience. This was our 4th trip to Hacienda and when in Cabo I would never stay anywhere else . Five star all the way.

Great Vacation!

What a wonderful vacation my family and I had in Cabo thanks to David and Betsy! We really enjoyed the condo and the amazing view, not to mention the activities that were available through the Hacienda and surrounding areas. We took full advantage of the proximity of the condo to the local town and marina (very close to shopping and restaurants). We hope to come back to 2-301 again!

Amazing Property and Perfect Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa del Toro and Hacienda Beach Club. The condo is perfection, everything is truly top quality from the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. You really feel like you are at a 5 star hotel. My favorite was the patio which had the most spectacular view of the sea. Hacienda's staff was excellent and helped with anything we needed before and during our stay. We loved the pool beach and the gym. The best location in Cabo with so many places to walk to and a swimmable beach. Kristin was a great host and we'll definitely be back!!

On the beach and a great view!

Kristin's condo at Hacienda Beach club is great. It has an amazing view overlooking the water with terrific sunrises. It is very spacious and well decorated and very comfortable. Also, it is close to town and the marina so you can walk to restaurants and to shops around town. Also, meeting points for excursions are in town so that makes it very convenient. In my opinion, there is no need for a car for local travel. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Home and Location

If you want a place that will wow your family this is it! This condo is absolutely stunning and has everything you need to make you feel at home. The property owners were amazing every step of the way. They answered questions quickly and had so much information to share to make our trip memorable. We loved the welcome charcuterie and text messages we received upon checkin. The unit is so spacious and perfect for a family vacation or couples getaway. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and a great place to watch the sunrise. Hacienda Beach Club is a beautiful resort as well. We loved the pickle ball courts, heated pool, and prime beach location. The concierge team was so helpful prior to arriving (arranging transportation and several excursions) and throughout our stay. Check in/out was a breeze, location is perfect with the marina right outside the front gate, there are multiple restaurants within walking distance, the staff is so friendly, and security is top notch. We can’t wait to visit Cabo and this property gain!

Beautiful and safe

During these Covid times a lot of people worry about traveling. I was amazed at how safe Mexico is. Temperatures are taken, masks required, hand sanitizer everywhere. Safety fears should not keep you from coming to Cabo and enjoying this incredibly beautiful property. The service is incredible. The grounds are gorgeous. We watched several whales and dolphins frolic in the bay. I will be coming again. Next time will be with my family.

Another awesome week at The Hacienda!

This was our second time staying at this resort in this condo. It was again a perfect week! David & Leslie are so easy to work with and go out of their way to be accommodating. The condo is well furnished & the view so beautiful. We could have stayed forever! The resort is in a great location- walking distance to everything. The people who work at the resort are so friendly and remembered us from last year. My kids were happy which makes for happy parents!! Thank you for another great week and we hope to make it back one day for another wonderful Cabo vacation.

Needed Changes!

At the price charged daily maid service should be included…it wasn’t! The bed in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. Sound in living room TV was not working.

Perfection!!!

Although this was 2nd trip to the Hacienda, it was the first time we stayed in this particular vacation home. We couldn't have been happier with our choice as the residence is absolutely incredible!!!! The views are breathtaking, the convenience of the location is by far the best in all of Cabo and Leslie’s hospitality managed to tie it all together. You're literally steps from all of the Medando beach restaurants and bars (beware of Rambo at The Office) as well as the marina. In fact, we enjoyed ourselves so much that we’ve already begun plans for a return trip in October! Selfishly, we'd love to keep this place a secret, but it's just too good not to share. Whether you're looking for a trip filled with relaxation or the opportunity to party until the sun comes up in downtown Cabo, this is the place for you! Kudos to everyone at The Hacienda for making this such an incredible vacation and we'll see you again soon!

A new favorite property in Cabo!

Unit well appointed, first class inside. The owner treats his unit as his own, not just an investment so you WILL feel right at home. Our first experience on VRBO (normally book hotel rooms directly) and would not hesitate to recommend to friends or family. Super safe on property. Property employees are trained for service and accommodation to your needs. Previous stays in Cabo (Capella Pedegral, ME, Fiesta Americana, Cabo Azul) and on par with Capella. Privacy on property when needed, sillyness on demand just a short walk down the beach. The pool scene is quiet and relaxing. No fist pumping here. Our family has decided to not bring our kids at their ages (15-13-7) but would not hesitate for others. We prefer Cabo for Mom/Dad getaway time. Great 2 Bedroom unit! WILL rent again!

