Our home is great for families who are looking to stay near Beaches, Camp Lejeune, New River, or Stone Bay. home is fully equipped with essentials to cook at home and an open floor plan to enjoy every min with family and friends.

Please note for the safety of our home and for your safety we do have a ring camera that records movement at the front door. A motion sensing camera over the garage facing the driveway and front of home and a motion sensing camera facing the back yard.

-No extra guest on property only those accounted for at booking.
-No outdoor shoes indoors.
-No smoking indoors
-Please clean up after your SA in the back yard(fine will apply if SA feces is found, min $100)
-A grill is available but if used must be left clean.
-No parties/events of any kind allowed.
-No smoking/vaping indoors or in garages allowed what so ever, no exceptions.
-Garage is not accessible for guests other then to use laundry and for the ping pong table.
- Use the dishwasher for all used dishes and utensils then put them in their respectable place. Dishwasher pods provided.
- Leave used beds unmade and used towels in tub.💢💢
