Excellent location and a super cute condo. It is under construction (rebuilding after hurricane) so you will not have access to the pool. I would imagine it will be under construction for a while. This time of year though the water in the Atlantic is perfect. The listing mentions laundry, iron and ironing board but this isn’t available in the condo. It may be somewhere else but it wasn’t shared. We packed with having these things in mind so that’s disappointing. Also we were given minimal towels which is just odd. We had hand towels but definitely needed more towels and wash rags for 4 people. Bathroom faucet handles are backwards which just cracks me up, its an easy fix not sure why they don’t. We had a great time FL and we are appreciative for the stay.

Beach vacation

This property is has an AWESOME LOCATION. Right on the beach, ocean view from balcony, walking distance to some stores and food. TWO bathrooms were very convenient. 3 separate sleeping rooms were nice for a small family. No early check ins! Check in and check out were easy.

Charming Attention to Details

The interior of this condo is impeccable and just as appeared in the pictures. The décor and attention to details was so charming and cozy. From the wine bar, to coffee bar, from bedroom to each bathroom, it was so refreshing and clean and NOT boring and impersonal like a hotel room. I would definitely stay here again. Warning: the exterior does not match. When first arriving its a little rough. Do not be deterred! The pool is still not functional, as previously reported. Beach chairs graciously supplied!

Great place right on beach

East check in process. Place inside was perfect. Great balcony views. Outside needs some help. But looks like they are working on it. Damage from hurricane. Will definitely stay again.

We brought our granddaughter out to start college at Embry-Riddle. Twenty minute drive to the campus. Short drives to great food. We will book again.

Beautiful place on top floor looking at Ocean!

Beautiful location on the beach. Property is well stocked with items to enjoy the beach (umbrellas, chairs, toys, etc.) and this made our trip so much more enjoyable. Beds were comfy and the place was clean. As of August 2024 there is still a lot of construction in the area from the hurricane a few years ago and this includes the pool at this condo complex (Pirates Cove). Thankfully we didn’t miss it too much, but would be much better once it’s repaired. Enjoyed our stay a lot.

Such a great stay!

This was the ultimate getaway for our family. We enjoyed every bit of the condo and the beach. We were thankful for the ample coffee and beach chairs. I recommend this property for families that are looking for a quiet stay at the beach. Our contact with the hosts went flawlessly and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Thank you!

Very poor communication

Sent a message to property manger inquiring about parking passes and got no response. Checked out today and still no response. An important part of why I booked here was due to the pool. No one, including the online listing stated the pool was not operational. Very poor management and even more poor disclosure. Sent a message to the property manager, Evolve, they have yet to respond. Overall, no positive things to say. 4 days later and still no response.

Perfect view, nice little condo

This unit worked perfectly for our family of 4. The kitchen is tight, but we really just used it for breakfast and snacks. We spent most of our time on the beach or on the balconies. Water pressure wasn’t great, but everything was clean and comfy, so it wasn’t a big deal. The variety of complimentary coffee was lovely. The beach chairs and umbrella were great! I was bummed the pool still wasn’t fixed, but we had such great ocean weather that it didn’t really matter in the end. We also saw a few dolphins go by a couple mornings- what a treat!

AMAZING VIEW and Beach Wave Sound!

We had a great stay. Unit decorated so beachy adorable! Perfect for the beach lover. I wish some of the items in the unit were available for sale 😊 Unit literally across from elevator. Only wish we knew where the laundry room was located, but overall everything else was great.

Highly Disappointed!!!!

The owner canceled my Mom and I stay 1 hour before check-in. If the property, wasn't ready, they knew this before our check in. I will never book with this property again. They cause my 85 year old mother and me a whole lot of stress.

Loved the location and the condo was very nice. Wish had been bigger and the walls had gone all the way up for the 2nd bedroom. Maybe some glass blocks to keep the light. Otherwise great stay.

The condo is amazing! The ocean view is incredible. The owner has everything you need for your stay. Quiet, beautifully decorated and relaxing condo environment. Wonderful area to explore. We loved every second of our stay! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us; perfect vacation retreat!

Not what I expected

This was a former hotel that was converted into a condo using two adjacent rooms. The hotel is very old and in need of complete renovation. The listing states it is a two bedroom but it’s not a true two bedroom. It’s two walls that surround a bed. That’s not I was expecting. I’ll never stay at this again.

Stunning Condo...Inside + Out!

My husband, my kids and I had a wonderful long weekend in Daytona Beach. To be honest, we came for the race but it was so nice to be able to wake up to the serenity of the ocean every morning and return to this precious condo at the end of every day. The space is kept up very well, it's super clean and they have all the extra touches...snacks, bottle of wine, beach towels and anything else you can think of. The location is convenient and the property managers were very helpful and responsive, as we decided to add an extra night. I would definitely come back here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, beach get-away!!

Nice place.

It was a beautiful area. A little more quiet then farther down in Daytona. I was a little disappointed in the size of the unit. It was smaller then other units I have stayed in for the price . I thought it was a nice touch that they supplied us with coffee, tea, and extras that most condos do not do.. And having two balconies facing the ocean was wonderful! All in all it was a very nice unit other than being smaller than what I pictured.

Incredible ocean view

This condo has 2 balconies and is nicely decorated and clean. I was able to see the ocean from my bed! I was not clear on how to work the door to get in, but I called the property owner/manager and she explained it to me and all was good. Would stay here again.
