The cozy cottage boasts island flair with no detail overlooked. The fully equipped kitchen has custom cabinetry custom tile granite counter tops and brand-new stainless-steel appliances. Enjoy a home cooked meal gathered around the dining table which has seating for up to four people. If additional seating is needed there are more seats at the kitchen bar.

The coastal inspired living area offers a large wall-mounted flat screen television and the open floor plan allows your friends and family to mingle and watch TV no matter where they are! There is a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combination on the first floor. Step outside and feel a fresh salty breeze on the balcony which also has seating placed with pure relaxation in mind.

The primary bedroom features a cozy king size bed and a large wall-mounted flat screen television so you can relax after a busy day at the beach or pool. The master bathroom has a custom walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed and a large wall-mounted flat screen television and the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has 2 full size beds and a flat screen television. There is also a shared full bathroom that has a walk-in shower. You will find a set of child size bunks in the common area of the second floor which allows this beach home to sleep up to ten people comfortably.

This cottage comes with a full-size washer and dryer conveniently located inside the house. There is a private outdoor shower to rinse off after a day of having your toes in the sand and free wi-fi connection for West Side Cottages Unit CC guests. There is a private communal pool.

Covered parking under house up to two (2) vehicles. This is a NON-SMOKING property. No pets are permitted. You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this cottage. Guests must park under the house in the assigned area or risk being towed at owner expense.
