The actual property does not accurately match the description and pictures of the property. The property is dated and shabby and needs updating. The kitchen is well stocked and nice.

Thank you for your feedback. We were surprised by your comment that the property does not match the photos. During your stay, you messaged us asking where the game room was, although our listing does not advertise or show a game room. This made us wonder if you may have confused our property with another listing. We have never advertised the property as a brand-new house, and the home has been updated over the years. In fact, several of our guests have suggested that we have professional photos taken because they felt our current photos don’t fully show how spacious and nice the house actually is. It would have been helpful if your review had specified which part of the house you felt did not match the photos, as our listing photos clearly and accurately reflect the actual rooms, furniture, and overall appearance of the home.

This home was the ideal spot for our family vacation. A nice big kitchen, lots of cozy places to sit. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and enjoyed the many amenities, from the pool to the inviting deck—even on a rainy day—and the spacious living rooms. The common areas provided ample room for our large group to gather, socialize, and enjoy time together. The house was very clean and well-maintained, and the host was exceptionally responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

Great house with a view and solid amenities

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was quiet with a beautiful view and an awesome neighborhood to walk around in with hikes nearby. The house had everything we needed - tt was clean, comfortable, and the AC units throughout kept the temperature just right. The pool and outdoor area were a nice bonus. Great spot for a group getaway!

Nice property for family gathering

Cousins gathered for a retreat weekend and enjoyed the property. View of the city and bay was appreciated and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the appliances, utensils, and service ware needed for our large group.

Absolute Perfection

The places was PERFECT for a large group. Everyone has their own space but had plenty of areas to hang. The pool and view were the biggest hits!

Great spot!

We had a group of 12 and the home was just perfect! Plenty of space for 3 families!!The host was easy to communicate with and all was as expected. We had a great time exploring Vancouver and coming back to the home to relax and swim in the pool in the evenings. Location was key and easy to all the great spots!

Very accommodating host

The host was incredibly helpful as we were navigating challenges with the website. We were booking last minute as a previous accommodation site booking fell through and Jila went above and beyond to make our stay in the area a success.

Beautiful house

This property is amazing! The host was very communicative, and ensured we had a great place to stay. Plenty of room for large groups. My only suggestion is to include extra towels. Would highly recommend this house!

Perfect Family Reunion Destination

We searched high and low for a home that could accommodate 15 people ages 9 - 80, and found this gem in West Vancouver. It was a perfect hub for our adventures around Vancouver and Whistler with plenty of lounge chairs around the pool and comfortable couches for our downtime. Well-stocked kitchen, two laundry rooms and plenty of bedrooms gave us everything we needed. Great communication, easy check-in/check-out and a view that can’t be beat!

Perfect for our large group.

We came down for a golf trip with a fairly large group. There was more than enough room, the house was very clean and tidy upon arrival and the views from the back yard are absolutely stunning. Jila was fantastic to deal with and was very helpful! Would definitely recommend.

Hockey team

The house was perfect for a large group. All the entertaining spaces were perfect. The communication with the host was amazing. The pool was great. Absolutely there was more than enough room for us. I would recommend this home for anyone who’s looking for a spacious place to stay during their visit to Vancouver.

Great Weekend

House has ample room, we have 11 guys over a weekend period. We had a huge dinner and lots of room to play games and have a great time. Pros Bedrooms and bedding amount Living space Pool Quiet Cons Remoteness, nothing really near by

However, I would like to clarify that our location is actually in the heart of West Vancouver, just a short 5-minute drive away from Park Royal. Park Royal is a bustling shopping destination with over 200 stores, providing a wide range of options for grocery shopping, dining at restaurants,enjoying a cup of coffee at local coffee shops, and even accessing Doctors clinics,drug stores and pharmacies. The list truly goes on, highlighting the convenience and variety available in our area.

Family destination wedding

It is a lovely property set up well to serve larger groups. We had 11 adults and 2 children staying at the house and there was ample room for everyone (we planned to have another 2 adults stay, which there would have been room). The property is well stocked with dishes etc. and has all the comforts of home and more. The views of Stanley Park and downtown Vancouver are spectacular.

Amazing accommodation for large groups!

The accommodations were amazing for our party size of 16 people. Each person has an individual room towel and plentiful bathroom access we were a group of friends who felt as if we were back in our dorms to just hang out and enjoy each other's company and I mustn't forget the fantastic view from the living rooms and deck. It was wonderful to wake up and see downtown Vancouver in the huge abundance of water. What a way to start the morning.
