Sandtrap 2 is a lower level, two bedroom, one bath unit that sleeps up to eight people and is located one block from the beach. This cozy getaway is part of a larger property made up of ten individual cottages, available for individual rental or large group rentals. This unit has tasteful, light colored decorations, ceramic tiles, and hardwood floors. You can spend your day splashing in the swimming pool or playing on the volleyball and basketball courts. When dinnertime rolls around you can barbeque outside on the grill, take advantage of the fully furnished kitchen, or head out to one of the fabulous restaurants located on the Grand Strand. Whether you are looking for a place for a small group or a large gathering such as a family reunion or youth group retreat, this is the place for you. Make your reservation early, and head to North Myrtle Beach for an unforgettable vacation.

Repeat Visit

We stayed in a different unit at this location in 2020 and came back this year in a 2 bedroom. We love that it's right across the street from the beach and we can bring our dog with us. The unit itself was great for 4 adults and the bathroom looked to have been recently updated. We would recommend this property to our friends and family.

Hi Jeff--- every week is different as far as family make-up -- kids/no kids at the Sandtrap property. I know you realize this, since you have stayed at this property for years ---- we would have a private home in that same area, that would have a private pool for you. When you call for your next reservation, let's talk about that. Also, thanks for a touch of home -- always nice to see Ravenna, OH on a reservation :)

The location is unbeatable, just 1/2 block from the beach with public access right across the street. My dog, Zia, absolutely loved it here, and it was great to find such a pet-friendly place. The rental was spotless and had a wonderful family-oriented atmosphere. We also enjoyed being within walking distance to fantastic bars and restaurants. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach vacation! 🏖️

The new keyless entry system was perfect, no searching for the physical key. The condo had new wall decorations. We plan to return next year.

And water leaked from shower door on the floor. Shower floor was slippery. I will bring my own shower mat next time. Front door was very pretty but didn't like the fact that you could see through it. I loved the new water and drier! Very convenient and a close walk to the beach. I will stay here again!

Cute place in really good location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I and our 2 dogs stayed here for Jan and Feb in a lower unit. The place had comfortable couches and beds and a good layout for its size. We loved the walk-in shower with the "rain" shower head. The only improvements it could use would be to update the kitchen cabinets and maybe blow in some insulation between the walls so that it might be soundproofed a bit. We'd had one issue that was quickly taken care of by maintenance, done efficiently and in a friendly, professional manner. Also, one of the maintenance personnel told us about a local dog park, so we took our dogs there, and they loved it! The location of the rental is very close to the beautiful beach. Also, I should mention that we were very happy that we didn't see any bugs in the unit at all, which was a relief since we know that can sometimes be an issue in general in Southern U.S.

Great weekend

Liked the location of the place to the beach! Its just about a half a block to the beach. Very nice place to stay for the weekend and would stay again. Girlfriend and I have already talked about booking it again for next year. Pool was right behind the building too. Will stay again for sure.

Much needed rest and relaxation

We traveled with all our family members and rented out 2 units in this building. The location was great less than a block to the beach with a straight shot to public beach access. All the kids loved being able to get in the pool while we grilled out at the back of the building. We also loved being able to bring our dogs, and it was a great location for them as well with a nice area to walk them and just a quick trip to the beach. We also loved the convenience of being close to the nearby grocery stores and restaurants so once we got there it was very little need for much driving at all.
