Our Mindyigari apartment is a stylish modern 1-bedroom apartment with all the facilities you could need for a business or holiday stay, including a car park, fast internet and a fully equipped kitchen.
Our apartment is opposite a number of restaurants, fast food options, bars, and an easy walk to Belconnen Westfield.
Relax with our large screen 65” 4K TV with Netflix, YouTube Premium, stay comfy with our reverse air conditioner and enjoy unsurpassed sweeping views over the lake.

Our modern light-filled fully furnished Mindyigari apartment (named after our local Ngunnawal word for sky) is located in the upper levels of a large apartment complex. Our apartment is opposite a number of restaurants, fast food options, bars, and an easy walk to Belconnen Westfield (approximately 350 metres) and the Belconnen Town Centre, featuring a range of shopping options and more eateries. Close to work locations:
- Australian Bureau of Statistics (400m)
- Department of Home Affairs (600m).
The north facing apartment is accessible through lifts. We provide an air purifier in the living area.
Our apartment comes with a reverse air conditioner (providing heating and cooling).
KITCHEN:
This is a fully equipped equipment with:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- oven
- microwave
- kettle
- toaster
- dishwasher
- crockery and cutlery
- coffee pod machine
- cooking basics (e.g. oil, salt and pepper)
Our welcome pack includes a light breakfast to get you started, including tea, coffee pods, sugar and cereal (you will need to stock food items for longer stays).
BEDROOM:
This has a king size bed with linens and a mirrored wardrobe. The bedroom comes with side lamps, USB chargers & spare outlets for each bedside, and a Goog1e Assistant smart clock: "Hey Goog1e, wake me up at 7am" or "Hey Goog1e, play ocean sounds".
LIVING ROOM:
This comes with a large screen 65” Android TV with Netflix, YouTube Premium and Chromecast. You can stream content via Chromecast. You can get advice from the Goog1e Assistant in the living room - "Hey Goog1e, what's the weather today?".
The futon couch can be turned into an extra sleeping space if needed, at an extra cost of $20/night to cover set up and pack down and linens (this is automatically included for 3 guests). Just let us know in your booking. Please note that our apartment can only sleep a maximum of 3 guests.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom comes with a toilet, sink and shower. We provide towels for each registered guest, toilet paper, bodywash and shampoo.
LAUNDRY:
A washing machine (with provided laundry powder/liquid), dryer, iron and ironing board is provided. For the greener option, we provide a clothes horse that you can hang your clothes to dry.
POOL, GYM AND BBQ:
You will have access during the duration of your stay to the shared facilities - an outdoor pool, a gym and BBQ facilities. Please note that these are shared facilities so please be respectful of the other residents and ensure that things are kept clean and tidy.
FREE PARKING: The cost includes a single undercover parking space for the duration of your stay. The parking garage has a maximum height of 2.15m. EV charging is available in the parking garage. You will require your own Type 2 charging cable, or rent one from us.
NO SMOKING: This property is for non-smokers only. This means no smoking anywhere, on the balcony, or entering the property while smelling of smoke.
