The property is gated and located on the 2nd floor, providing both privacy and security. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom has a full-size bed and the third bedroom has two twin-size beds, making this condo perfect for families with children. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks on the balcony with partial ocean views.

We’ve stayed here a few times and would highly recommend this location! Excellent location in Puntas, great communication with the host/manager and always super clean. We will be back!

Great condo for family — close to awesome beach

We really enjoyed sitting at this property. It was clean, exactly as listed, and close walking distance to a beautiful swimming beach and several restaurants and oceanfront bars. Lots to do even in July. The pool was clean. Having two bathrooms and a patio with a view of the pool were key amenities.

Family time

It was fine. The accommodations where good for us. Showed grandchildren several areas and beaches on the island. Lots to see in the area and if you want to travel 100 miles this property is located well.

Loved our stay in Sandy Beach!

Great condo located so close to the ocean! Spacious, clean and comfortable. Really loved the area due to its close proximity to restaurants, beaches... and enjoyed being able to wash and dry clothes! Thanks for a great stay!

Great family vacation

Beautiful place! Kitchen well Stocked. Great location. Big kahuna right next door with great drinks and music. A 2 minute walk to the amazing Sandy Beach. Very convenient location. Very easy to reach if you need anything. Would definitely rent this place again.

Sandy Beach!

Very nice property. Very close to the beach and the Tamboo restaurant and bar. The big Kahuna bar and grill is also next door. Cool place with live music. Great area!

Surf excursion

Totally wonderful, exactly what and where we needed to enjoy the best surf rincon could offer. Perfect location set a bit outside of diwntown in own Sandy Beach community with walkable restaurants, bars, cafe, coffee, Rincon Surf School is your next door neighbor. Downtown Rincon minutes away by car!

2nd Time Staying There

This was our 2nd stay at the Ocean Terrace and planning a 3rd. Location is great particularly if you like to surf. Great bar (Big Kahuna) is across the street with food and music. The hood is quite and away from the crowded downtown Rincon but just a 5 minute ride over the hill. Host answered all questions timely.

The condo was beautiful, but there was some hiccups...

The condo was spacious, the host responded to us immediately, that was a big plus. My air conditioner went out, but was replaced on the third day. I switched rooms with one of my cousins who does not require AC. The shower head in the hallway bathroom needs to be replaced. The shower head was firing hard from three directions and the in between water was soft. It would have been nice to have a steady stream. The shampoo caddy was rusty and there is no window covering for that window. The laundry room door knob was broken and someone can easily get cut, if not careful opening the door. The condo seems to be in need of an upgrade. There are no extra throws for the living room. Although, the owners were attentive to us, and we appreciate it, the condo could use a little refreshing.

Loved the place. It was walking distance from Sandy beach. Was clean. Good instructions on how to access the property on first day. The one small issue we had, was the washer and dryer didn’t work. We were going to wash all our clothes on the last day and couldn’t get the washer to work and the dryer didn’t have heat. When we called them, they said, they would send someone the next day, which wouldn’t have worked since we were checking out and needed our clothes by then.

Perfect Rincon Stay

We were so pleasantly surprised by this property. The price was very reasonable and yet had MUCH to offer. The house is very comfortable. The bedrooms were set up nicely with a third room with 2 twin beds. The location was ideal for Sandy Beach and the pool was enjoyable to cool off in. We hope to be back soon.

Cute and convenient

Near beaches shops and restaurants. Noisey area due to local bar. House is pretty sound proof. Party area had a party in unit above us into the morning but Jennifer took care of it and we had no more problems after that. Would suggest a car for getting to groceries and sights.

Clean, modern, near where you'll vacation

Perfect place to overnight with basic needs. This property was clean, safe, near locations we wanted to go. The neighborhood bar was really loud on wkds but if we didn't care for the music we just closed everything up and turned on the AC. The on suite definitely needs a curtain and the kitchen could have used some extra hand towels and wash rags. We needed to buy toilet paper and paper towels also. We would have loved a couple of beach chairs. Check In process went smooth after we requested the info right before arriving. Would have felt better if instructions had arrived a couple days earlier since we were arriving on a holiday. Everything turned out ok and we really had a great time! Thank you.