Fantastic property - Best deal at Hacienda!

First, let me say, that if you are thinking about renting this property, you absolutely should!!! I was a little nervous about renting this property, as I was concerned with the view, since it sits back a little bit. I was so relieved when we walked through the door and saw the beautiful view. Yes, you did sit back a little and yet, the beach villa's are in front of you but you don't really notice any of that since the view of the water, the boat and the arch are fantastic. This rental is also fully loaded, which as a pleasant surprise. It was the little things like the abundant amount of bowls, glassware, storage containers, saran wrap, etc, that made things super simple. Not to mention, the previous tenant left a few goodies behind like some beer and unopened food. We too contributed to the next tenants stockpile. The location to the marina and office just can't be beat. You are just a few steps from both! The room is super big and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the fact that each room has it's own air conditioning is awesome!! We can't say enough about this property...book it now!

First Time to Cabo - 2010 Birthday Bash

I wanted to do something different for my wife’s birthday and, having been to several major cities and countries all over the world, I knew that "different" was not going to be easy. A friend told me about David's condo at Hacienda Beach Club. I looked at the pictures and assumed that, like other places we had been, the pictures must be misleading given how beautiful it all seemed. Well, I must say that the pictures did not lie and the views and beach atmosphere at Cabo are some of the best I have ever seen. The resort was off the charts, “12 on a scale to 10, really”. To our surprise once again, we ventured off the resort and explored the marina, beach, and town of Cabo - equally as breathtaking…sort of a Key West Duval Street meets Kailua Beach (in Hawaii) - and that does not even do it justice. As I said, we went down for my wife’s birthday, thus we wanted to attend the Cabo Wabo Birthday Bash, Sammy Hagar style. Being a big fan of Van Halen, and remembering the "Van Hagar" days of VH, seeing Sammy Hagar live was the perfect present for my wife (there could not have been 500 people there, like watching a concert in your back yard). Even more surprising, Michael Anthony (of VH) filled in for a sick band member that night (October 8th), making our musical experience during our long weekend in Cabo one of the best of our lives. If you go to the resort, and you should, you will be pampered by friendly staff wanting to help you with everything, from complimentary snorkel gear and kayaks, to delivering drinks to the pool (actually in the pool). Can't say enough about Hacienda Beach Club and yes that picture is a view from David's balcony – woke up to it each morning!

Pampered at the Hacienda!

Our family has been staying at various vacation rentals through-out Mexico for about ten years! Never have we stayed in a rental this perfect! Our party included our teen age son and daughter (18 and 14), two of their friends, and my husband and I. The boys were in the weight room every morning using the very pristine, top of the line equipment and spa facilities (which include a cold and hot tub, sauna, and steam room). At night, they thoroughly enjoyed being with-in walking distance of the fun Cabo night-time activity!! The girls felt pampered going from the pools, beach, and beach hut where lots of fun water activities were included free to all guests. This included paddle boards (complete with a lesson!), kayaks, snorkel gear, and boogie boards. The staff at the Hacienda Beach Club is absolutely top notch. We were met with fresh towels on the beach after returning from a family kayak trip to Lover's Beach! Ricardo would not let us help with anything! They aim to please and we felt completely pampered! The unit has everything! The owner's personal concierge is the best and greeted us with cold drinks and fresh guacamole! She organized our transportation from the airport which was so appreciated and helped us immediately feel welcome! The owner has installed a Vonage phone so guests can be easily connected to the states. There is a free secured internet connection for this unit which made working on the road very easy! The view from the unit is breath taking. We originally thought from the photos that the villas directly in front of the unit might distract from the water view, but they absolutely do not! You definitely feel like you are beach front! Everything was amazing, but I think what made this the most special location is the privacy. The staff go out of their way to make you feel special and to make your stay memorable. We cannot say enough good about this unit and the Hacienda Beach Club! Thank you so much for sharing your lovely Cabo home and we will definitely be returning next year!

