Villa Cypraea is a luxurious 2-bedroom Villa located in Flamand’s in St Barths. This stunning villa is a modern and serene property that enjoys elevated views over the sea. The area is surrounded by lush vegetation and it is a short 3-minute drive to Flamand’s beach.

The villa is split into three main buildings. The main living area and guest bedroom are located on the pool level while the master bedroom is located up along the stairs onto the top level. This bedroom offers lovely, elevated views and additional privacy during your stay.

The main living areas of this villa are very modern and serene. The living dining and kitchen area enjoy an open plan layout that blends out onto the terrace. The room is flooded in light and warmth and indulges in stunning ocean views. It is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The living area includes a Ceiling Fan, HDTV, Apple TV, Phone, and Screened Windows. The interiors also feature air-conditioning, wi-fi and a surround sound system. The dining area is behind the sofas and seats 4 guests comfortably. The kitchen is at the back of the main living space and comes fully equipped for the duration of your stay.

The terrace is a great spot to relax and enjoy the stunning ocean views. Walk out onto the covered terrace and dine alfresco for breakfast as you overlook the sea. You can lounge out on the comfortable sun beds or slip into the refreshing water of the private swimming pool at any time. There is an exterior shower head to wash off after a swim. The terrace also provides a BBQ for guests use which is great for enjoying a sizzling meal at the villa.

Villa Cypraea is located in Flamand’s along the northwesterly coast of St Barts. As the island is relatively small you are never far from any of the fun activities, excursions and sites you may wish to explore. To drive from one end of the island to the other takes twenty minutes! Gustaf Airport and the supermarket are a short five-minute drive from Villa Cypraea.

The island hosts an array of fun activities and excursions for you to enjoy during your stay. One of the best places to visit is Gustavia, the capital of the island.
