Perfect location

The owner is beyond amazing. She answered any questions I had and checked on us several times throughout our stay. I was pleasantly surprised how quiet this first floor condo was. I will stay here again.

Beautiful and Perfect

We have stayed at a lot of condos and rental homes and this one by far had everything we needed. Beach chairs, beac my toys, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Perfect location to beach and pool. We loved our time there. The owner was easy to work with and very easy to communicate with. We will be back!

Beautiful

Beautiful condo right on the beach with breathtaking views. Everything was incredibly convenient to get to. The beach was well cared for and everyone was friendly. Staci responded quickly to our questions. It was a great vacation!

First Class

Been coming to PCB for forty years. You will have a hard time beating the 3 pillars of staying here: Walking distance to food & entertainment (Pier Park), location within the complex (ground floor) and quality of the unit (I would have that furniture/furnishings in my house).

March family trip

My stay at Calypso 1-109 was excellent! Staci made our stay flawless. The room was very clean and spacious. It was decorated well also. I really loved the attention to detail in providing guests with personal beach chairs, toys and umbrellas in the closet. Also, there is a high chair, playpen, and cooler in the closet also for guests with children which I think is above and beyond. There was plenty of soap, washing detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper provided for the whole stay. I will definitely book this room again.

The best place! Absolutely would book again!

Great vacation staying in this ground floor condo. The place is exactly as pictured, and more! Booking process, the instructions for arrival and departure were easy, clear, accurate, we had an absolutely hassle-free stay! We had one little glitch with the wireless network,(the only ones who needed it were the teenagers for their phone apps) and Staci was literally on it immediately. The availability of the beach chairs was great, too. Comfortable beds, plenty of supplies in the kitchen,walking distance to shopping and fun, I could go on and on. Seriously, it’s a condo right on the beach, and you’re between the pool and tiki bar, what could be better?!

CONVENIENT AND CLEAN

This condo was GREAT! It was very clean on arrival. Check in was extremely easy. Host was very attentive, and provided all instructions. We loved how easy it was to get to the pool and beach. No waiting on elevators. Being right beside the general store of the complex was a plus. It was super easy to just walk to restaurants and shops, not having to drive in the traffic was a huge relief! We will be staying here in the future! ❤️

Perfect Vacay!!

We have stayed in many condos in pcb and destin area and this condo has been the best by far! From the correspondence with Staci to the easy access right out the front door to everything. We were able to park right outside the condo door and load and unload our luggage which was amazing. No luggage cart needed. And Pier Park was like a 2 minute walk away. So nice and convient for anything we needed. The view from the 1st floor balcony was beautiful and we spent alot of time out there just enjoying life. This will be our first choice from now on!! Thank you Staci for a magical vacation!!

We booked a last minute trip and landed in the best condo! First floor so it was super easy to go to/from beach with kids! So many toys and chairs available for us to use. (Even a pack-n-play was there but we didn’t need it.) Great decor and super clean. Easy to access lots of restaurants, shopping and things to do! It does get busy/loud with traffic going by but we bought fans to help drown out the noise at night for our kids and it worked fine. Staci was so nice and amazing about getting back to us if we needed anything.

Perfect Condo

This condo was by far the best condo we've ever rented in Panama City Beach!!! It was spotless, and the location was great! Having small children, we loved having the first floor space and not having to deal with stairs or elevators. Being able to walk to Shuckums for dinner and karaoke and to Pier Park for dinner and the candy store was super convenient. Staci was an absolutely amazing host. She was available to answer any questions and had thought of everything in advance to make our stay wonderful. From the hand lotion on the kitchen counter to the coasters on the bedside tables, she made the condo feel so comfortable. The decor was beautiful in a beachy, but classy, way. We are already lookin forward to booking this condo again soon! You will definitely be glad you booked this condo! Great vacation!

Best condo in the complex in my opinion. We book this same condo each year. Staci is so easy to wrk with. She truly cares and wants to make your stay as nice as possible.

Great Communication and responsiveness

Staci was always prompt in response to any questions or needs we had. Overall great location and a roomy first floor unit. Everything was in good working order. Only recommendation I would have is there are a few pillows and the couch that could be upgraded. They appear to be a bit too worn in. I would stay there again.

Beautiful beachfront property

This is a wonderful place to stay, ground-floor, walk out to the beach and look at both pool and beach from the comfort of your own porch. Easy access to the beach. The place is very clean and very roomy. We will definitely be coming back.

Best customer service ever!

If cleanliness, wonderful views, and amazing service are important to you, then this is the condo for you! Staci has the best customer service that I have experienced. We were already in town (at a different condo) and decided to stay longer and needed somewhere quick. I found this condo and messaged Staci the night before and she sent me all of the information promptly. The entire check-in process couldn't have been easier. This is also the cleanest condo that we've stayed in. Everything felt comfortable and no need to clean anything before we relaxed. Comfortable beds, lots of space, beautifully decorated, wonderful views, and next to Pier Park. If you're looking for a place in the heart of PCB this is this place for you.

Everything was PERFECT!

Would come back in a heartbeat! -RIGHT on the beach! -Ground floor. No need to wait for an elevator, just walked right out onto the beach every morning. -Enjoyed a live singer with a guitar two nights out of the 5 we were there who set up right outside the Tiki Hut right outside our patio -SHOPPING! .3 miles (5-10 minute walk) to Starbucks and lined streets of shopping. The other direction, about 3 minutes away Target on one side of road, Walmart on other. Very nice area! My daughters and I walked to shop during day and night about 4 days/nights. -Great food! Runaway Island was amazing…down just from the condo also on the beach. -House was beautiful with two king sized beds, very large bathrooms, 3 tv’s, and lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, toys for smaller kids… -SHELLS - found lots of pretty shells and two shark teeth!! -Felt very safe entire time we were there. -TWO pools right outside our condo. We didn’t use them because we went to the beach, but lots of people did. They had a monitor there making sure everyone followed the rules. -Parking across street - felt safe there too. -EVERYONE had a great time. THREE teenagers all said they had a GREAT time, which is not an easy task. -Just very nice location. No need to have to go anywhere because everything is so close. (Also a movie theater.) -RECOMMENDED to everyone I spoke to about it.

Perfect In Every Way

Everything was perfect! The condo was exactly as described and more with all the extra touches that made our stay very comfortable. Everything was so clean, beautifully decorated.. we had everything we wanted. We loved being on the first floor especially since we had two littles with us. The beds.. even the sleeper sofa.. we’re so comfortable! The owner was very responsive and gave us all the info needed for easy check in, access to unit and check out. The location was perfect for walking to dinner or shopping. We will definitely reserve this condo again!

I can’t say enough about our stay at this Calypso unit from Staci who is so proactive with making sure everything was seamless to the unit itself was absolutely phenomenally beautiful. It is close to everything the Pier!! Ground floor! We will definitely be back!!! Booking again for next vacation!!! Love Staci!!
