Clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. Please note: next to the house there is an independent studio apartment, used only occasionally as a recording space with prior reservations. It has no connection to the rental home. Your stay remains completely private and independent.

the house is very dated. clean but alot of repairs are needed in order to finish the modernization the owner has started. master bathroom shower temp control is complicated

Nice place just a little bit away from the strip

We had a great time and the house was really cute but needs a little love!The pillows were just impossible to use and be comfortable with. I appreciate that they have toilet paper in the bathrooms, but it needs to be more than one ply. I had several occasions that I needed to reach out to our host and she got back to me in a very reasonable amount of time and helped me solve whatever issues we had. We did have one problem when we wanted to have alcohol delivered to the house. The Instacart and GrubHub drivers both told us that that address was blocked from having alcohol delivered to it and that would’ve been a good piece of Intel to have before we got there. We could’ve shopped before we went to the house. Overall, it was a very nice day and I would definitely recommend This host.

Listing misrepresented

The local property manager quickly responded to our concerns and helped us make the best of the property. Maintenance responded quickly to our complaints of lighting fixtures not working in the kitchen, dining room and bedrooms, but had to return two different days to replace fixtures as well as fix a board that fell off from the wooden stairs, shower head in the bathroom, and no pressure in the master bedroom shower. The floors and carpets were not clean, kitchen cabinet doors off the hinges and exterior doors that were not sealed and the dining room table top that was loose from the supports. I have pictures documenting all these issues. Due to the circumstances of our stay, the seven of us elected to stay for the 6 nights originally booked. However, we want to alert others that the pictures of this property under the listing do not match the current conditions of the property. This is my first VRBO disappointment. I don’t want others to also be disappointed with this listing.

Great place, a little worn around the edges

Great location for our group, check-in was easy, and everything worked. Clean, but as others have noted, the house is older and showing wear (old carpets, missing towel racks, low water pressure) along with the oddity of having to go through a bedroom to get to another (appears to have been converted from an apartment at some point -- also this converted room has minimal heat). We had some trouble keeping the main TV connected to Wifi.Pool is unheated, though a couple of my friends bravely did a cold plunge. Owner was very responsive when contacted, and addressed our needs. Overall, it's a great value and a great location if you're looking for something quieter than the Strip. Just be aware that it's not the most modern or polished place.

Family reunion

The property is an older home, in need of TLC. However, it was clean and inviting. The beds on the second level were abundant with varying degrees of softness, making it easy to find what your back needed. The location was excellent, neighborhood quiet. Be aware no beds downstairs, if knee or other walking issues the stairs and uneven surfaces about the property are an issue. 2 of us could not go upstairs and slept in recliners. The patio and pool area are very very nice. The location is convenient to the area gaming, lots of UBER options. 10 minutes from the airport AND an outstanding hospital in Henderson. Many very good food options. But for a serious family emergency, we enjoyed the property.

Great Family Home!

Beautiful home in a great convenient location. Love its proximity to the strip while being far enough out to be quiet at night. Beds are wonderful. You do have to walk through the queen room to get to the double king room unless the guests in the double king room want to use the dedicated exterior entrance, but that wasn’t a problem for our group, just something to note. Having the garage was a massive plus, and the pool/backyard was awesome. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great long weekend in Vegas

We were part of a group of college friends in town for a football game who wanted a place to relax and reconnect and didn't want to stay at a casino. This property was a great fit for our group. We enjoyed the private pool and it was easy Uber ride to the rest of our group who did stay on the strip. Close to shopping areas for supplies. The property is just as represented in the pictures. Communication and accuracy of location were excellent. Neighborhood appeared safe. A few things to know. There is not a dishwasher. There is dish soap and a sponge provided. We bought some disposable supplies to limit the amount of dishes we needed to wash. Well stocked kitchen in terms of cutlery and cooking utensils. Of the five bedrooms you do have to walk through the fourth to get to the fifth. This was not a problem for our group but could have been if people want more privacy so I think it bears mentioning. There are plenty of beds and they were comfortable. Laundry was great with good starter supplies. Plenty of towels including for pool. Indoor garage with opener was appreciated as one family in our group had a rental car. There is a glitch in the address they send with your confirmation, and an immediate message in your inbox with the corrected address along with an explantion of the error. This made me a bit nervous as I was recently burned on a different VRBO that was double booked on two platforms (someone got scammed). However this is a valid place with good communication so don't worry about that part. Overall this was an affordable comfortable option and I would stay here again.

Perfect Vegas house

We stayed in this house as part of the last leg of my mom's life celebration (she really enjoyed Vegas). The house was only 12 mins away from the strip and best of all private pool. The hammock was my favorite part. Communication with owners was really easy and they responded to our inquiry very promptly. We will definitely be staying here again.
