We enjoyed our visit. Seems like they are trying to build up the area but there were a lot of homeless people walking around. Inside the condo is very nice and well kept.

Stay Here

Wonderful place to stay. The condo was very clean, and the decor was beachy and cozy. The location was great. You could walk to everything, if you wanted. Definitely recommend!

Exactly what we needed

My husband and our 3 kids (9, 11, 13) thought this property was perfect. We are from Ohio and our 2 oldest were shooting at the NASP Opens (School Archery) so being close to the convention center and sports arena were important. We had everything we needed. You are right behind a Walmart so grabbing anything you forgot is super easy. The beach distance was amazing. There are beach toys for your kids. I liked the organic products in the bathrooms, the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and pans, they included dishwasher soap and laundry pods (washer and dryer was AMAZING to have!) The decorations are very fun, my kids loved the ocean theme in their room. It was very quiet in the evenings, I enjoyed the screened in porch for shade, or the balcony for sun. Super simple check in and check out instructions. We had an amazing time and this fit every single one of our needs. The price was extremely fair and gave us so much room and freedom to relax. We have already talked about booking here again next time.

Centrally located

We were within walking distance to beach, shops and groceries. We were in town for a Softball tournament and only had a 10 min drive to the fields.

would never stay there again

the place was covered in cob webb's in every room. there were multiple cockroaches in the house. no extra toilet paper trash was overflowing before we even stayed.

Everything we needed for a great family trip!

We stayed over the Labor Day weekend and I chose this condo after many others priced out several hundreds of dollars more for the 3 night stay. Some in my family were skeptical. This condo proved to be excellent. It was clean. Scratch that... VERY CLEAN. On top of that, designated (and labeled) on-site parking literally right outside the front door was a huge plus (no hauling luggage long distances, no waiting on an elevator). The decor is a bit unique, but fun and a welcome change from cookie cutter resort styles. The 2 bedrooms were a big selling point for us with the ages of our children. No one complains about having a 3rd bathroom, either. The walk to the beach is short and despite the holiday weekend, the beach was not all that crowded. The kitchen is on the the small side, however, we typically do not cook when we take a weekend trip, so it was a non-issue for us. There is plenty of seating around the table in the dining area. The WiFi was great and the kids enjoyed the smart TV in the living room. If cable TV was available, we could not access it -- potential sticking point if hoping to catch your favorite team's game while on vacation. The neighbors were very quiet and respectful -- could barely even tell anyone else was in the adjoining units. Overall, a great place to stay and one that we would have no problems staying at again!

Cozy town house, with nice ocean decorations

Place is clean and comfortable. Property is in great location: less than 5 minutes walk to the nice beach. Breakfast restaurant is in few steps. Second floor has 2 comfortable bedrooms with great see decor. Airport is very close, just 10 minutes driving. We had a great time during our stay. Thank you!

Roaches

There were roaches in the patio area and when we walked outside to view the patio, one came in. I tried several times to get through to customer service with ridiculous wait times. Since returning home, one of the family members homes now has roaches & has to be exterminated. While staying until the property, the exterminator came and sprayed for these bugs so this is a recurring issue. This is unacceptable!

Nice Place

We really enjoyed our trip, the condo was nice and clean. It was in a good spot. My only small issue was that every room had a TV in it except the master bedroom. It would have been nice to have a TV there while I was relaxing. But besides that everything was GREAT!!!!

Property was nice and clean very welcoming property owners! Although communication was horrible

Clean World Cup family welcoming environment. We did go through a category 1 hurricane where our light fixtures started leaking water and causing electrical issues. We were unable to get a hold of her property manager to have the issue looked into or even before our arrival to get approval for early check-in. Other than bad communication everything was great! We come every year and would definitely consider this property again.
