Es una casa de 4,100 pies cuadrados con 5 dormitorios y 3 1/2 baños, antigüedades francesas, cocina gourmet con electrodomésticos de calidad comercial, chimenea de leña, estacionamiento cubierto para 2 autos y un gran patio cubierto al aire libre. Hay un total de 6 camas y 1 colchón con cubierta tipo almohada para 14 personas. No más de 14 personas en cualquier momento en la propiedad. Esta casa no se alquila para fiestas o bodas.

Here for bowling tournament and family fellowship

This home truly has six bedrooms, kitchen is huge, refrigerator is huge. Nice area on patio to play cards. Overall a very spacious place for a large group.

Mini vacation

We had a group of 9. We were in town for a week, for a tournament. The house was more than expected. The ladies fell in love with all of it. We had ample room, had everything we needed was easy to find and close to stores and restaurants. Thank you so much. Would recommend over and over again!

Baton Rouge USBC National Unified Bowling Tournament

We truly enjoyed our house in Baton Rouge. The French Country home was just perfect size for our group. We had enough room for everyone to relax and enjoyed the outside and wonderful warm temperatures while we were there for one week. Shannon was great communicating with us if we had any questions. Weekend getaway

We rented the property for a friend’s trip with everyone coming into town. The house was spacious and allowed a great place for us all to get together under one roof. The backyard was large and allowed a place for the kids to play. We would stay there again.

Exactly what we needed!

This house was perfect for our group of friends bowling in the open championship tournament. It was close enough to the bowling alley but far enough away to feel like we were vacationing. The house fit us all comfortably and we had everything we needed, including a giant kitchen so we could gather and enjoy time together. Our host was great at communicating and make sure everything was working and ready for us and so helpful in helping us have a great first experience in Baton Rouge! Thank you for a great experience!

Annual LSU football game

Our group was in town for the LSU football home opener. There were 15 of us and we had plenty of space for everyone. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the back patio. The home was adequately stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Shannon was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely consider staying at this home again.

LSU best party house!!

We’re a group of Out of State LSU parents who come in for football games!! This house is perfect for a big group! Great kitchen, 6 bedrooms, & big back patio. Owner responds quickly!! We’ve made a lot of great memories here!! Geaux Tigers!!! 💜💛💜

Spacious home and great location

Great location and easy travel to LSU campus and Baton Rouge. Owner replied to questions quickly. Great amount of space for visiting indoors and out. Some of the furniture could stand to be replaced… 1 bed very squeaky, formal dining room chairs were unsteady. Lots of spider webs and dusty baseboards could use a good deep cleaning. We enjoyed our time and of course the win over Alabama was icing On the cake!!

I apologize for the spiderwebs and dusty baseboards. My housekeepers daughter got in a bad car accident the day before you were checking in and we usually go in and do a thorough check. As far as the furniture goes, it is a home that is advertised with French antiques. Yes, LSU winning was amazing!

Refrigerator Didn't Work

This could be an amazing home but it needs some TLC it was not the same as the pictures on the VRBO listing. When we arrived there were several things wrong the microwave didn't work. Property manager was very responsive and got a small replacement to the home the same day. We reported the refrigerator was not keeping cool again the property manager very responsive but did not resolve the issue. Due to it being a holiday weekend stated could not get anybody out there to look at the refrigerator. 3 days into our stay got refrigerator got looked at but not fixed. They delivered a mini fridge 3 days into our stay for 11 people. I've rented several vrbo's and this one really disappointed me. My friends and I will not be coming back to stay at this home.
