Situated in a gated community this villa is only 10 mins from the I4. It is a spacious 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a well thought out floor plan. Having a split floor plan for the bedrooms.
Upon entering the front door you are immediately in the spacious formal lounge and dining area. The dining table will seat 8 people. From there you enter the well equipped kitchen which has plenty of cupboard space and a pantry. The laundry room is off to the left which also has a closet, the internal door to the garage/games room is situated there. The garage/games room has a pool table, foosball and dart board. There is also a glass top table with four chairs, two high chairs, one stroller, two chair booster seats and baby gates and a music entertainment system.
From the kitchen you have an open view of the family room with a table and six chairs leading to the two comfy sofa's with a 55" TV with cable and a view of the screened in pool.
The Pool area has a spa, table and chairs and loungers along. There is a safety netting along the front edge of the pool, as required by the state of Florida.
The largest master bedroom is on the right and is very spacious with a king sized bed, it even has a room for a full size crib in the corner. Leading off the bedroom is the ensuite bathroom with double vanity, large tub, separate shower and separate toilet. There is a door leading to the walk in closet, there is also a locked door leading to the owners closet.
On the other side of the lounge is bedroom number 2 which also has a King size bed. Bedroom 3, has bunk beds, the bottom bed being a full and the top a twin. Bedroom 4, has two twin beds. Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 share the family bathroom, which has a single vanity and shower tub.
There are TV's in all bedrooms.
There is a gas station shortly prior to turning into the road leading to the division and a Publix is situated on the other corner.
You are approximately a 25 minute drive to the main gates of Disney.
