Nice little house on the lake. The water level was low so there was no lake in front of the house, but we still had a nice view across the neighbors yard to the lake. Lovely back porch to enjoy.

The house was beautiful inside. The pergola wasn't cleaned to sit under. It was full of spider webs. The lake was receding so we were only able to see the lake from afar, maybe the water is higher at a different time of year. We went the first weekend of October. The game room was hot for my guest. Some blinds would have helped. Overall, the weekend stay was great and my family had a blast!

This was our second stay at this property. It was just as great as the first! The host was very friendly and quick to respond. House was super clean and all the amenities you could need. Great for place to take kids. My family and I look forward to our next visit!

Overall it was an unpleasant stay. To start off, we checked the Lake level because the host makes a small note about the water level, and the Lake level was at an average. Well, at an average Lake level you’re left high and dry. Then when we entered, my grandson stepped on broken glass on the porch. The floors were sticky, and we found a dead cockroach. We had planned to stay for four or five days. We left after one.

I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy the stay. As far as the issues go - the floor was sticky because the cleaning service used a different product than normal. At no time did you send any note for me to correct the situation. The cleaners live nearby and are very responsive. As far as the dead roach, the house is on a quarterly service plan with Broken Arrow Pest service. It is well maintained and we have never had a pest complaint. I do notify the prospective renters that the lake water level is variable. And of course, it is not in my control. I’m sorry that your grandson’s foot was injured but this has never happened before with all the renters coming and going.

Host was a great communicator. Had a great time with my family. The porch facing the water was the best place to sit, drink coffee and watch the waves. Kitchen was stocked with a great set of pots and pans, dishes, etc. Great rooms and beds. The bunk bed room (man cave) area does not have a direct connection to the main house so you would have to go outside to get into the house to use the bathroom. But my nephew did not mind that. He loved the man cave. Great parking area and the home close to a grocery store for last minute needs.

This is such a unique property! It was very clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked and perfect for cooking large meals. Nice large dining table too. Great views of the lake.

The house is beautiful our 4 year old loved all the stairs. The view of the lake is stunning. The only thing to note is be sure you’re aware that depending on the water and time of year the lake was not directly behind the house it was mostly shallow water with trash , chairs, debris etc. in the water and that’s the only way to access the lake from the backyard so that made it difficult especially with small children. The only other thing to take note of was the downstairs game room located on the exterior of the house accessible through a main outside door was so extremely hot even with the large fan and ac going it was unable to be used due to heat. The games provided were unusable due to missing pieces and the Wii also did not work. Other than that the house was great and there is even a convenient little store a 2min walk away!

Beautiful location for this comfortable and well-stocked rental. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there is a grill outside. The view is spectacular, especially the sunrise. The kids had fun playing in the water and kayaking in the canal. We had a fabulous time. The owner is very responsive. We brought firewood for the firepit and had S'Mores, of course. We plan on returning for a longer stay.

Family Spring Weekend Get-A-Way

We had a wonderful stay. Owner was very responsive and the place was perfect for our group. Wonderful views. Easy access to fishing just down the road and the Livingston was only about 15-20 minutes away. Great house right on the lake.

Lake was nice. Home even better. Dean was very friendly and communicative throughout. Family enjoyed the stay enough we rented an extra day. Dean made that easy as well. Highly recommend. Kids loved the kayaks and game room.
