The condo was a lot larger than we expected and it came equipped with dishwasher pods, some basic hygenic products, and the easiest check out process! The property manager, Mike, made all of the difference with our stay - helping answers questions about the area, recommendations, and check in/out details. Definitely would stay here again. Location is good - around a 15 min walk to Coligny Plaza or the beach so not bad as long as you aren’t carrying too much

Great family trip

Townhouse was comfortable and spacious for our family with two preteens. Close to the pool. The rental process was convenient.

Perfect vacation !

Perfect vacation.....Condo was very clean, in a great location and perfectly equipped for our needs. Pool is great, and this spot is close enough to walk to the beach, stores, restaurants and grocery shopping. Thoroughly enjoyed our break and would definitely stay here again. I recommend this property. Dealing with the owner was seamless.

AGreat Place to Relax!

We enjoyed the stay. It has recently been updated from head to toe. The bedrooms are upstairs and modt comfortable. Bobby and Mike were most helpful. Would recommend it highly if you don't mind steps!

Enjoyed our stay ,house keeping did a better job this time, I stayed longer this time and beds need some TLC, not very comfy, but loved this complex, loved this location and will rent this condo a third time . I just hope by then they would have added new mattresses to the beds

Great Location…But

Very nice complex…location is great…layout of Condo is fantastic….But This Condo is in need of a deep cleaning. Also shag rug on upper floor should be replaced immediately, it is stained and full of hair, dust, and debris. Owner should rethink their cleaning service.

Great rental!

We were arriving into town 1-2 hours prior to check in. I texted Michael, the property contact, and he messaged back right away approving an early check in. He even messaged us later with things to do and places to go during our stay. The unit was very clean and spacious for 3 of us girls. The location was excellent. My only “complaint” was that housekeeping arrived at 9:15am on the day of check out. I thought that was tacky, when check out was at 10am (we were out by then). But besides that, we loved our stay and we loved this rental!

Underwhelmed

The floors were dusty, the bathroom toilet brushes were nasty, the upstairs front bathroom shower curtain was torn at the top and had dried soap scum on it. The upstairs front bedroom carpet had stains and with a toddler there needs to be locks on the front door to keep them safe! Outside we had to kill some wasps!! The door code was disabled at 9:30a which wasn’t check out time. The place needs a deep cleaning.

Great condo

My husband, son and I stayed here in early August. I read the thorough welcome packet that was emailed to me, the information here on the site, and the reviews. The stairs to get to the condo are narrow, so we brought over the shoulder bags instead of rolling luggage. I brought a spare blackout curtain for privacy on the back porch sliding door, but I thought the shade that was there was sufficient. It was very easy to text and get answers from the property manager. No problems with the key pad and code. Our GPS navigation couldn't find the exact location of the unit based on the street address, but we found it eventually. Coligny Beach park, shopping, and parking are so close. Great location, clean and lovely place to stay.

wish we had known a few things in advance to booking

this condo was not meant for seniors! 12 steep steps up to the second floor was not easy on "old " people. both bedrooms upstairs again steep were not convienent . the mattress on the bed on the right side was so noisey every time i moved i woke up. knowing these things would have made a difference in our choice. I know you want to make the listing as inviting as possible but if i were a property owner i would look for repeat renters. unfortunately it won't be a second time for us. but it has made us aware to ask if there are a lot of stairs before we book .

Misleading information

The property itself was fine and rather nice. However, the listing said that there would be two queen size beds, but both beds were only full size. The welcome packet provided indicated that there would be laundry detergent for four loads of laundry, but there was only a single load detergent box available. Additionally, upon arriving we found a dead cockroach in the middle of the kitchen suggesting it wasn't properly cleaned. This was confirmed as we found bits of trash all throughout the condo. We also discovered that all of the dishes and silverware needed to be re-washed to be used as they had food bits still on them and smelled off. The condo itself is near enough to everything you'll need, but you should be wary that not everything was as described.

The property is close to restaurants and shopping with comfortable furniture. There are exterior stairs and interior stairs so bring lightweight luggage.

We enjoyed our week stay. Smoke free property was a plus. Ryan was on point confirming our stay and door code. Also very quick to respond, making our stay enjoyable. Recommend updating living room furniture, dated and worn out. Carpet upstairs needs to be updated as well.

Nice Condo in Good Location

This condo was just as described. It was clean, well stocked, and in a good location. We rented bikes, and biked everywhere. Everything we needed and everywhere we wanted to go was within biking distance. We will definitely stay here again.
