Designed by Cuvée, Villa Turquesa is a six-bedroom contemporary estate in the Caleta Palmilla community with two private pools — a heated infinity pool with spa and a secondary lower-level pool — floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, original contemporary art, a Wolf appliance kitchen, and direct beach access. Adjacent to the One&Only Palmilla resort. Sleeps up to 12 guests.





THE SPACE

Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open the main living areas completely to the Sea of Cortez. A heated infinity pool with spa sits on the main terrace; a secondary pool occupies the lower level. An alfresco dining area, outdoor bar, and fire pits complete the outdoor entertaining footprint. The indoor dining table seats twelve with pool and ocean views. The Wolf appliance kitchen features a large walk-in pantry and a spacious island.