FANTASTIC!!!!

This review is WAY overdue! Our small group was there last October and had an unforgetable experience at this condo. - Right from the beginning, our communications with the owner were wonderful and definitely settled the concerns of the 'nervous Nellies' in my group who had never done the VRBO 'thing' before. The Owners, (a doctor & his lovely wife), have a mid-west way of talking that makes you automatically trust and adore them. They are rational, fair and incredibly patient when dealing with a group of looney women. They went out of their way to assist, make suggestions and assure us that all would be well... as it most definitely was. - Our Concierge Leslie is a CONSUMATE professional who graciously endured the sometimes ridiculous requests made by certain members of our group. - Knowing that she was a phone call away made such a difference in my ability to just relax and enjoy the vacation. - I will NEVER stay in a Cabo hotel again. This is the ONLY way to go. (I've stayed in hotels once a year for 15 years in Cabo). - This condo is immaculate, well-appointed and luxurious. Lovely towels, linens and drapes. We made blender drinks for breakfast, lunch and sometimes dinner (!) We could have cooked meals, using the provided kitchen appliances and utensils, but the proximity to The Marina was too tempting and we generally ate evening meals at one of the restaurants that we easily walked to. - The beach: to die for. The pool: magical. The pool Staff: incredible. THE SPA: OMG!!!!!!!!!! - The on-site restaurant: 5 Star. (and we are a critical bunch in that regard). - I was NEVER kept awake by noise from other guests or the beach below. - The parking garage was airy and safe-feeling. In fact, the Security is top shelf in my opinion, (and I have professional experience in that area). - The beach toys: wonderful! We rented 7 jetskiis one day and had a BLAST! - Hacienda is a class act. Well worth the money. Please don't rent this condo..... :-) That way it's available WHENEVER I want it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect for our 20th anniversary

While I wouldn't consider us to be world travelers - we have stayed in places from South Beach to Carmel, from Maui to Chicago, from Pebble Beach to New York City, from Africa to Guatemala - I would say that our stay at Hacienda Beach Club & Residences in this "home" was our best all around experience ever. When we first walked in my wife said, "this is exactly how we would want it done if we owned it". The photos truly do not do it justice. It feels like Cabo in it's design and decor. The view is spectacular - palm trees, blue ocean and Land's End. We have been to Cabo about 12 or 13 times out of the last 17 years. We stay anywhere from two to six weeks. We obviously love it here. And one of the things that brings us back is the incredible weather - sunny everyday and cooling off every evening, plus the low humidity (we always come in late May through June). While staying here, we never once had the AC on. We just opened all the doors (and there are plenty to open - the ones in the living room actually fold into the wall, so facing the ocean is just an huge opening) and enjoyed the views and breezes all day and all night. Not a single fly, mosquito or bug in sight. In addition, there is a throughout the house stereo system that has several channels of uninterrupted music – from New Age to Jazz to whatever you like. Everything is very high quality. The bed is super comfortable, the kitchen is wonderful, the bath and shower are great and the living area is comfortable. We can’t think of a single thing to find fault with. While in Cabo in previous years, we have often walked over to Hacienda Beach Club & Residences to eat breakfast. Having stayed weeks at Fiesta Americana, Hacienda Del Mar, Pueblo Bonito Rose’ and Sunset Beach, the Finisterra, the Hilton, etc., we always thought that this place was probably the nicest around. Now we know that it is. The restaurant has fantastic food, great service and very reasonable prices. All the landscaping and pool areas are so well designed – everywhere you go it looks like a postcard. The staff here is the friendliest and most attentive we’ve ever encountered. Unlike a normal hotel or resort, this place feels so much more private and un-crowded. While we are neither particularly rich or famous, you certainly feel like it when you are here. Our first trip to Cabo was in 2000, we caught the bug and have been coming back ever since! We purchased our first residence along the corridor in 2012, and although the property was amazing, we knew we wanted the lifestyle and convenience of living downtown. We have been proud Hacienda owners since 2013. We have created such beautiful memories with our family and friends. Cabo San Lucas holds a very special place in our hearts and we consider it our home.
