Lovely condo in a perfect location!! We stayed here last year & plan on coming back every year!! The best part is we could bring our small fur babies & not have to worry about a thing bc most everyone else has a fur baby, too!!

don't get what you pay for

the unit is sufficient for a one or two night stay. I stayed 3 and supplies like toilet paper was scarce. You also need to check the parking pass situation if there will be more than one vehicle. There's an extra charge for each parking pass. the furniture didn't look to be updated since the condo was built. No iron or blow dryer. The price was extremely high for what you get.

Could be cleaner and a more inviting feel.

Bender Realty is great. The view was great. The condo could have been cleaner as in the floor. We actually had to go buy a mop as the mop in the unit was a sponge mop and very old. Should have been replaced a long time ago. (So there is a new mop in the closet ). Because the mop was so old the floor had a slippery grease my film feel to it. Not sure what that was about but we fixed it with a good mop. Under the kitchen table was lots of sand like it had not even been swept. When we go on vacation for a week, we kind of like it to feel “like home”. This wasn’t it. The decor and furniture could definitely be updated . The bedroom definitely needs some curtains. Otherwise the time away was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the room and the view. Only problems we had was there was not enough towels. I did laundry everyday. The laundry machines are old and LOUD! I’d bring some beach towels. Also slippers! Bring slippers. Our feet were filthy from the floors. It would be nice to see some bike racks put up on property too. We had to use a parking spot and when we came out the next day a bunch other had added to where our bikesWhere. The room was very peaceful till the last day. Someone’s dog barked from the balcony all day. Oh and please add some hooks in the hallway for towels and beach stuff. We plan to come back yearly. Everything was great.

Guest shower does not work. Sand in al beds upon arrival. Odor in condo. Needs curtains in bedrooms could not sleep.

Good for the price

Worst place ever

This has got to be the worst Condo we have ever stayed in. Condo was not clean, couches were wet when we got there - had to put the cushions on the balcony to dry. Mold by the AC vents. If we would have had guests with us I would have asked them to sleep in the spare room due to the mold. Screen on sliding glass door was busted, found a receipt on the floor from 6/24, you could see stains on the ceiling from water leaks, holes in walls has been repaired and not repainted, door stops all messed up. Master bathroom dropped constantly, molding on floor was all brown in the seams, one trash bag for the 4 nights we stayed there. Balcony rails and furniture could use a cleaning - float on balcony, we just left it where it was when we found it. I have pictures if you could like to see some of them.

Wonderful Stay

Nicely decorated and very clean property. Great view of the ocean/beach, spacious, and great layout. Will definitely stay here again. Pool is great too. Highly recommend this property.

Cleanliness

Was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. With it being pet friendly I would think they would go above and beyond to have smell clean. When we open the door my wife’s first response was that it smells. Found dog toys under furniture. Having cloth covered furniture in a pet friendly place is not the best decision.

Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we realized that the online photos were deceiving. The condo was not clean, I think they just cleaned the bathrooms & put a sanitized sign on them. Patio furniture falling apart. Living room furniture needs updating. View was nice. We ate at some nice restaurants a little pricey though. Lulu's restaurant very good food, atmosphere.

Great location, great value, and just a perfect spot to rest and relax. Bender Rental Company is one of the best. The staff is incredibly nice, and I would receive a daily text just to make sure my expectations were being met, and ensuring everything was just as I expected. I have stayed in several units over the years at the Caribbean, and they are all great.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about this condo was old, dirty, and the decor and furniture looked like it all came from Good Will. One of the folding doors was off the track and left leaning against the living room wall (and had been there for a while according to other reviews). Our husbands bought a $2 screwdriver and reattached it within minutes. Mold in the shower stall. W&D were antiques and rusted but they worked (dryer had to be run twice to dry). The wine glasses had been put away with lipstick on them. We didn't touch them. The linens were thin and bedspreads stained. Pillows were cheap (thank goodness we brought our own). Coffee pot was tiny. Appliances did work. We bought our own paper plates, cups, utensils. Online photos do not show the true condition of this condo. Only redeeming quality about this condo was it was right on the water although in the middle of a very crowded section of the beach.

Lovely 2 bdrm corner unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Caribbean condos. Only 32 condos in the building. So much better than those mega complexes. It's dog-friendly for our 9 lb Yorkie. The only downfall for us with this condo was there was no table on the balcony where we spend a lot of time eating dinners and playing games. We survived but the next condo we pick will have a table and chairs outside. We stayed 12 days and every day was the most perfect weather. oh, the TV's in the bedrooms are about the size of a laptop screen and the remotes didn't work. I changed the batteries but still didn't work. We didn't tell the agency about this because it wasn't a big deal to us, but if you like to watch TV in bed, bring your laptop ;-).
