Esta renovada casa de 3 habitaciones y 2 baños se encuentra en una zona residencial tranquila a solo una milla de Coast Guard Beach. Esta hermosa casa ha sido actualizada y equipada con todos los muebles y sábanas y electrodomésticos nuevos. Situado en un 1/2 acres muy privado en el hermoso North Truro, esta casa es verdaderamente un refugio. El dormitorio principal con baño está situado con una nueva cama queen, escritorio, ropa de cama de lujo, TV y aire acondicionado. El baño principal cuenta con una ducha de azulejos personalizada y accesorios nuevos. El baño de visitas tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha con jacuzzi, suelo de baldosas y tocador doble. Los 2 dormitorios adicionales están equipados con camas nuevas y lujosas sábanas. Amplia cocina con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable y todos los elementos esenciales para preparar sus comidas. La mesa de comedor tendrá capacidad para 8 personas. The kitchen was wonderful. We cooked a number of dinners and breakfasts. Great appliances, pots, pans and silverware. Beds were really comfortable with modern bathrooms. The deck was a great place to hang out on. So was the couch to play games and watch the World Cup on the tv. The house was perfect for the six of us. Enough room for privacy and nice common areas to be together. Excellent location; close to beaches, National Seashore and Provincetown.

Just returned home from a wonderful trip to North Truro. This house was perfect for our multi generational family. Kitchen is huge and beautifully updated. Loved the privacy of the large fenced in yard and the freedom it gave our 4yr old dog. Definitely recommend!

Couldn't have been better!

This was our second time at this property. The yard is a dream for our dogs and the house is absolutely perfect. We especially appreciated the AC since it was a very hot week. The hosts are very responsive and were so understanding when one of our dogs got ill.

This was a great house for my young kids and our dog. It was spacious enough for a family of 4 and totally clean. The recent renovations are high quality. The kitchen is well equipped. The A/C units worked great. The fenced in yard gave us peace of mind that the kids and dog could run around while we were on the deck without worrying.

Everything was perfect. House was spacious and cozy. Kitchen beautifully updated. Everything spotless. Backyard was like a perfect playground. We were going back and forth from corn hill bay and highland beach. Biking on road and trail perfect. The Cape is my happy place and this house made it happier.

This lovely home in a super quiet neighborhood was absolutely perfect for our needs! It is spacious, super comfortable, and really well kept. Our friends really appreciated the huge fenced in backyard which their two dogs loved! We came to the Cape to primarily bike, and the house’s location near the Province Lands and Cape Cod Rail Trails was ideal. While riding near the home, we even discovered a trail that lead to nearby Head of the Meadow Beach. All four of us agreed that we would stay there again!

Excellent Location on the CAPE

Fantastic stay. House was immaculate. Family and friends loved it. I suggest to all to do the Dunes tour, Whale watch out of Provincetown. Evening dinner at Macks in Wellfleet. Also the drive in movie is fun too. Bayside is much warmer- make sure you a chance to go to the Beachcomber... I guess we missed that this time. Host was spot on!

A family stay

We enjoyed the house - it was far more spacious than I anticipated. The proximity to our favorite beaches and local vendors was very much appreciated. We also celebrated our daughter's engagement - a celebratory moment captured at Corn Hill Beach at sunset so this trip was truly memorable! The house offered just about everything we needed (and we cook in a lot)! It would have been helpful to have beach gear (but we have collected quite a bit over the years and are used to bringing it all with us!). The owner is extremely responsive and was so on any inquiry we had prior to arriving. I would not hesitate to return to this property.

Absolutely perfect

This home exceeded our expectations. We were supposed to be a party of six with one dog but, due to a change in their schedules, it was just my husband and I. I contacted Deborah who easily refunded our pet deposit. She was very available for our concerns and questions, check-in was seamless, the house is all on one level yet very roomy, has a very large kitchen and is twelve minutes from Wellfleet and Provincetown. The yard is fenced in and huge. The Payomet tent is a doable walk and the neighborhood is private and quiet. We booked for next summer already and will be coming back with our adult sons, their partners and one pup. Absolutely cannot wait. Thanks, Deborah!

This was our 2nd summer renting this property for our family gathering. Really nice space, with room for several couples.my pup enjoyed the fenced yard, except when the large group of turkeys came to visit LOL and refused to leave. Would definitely recommend this property!

The house itself is very nice. It's been beautifully remodeled, is spacious, and appears thoughtfully designed with accessibility in mind. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with new appliances, and the washer/dryer and pet-friendly policy were appreciated.A few things future guests should know: the fenced yard, which is highlighted in the listing, has large gaps under sections of the fence that many dogs could fit through. Guests also don't have access to the garage, so beach chairs, bikes, boogie boards, and other gear will likely need to be stored inside. During our stay, there were also tarped construction materials in the backyard and a dumpster in the driveway.The biggest disappointment was the owner's handling of the property while we were there. A large FedEx delivery was scheduled during our stay without any notice, blocking the driveway and interrupting our vacation. We felt this should have been scheduled before or after a guest stay, or at least communicated in advance. When we raised our concerns, they were largely dismissed.Overall, the home has many positives, but the guest experience didn't match the luxury price point. The house deserves high marks, but luxury accommodations also include privacy, communication, and a property that feels guest-ready throughout the stay.

Great spot, with some caveats

Most of this house is in great shape, though the kitchen and its equipment desperately need updating. The location is wonderful, assuming you’re looking for Truro’s solitude. The house is missing some basics for a typical Cape rental, like beach chairs and beach towels. There are two automatic coffee makers, yet just three teaspoons, no tea kettle and no lobster crackers. The cleaning/maintenance staff should make sure there are working light bulbs in all the lamps (espy hard-to-access ones like above the kitchen sink and in the en-suite shower). There are several other details that need attention as well, but with these simple matters are addressed, I’d wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

Fabulous property

I can’t say enough about this property. From the huge kitchen to the huge fenced in yard this place offers space unlike any other rental. The rooms are bright and roomy and unbelievably clean. The owners are right on top of anything you need. Who goes for propane for their quest at 8 pm? Yes THAT attentive. I already requested a week for next year !!!!

Our favorite house on the Cape

My family spent many years trying to find the best house, and best location for our family's annual vacation to the Cape. Finally, in 2019, we found Deborah's incredible home nestled in a very quiet neighborhood in Truro. This home is well-cared for, CLEAN, and almost entirely updated. The new washer/dryer in the bathroom were awesome! The interior is spacious and allows plenty of room for us to enjoy the evenings inside or out doors. The spacious, fenced-in backyard is an absolute treat and our dog loves running around in it. Mornings spent with a coffee out on the deck are among my favorite at this gem. It is a quick, easy drive to our favorite beach: Head of the Meadow, and just down the street from Highland House, which we always enjoy going to. Provincetown is just 15 minutes up the road, so it allows us a good proximity to it without being in the busy city. This year we got a flat tire and found that the local gas station and automotive shop in Truro were also incredibly accommodating and kind. Thank you to Deborah and the town of Truro for having us! We will definitely be back!
