- Accessibility: This is an elevated property; a flight of stairs is required to reach the living area.

- Parking: Includes one garage space (best for a small vehicle) plus driveway parking.

- Group Bookings: Traveling with a larger crew? Inquire about renting both sides of the duplex to sleep up to 12 guests!

- Policies: No pets, no smoking, no parties

- City of Sarasota Certificate of Registration #VR25-00223

- Minimum 7-night stay required per city regulations

- Please note that there is currently new construction taking place next door. While we do not have any control over the construction schedule or noise, we wanted to make you aware so there are no surprises during your stay
