Come experience the vibrancy of Miami! You will feel perfectly at home in this Brand New 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house + full laundry. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Suitable for up to 10 people, spacious and beautifully designed interior and a large relaxing backyard surrounded with beautiful mango trees.

Steps away from the murals of Wynwood and Brickell which boasts the best restaurants, shopping, and nightlife!

Free gated parking is included in your stay.


THE SPACE:

Enjoy the feeling of home sweet home from the heart of Miami! My villa has been designed by an interior designer, all items were carefully selected to ensure you experience a hotel-style luxury and quality comforts.

Perfect for the family traveler, couples, small groups and those in town for business.

If you feel like taking a break from the finest restaurants Miami can offer, cook your favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen.

After a long day of sight-seeing and working, come relax in the living room and watch a movie. All 3 bedrooms have flat-screen TV's as well.

There are three bedrooms, all have been designed with quality and comfort, the master bedroom has a King size bed, and the other two bedrooms have Queen size beds with quality linens and modern accents. There is also a sofa bed that sleeps 2 extra people (Full bed) in the living room. Also, a self-inflating mattress.

There are 2 full bathrooms. The first one, the master bathroom, features a standup shower and a large sink, and the second one a tub/shower. Both have been designed with modern luxury for a spa-like experience.

There are extra linens, towels, high-speed 5G Wifi, central A/C, and ensuite washer/dryer, all included in your stay at no extra cost to you!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

- We have SECURITY CAMERAS outside the house.

- AMOUNT OF REGISTERED GUESTS sleeping in the Villa is constantly WATCHED.

- PARTIES AND SMOKING IN THE HOUSE WILL BE FINED and automatically EVICTED.

- We DO the inventory after each check-out to control if there are broken and/or missing components of the Villa.

Charged us for a bed we did not break

Charged for a bed we didn’t break, location not great. Power was lost in the home several times

Dear guest, as we acknowledge the situation that you connected huge electrical equipment and making the breakers go off, we put hands fast on it. The Villa is not prepared to throw parties as we are situated in a residential neighborhood, and to receive the wear and tear that it generates. It’s clear that you loaded the King bed with extra people breaking it off. You knew all that before hand especially because you live locally. Luckily we could solve the issues in the middle of the night. Thanks for the compliments to Jose and the cast. We are always ready to serve!

Enjoyed our stay in this property!

This Miami property was conveniently located near fun Miami attractions and a great place to stay for any occasion. Comfortable beds, awesome TVs and living room with a big backyard for an outdoor escape. The property manager was helpful and courteous the entire time. Overall it was an amazing trip. Thank you!

Phenomenal place !

The process was super efficient and the place was newly furnished and clean. The outdoor patio offered a great place to lounge and relax. Jose was very accommodating and super friendly. Will definitely come back through his listings in the future.
