Not our first stay and wont be our last , love the town and the house , only issue was trouble connecting to internet and only music player was a clock radio .

Great place for family getaway

What a great place for a much needed city escape! Warringa Beach House was just the perfect place for our two families with 4 children under 6 years old. The place was very clean and surprisingly very well-equipped, it’s like the owners just knew what we needed and provided it. Being a stone’s throw from the beach was so convenient and although it rained most of the weekend, it didn’t dampen our spirits, as we just enjoyed the house. Highly recommended, we would come back in a heartbeat.

Great property so close to the park and beach

We just had a wonderful holiday at this property. The house was unbelievably clean and so well stocked with everything we needed. They provided linen and towels which was amazing with 3 kids not needing to bring our own! The beds were so comfy and high quality which make such a difference. The house is only 2 houses from the beach and the kids could play on the playground on the foreshore and we could still see them from the front yard! Toys and games for the kids were provided and Netflix and wifi included. Would definitely stay again! Thank you Kathy!

Comfort at Pt Clinton

Kathy & Melisa were great hosts. Clear communication, quick response times and very being understanding made the trip smooth sailing. They were very accommodating with allowing us to bring pets. The property has been beautiful renovated and modernised. It covers all bases and has everything you could need, including a coffee machine, split system in the lounge works a treat, very toasty warm in winter. The pool table and dart board were great inclusions, as well as plenty of room to park cars and boat. Thanks for a great time.

More luxurious than the photos suggest but an unfortunate stay

This was a bit of a mixed stay as we encountered a mouse and rat infestation and had a full septic tank, which took awhile to resolve. The property manager made genuine efforts to address the issue, calling plumbers and having the septic pumped, bringing in a pest inspector and organising toilet access at the caravan park. It was just stressful as these things took time to resolve and I resented paying $4000+ to stay somewhere with droppings in pillows and sheets, no toilet or shower over two days, and raw sewage in the yard. The property manager recommended a partial refund but this appears not to have been approved. The house itself is more luxurious than the photos indicate, with all fittings and fixtures of a high quality. The beds are comfortable and the location is an easy stroll to the beach, which is visible from the deck. The neighbours are very pleasant and we made some friends in our two weeks there.

Wonderful Warringa

This was our second , hopefully not our last stay at Warringa beach house. Very well equipped 3 bedroom , 2 bathroom home in the peaceful, serene township of Port Clinton. Clean and comfortable, great space with a warm cosy feeling and secure parking. How's was the serenity 10/10 .

Wonderful family getaway

The property was clean and tidy. It was the perfect stay for a family with small children. Good sized secure rear yard, fully equipped kitchen, 2 toilets, netflix, a few steps to the playground and beach! We had an enjoyable stay here!

A wonderful, peaceful place a stones throw from the beach

The house is extremely well equipped and is very comfortable. An ideal location two houses from the beach front. Be aware no dishwasher, but otherwise it has everything you need. Communication was excellent. Highly recommended.

Perfect Holiday!

Amazing stay! The house is fabulous, so close to the beach, it’s beautifully presented, clean and spacious and has everything you need for a holiday. We stayed for 7 nights - the beds are super comfy, the big dining room table is great for dinner and games, the backyard is spacious and super awesome for kids to run around in when they are not at the beach. Downtime in the lounge room to chill and chat and watch a movie or head out the back for a drink. I could not rate this house and stay highly enough. It’s just perfect - 5 stars. The hosts are super friendly and organised.

Beautiful house

Lovely house with lots of room only downfall is the mattress on top bunk is to big for the bed so makes it not safe to use for a child with the bed rail. The house everything you need and more thankyouuuu

We always love coming to Port Clinton and this time was no exception!

Warringa Beach house gave us everything we needed and more! It was the perfect weekend away to unwind and enjoy the quietness of a small country town. We didn’t want to go home and will definitely stay there again!
