Felt Like Home

We were lucky to get this spot. It felt like a second home, which is very rare for me. The host responded very quickly. They had everything we needed there. I love the open concept kitchen and how spacious it felt. The house was really nice and it was a perk being able to park in the garage. I would recommend and would love to stay there again.

My Fourth of July weekend

Was beautiful inside and out the kitchen was to die for just been in such a beautiful home made me miss my home in California, but I will recommend this 10 out of 10. The only thing we did not get a chance to do was go swimming and I guess it because they have rained the day before we got out here so the pool wasn’t clean but other than that A

Comfortable

Everything was great. Host was kind and responsive, treadmill was not up and going while there but everything's else worked great. Couch and beds were comfortable and all the extras were a plus. Beyond quiet and safe. Loved my stay I will be coming back!

Great stay!

The property was very clean and new. Very large. 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. We were able to use the above ground pool and the grill, which was a big bonus. Had a great stay!

Quiet neighborhood

The home was very nice and in a very quiet neighborhood. House needs to be stocked with additional hand and face towels. Kitchen did not have enough cups or glasses for our party. We wood suggest adding a wine bottle opener as well. Property manager was very responsive and easy to work with.

Definitely will book again!

This was an amazing and comfortable stay. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have things to do at the house. I love the massage chairs and the master bedroom is gorgeous. Ignacio responded very quickly whenever I reached out.

Wonderful Home

Best experience. Host was easy to get hold of when we’re unsure about use of anything at the home. The was clean and organized and had everything need to make our stay perfect. If you want a hI tech and all the modern convenience's. This is the place to stay.

Quiet and convenient

Lovely home. Easy access to everything- went to Death Valley, Red Rock Canyon, the Strip, Valley of Fire State Park, etc. Walkable neighborhood. Large open spaces inside home. Felt very safe. Host was so easy to reach.

A Great Stay With All the Amenities

We had a lovely stay at this property. It is extremely clean which is really important to me! Everything in this property is high end. We enjoyed being able to cook at the home, which saved us a lot of money. We were able to relax after a long day touring the strip. It was so nice to be able pull into the garage and be in our house, rather than having to walk a mile to get to a hotel room😆

A 5+ family vacation home.

Property is a hi-tech heaven. Appliance are all new and top of the lines. Digital Alexa will carry out many of your functions for you. House has a full workout room with 5 pieces of equipment, and a terrific outside backyard with a pool. Property was spotless on arrival, and host was always available and responsive for any questions or needs. Perfect for a family vacation. 5+ stars.

Everything about this was perfect

The home is immaculate and beautifully appointed. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. All kinds of good eats just a few miles away. The beds were insanely comfortable. There is garage parking available. The towels in the master bath! Wow! Big enough for two!! Everything you need for a night or for a week and more. Oh - and the massage chairs. Book this place for the massage chairs!! If I neee to come back to Vegas I'll check availability here first.

Wonderful!

This was one of the best homes we have used. It was so lovely, well stocked, comfortable and above all, we felt totally safe! That's important to us when we use rentals. This neighborhood was incredibly safe and quiet. The home has above average safety measures available. It has unique and very accommodating features. Everything you would desire or need for luxury comfort. I would and will recommend Ignacio's home to my own family and friends. You will not be disappointed in renting this property!

Difficult to review

Check-in was cumbersome. I had to download an app. Not being a fan of app’s, that set me off a bit. The owner has done very good with furnishings and appliances. We were not so keen on the “smart” oven as it was set in Spanish, and we don’t read that. We figured out how to get the appliance on English after 24 hours. Owner housekeeping needs talked to:- refrigerator was dirty with food crumbs- outside grill wouldn’t work - outside sitting area was tackyA lot more was positive than negative. Needing was very comfortable with Wynn resort pillows in the Master. The 3-way master shower head was neat. The bidet toilet in the master bathroom was not necessary for me, but for those that think these are cool, it’s there. The Owner was responsive. We didn’t require a lot of attention once getting into the place was done. Neighborhood seemed clean and safe. To close, the back door (slider) has a camera mounted to record you sitting in the outside chairs. The camera literally tells you, “Hello, you are being recorded “. That …. has to go. It’s annoying and probably violates a half dozen consumer protections. I cannot imagine anyone liking that camera.

Vegas Vacation

The house is nice and has high end appliances and decor. It is also very “high tech”. Definitely appreciated use of the garage to park our vehicle. The multi-page guide that you are provided with electronically at check-in does require updating as it includes things you don’t get (ie. 7up tv, water, and breakfast items). VRBO listing needs to be revised to let renters know when the pool is actually available to use (summer only) and when the hot tub is out of service. We did notice a couple items that should be made available at the house - dishcloths and t-towels, kleenex. Overall, we did have a good stay and appreciated the quick response when we had questions or concerns.

Perfect home for Soccer Tournament

I stayed with my daughter at this property to attend Soccer Tournament. Location was very close to soccer fields saving us lots of driving time. We loved the ambience and character of the hause. Everything was in working order, very clean and had all the essentials. If you plan on making gournment meals, i would bring cookwear and tools, but for simple meals everything is provided. Stove, microwave and oven are all high-end appliances and super clean. I loved 2 refrigerators, very spacious, clean, and modern. Massage chairs are one of a kind equivalent to deep tissue massage! The tile floors are cold, so bring sleepers. Watching the fish in aquarium is a magnificent and exciting experience for kids. It took me londer than it should to figure out how garage door works since there were two attachments on the wall by the door and the top one looked like an AC control. But it was the top one that opens garage, look for the sticker that covers the button and press on it! The owner is very quick to respond should you have any questions and we were very greatful for that! The house is in cul-de-sac and felt very safe. Overall, we loved the stay and would highly recommend for families.
