PIES EN EL AGUA HERMOSO APARTAMENTO NUEVO CON PANORAMA CON VISTAS AL MAR

Bonito estudio con todas las comodidades modernas que necesita para su estancia.
Ideal para vacaciones, ya que está situado junto al mar (con los pies en el agua), no lejos del centro de Niza.
Fácil acceso a la estación de tren y al aeropuerto (parada de tranvía FABRON). Dispone de una terraza orientada al sur con vistas al mar (4ª planta con ascensor).
La ropa de hogar no está incluida en el precio del alquiler, pero puede alquilarse in situ por 20 euros si no desea traer la suya, así como la limpieza de final de estancia por 30 euros si no desea hacerla usted mismo.
La hora de llegada debe acordarse con el propietario, que sólo recibe huéspedes entre las 17.30 y las 19.00 horas los días laborables. Los fines de semana, la llegada es como muy tarde a las 19.00 horas (las llaves se pueden dejar en el pequeño Casino VIVAL por un suplemento de 10 euros).

Tiene acceso a instalaciones de ocio (restaurantes, centros de ocio, discotecas, casinos, etc.), así como a actividades culturales (museo, teatro y paseos culturales por el casco antiguo, etc.).

I loved staying at this well equipped studio. It had everything I needed. The tram is a few steps away along with grocery stores, boulangeries, and some great pizza places. The view on the terrace is fantastic. Truly wonderful.

Fantastic view, location, and value for my 5 day vacation stay in Nice! Apartment has a beautiful ocean view from the balcony and everything I needed functionally. Plus it was a 2 minute walk to a) the tram station from which I could reach anywhere in Nice as well as other broader Cote d'Azur cities, b) a wonderful patisserie (which I visited every morning for fresh croissants, baguettes, and sandwiches), and c) a mini Carrefour grocery store. Marie Claire was a wonderful hostess who met me at the apartment to check in, made helpful suggestions, and communicated with me proactively. I hope to return to Nice and stay here again!

Lovely apartment with a good view

Had a wonderful stay. The amenities are great. Fast wi-fi and you can cast the video to the TV. You have some grocery stores and restaurants nearby, but you can always hop on the tram to get closer to the city center. There is a bigger Carrefour Market 15 minutes walk from the flat that has a big selection of vegetarian food.Started my days with a stroll by the beach and buying some fresh baked goods for breakfast. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect location to go to the beach and explore Nice. Being in a tram line was perfect for arriving from the airport and getting to the train station.

Just Perfect

True to the photos. Excellent shower. Comfortable bed and good cooking facilities. Fabulous view and ideal for a couple. Nearby tram provided perfect travel to Nice centre and beyond.

Nice apartment

Compact facility right in the main tram route from the airport. For the budget price this is excellent value. 2 min from the sea ( nice sea view) easy tram ride to anywhere in nice, Very helpful host 👍

A real gem

Well located if you want to be away from the old town and near the beach. Brill little café at Chez Vero next door for breakfast and lunch. Our plane was late but Marie-Claire was extremely helpful in making sure we got our keys on arrival 😀

Nice apartment in convenient location

The apartment is just as described in listing. My arrival was delayed by 8 hours, Marie-Claire and Rosie adapted to all my changes. Lovely sea view and convenient public transport.

A good flat near public transport and Nice center. Nice view over the Promenade and the See. Marie-Claire answered our questions that we had, before arriving. We would be happy to rent it again.

Perfect spot to access Nice!

This was a great condo just outside of old town Nice. We liked that we could easily walk or bike into downtown but were able to have quiet nights without the hustle and bustle. Marie Claire is a perfect host and was so helpful and accommodating! She gave us access to her parking spot which was close by walking or tram and allowed us to get everywhere in the south of France. She was always available for questions and was quick to respond! The condo was clean and had everything we needed! We had a fabulous trip!!

Beautiful inside and out!

We stayed in this property at the end of June and had an incredible time. Me and my girlfriend found this apartment had everything we needed and a cute little balcony to top it off. Marie-Claire was a very welcoming host and always a text away if anything was needed. Old town of Nice was just a walk along the beautiful promenade and the train station is a ~30 minutes walk but if you are happy to walk around for everything you need this is the perfect place, and a great hub to explore the beautiful city of Nice. If I ever return I would definitely stay in the same place!

Great view

The view is great, there is a gas station right in front but you have a good view to the sea. It is also great access to the tram that goes to the airport and down town. The downside is the cleanliness. We found a pair of underwear in the drawers presumably from the previous guest. The coffee maker was very dirty as well. You have to pay extra if you want it cleaned after you leave. The host communication was good, but be mindful of when you arrive as she has a very strict check in time policy. If you want a basic studio apartment with a view for a good price then I would recommend it.

Great location

Our stay was fine once we figured out the check-in. It was dark when we arrived and that added to the confusion. We picked up our keys but didn’t know how to open the door. There was a tag on the key ring that you tap to let you in the first door. Then the second door you had to unlock and pull HARD to open it. There were buttons on the walls that looked like light switches…but were doorbells. Couldn’t see the elevator so we took the stairs. Having no lights and finding our way in the dark was the worst. The next times were fine and the apartment had everything we needed.

Perfection

First let me express my gratitude to Marie Claire for being so welcoming! She was gracious and spoke to me in English - given my French was not up to the task. The place is better than it appears from the photos. I watched the most beautiful sunrise each day from the comfort of my bed! Breathtaking. The apartment was very clean and well appointed - the kitchen had all the appliances one could want and the bathroom had the dreamiest rain-shower shower head. The location was on the Tram which put me 15 minutes to DT or 15 to the Airport. There were grocery stores on either side of me, boulangeries everywhere and restaurants near by. A very nice restaurant was just across the street on the Promenade de Anglais on the beach. In terms of service, Marie Claire was kind, informative, offered her assistance at any moment which I took advantage of nearly immediately. I couldn’t get the heater to work and she came all across town with space heaters in tow, to the rescue - only to find out that it was ‘user error’ and the heater was in fine working order. She was gracious about my idiocy, giving no indication that she was irritated on any level. She will take good care of you! If you are a solo traveler - or a very tidy two person team who wants a front row seat to the Mediterranean - you want to have the easiest access to everything - you’re looking for a welcoming and accommodating host - this is the place! You’ve found it! Thank you again Marie Claire!

Très agréable séjour à Nice

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Nice dans le bel appartement de Marie claire. Tout s'est passé comme prévu en commençant par l'accueil et la mise à disposition d'un bel appartement avec vue sur la mer. Localisation idéale pour aller se baigner ou faire du shopping en ville car la station de tram Fabron est à deux pas !Bref, une localisation de qualité et un appartement que nous recommandons pour vos vacances.
