Imagine sitting with friends or family at one of four outdoor dining tables and watching the sunrise with your coffee in the morning or having dinner overlooking the ocean.

THE KITCHEN - The large chef’s kitchen has two refrigerators, two ovens, a 36” five burner gas range, two dishwashers, a built in beverage center/wine cooler, plenty of cabinets and storage and a ten foot island with stools. This kitchen is fully stocked with ample dinnerware, glassware, kitchen gadgets, appliances and everything you could need to cook for a large group – even spices! Eating indoors? You have TWO ten seat dining tables with spectacular ocean views to complete your dining experience. And, a built-in window seat with ocean views.

TWO THIRD FLOOR LOUNGING AREAS - Plenty of room to spread out on the third floor. The TV area has two couches and two chairs to gather around to watch the big game on the 65 inch HDTV. Or choose the social living room with 5 chairs in a circle for relaxing and chatting or playing games while taking in the ocean views.

SUNSETS? Yes - Enjoy sweeping views over the intercoastal. This balcony also has a gas grill and bar height table for four.

PLAY TIME: The grounds of this home are spectacular. Immerse yourself in the huge 18 x 40 heated saltwater pool. You will not find a private pool this large on the entire island! The pool is surrounded by plenty of seating for your large group including tables and chairs for outdoor dining, chaise chairs for lounging and reading by the pool, a gas grill for lunchtime cookouts and plenty of yard space to run around and play. The backyard features lawn games for hours of family enjoyment (bocce ball, corn hole, life size Jenga). You will not find a backyard like this one anywhere else! Convenient half bath located right off the lanai keeps the kids outside while they are wet and sandy.

LOOKING FOR SHADE? Enjoy a sixty foot covered lanai with ample seating still close to the pool. Did you say TIKI HUT! Yes we do! Close to the pool but set off to have a little adult time fun. Or, pop into the house to find a poolside rec room complete with a sofa and chair and HDTV for watching sports games and movies. There is a kitchenette in the rec room with a full refrigerator, sink, microwave and coffee maker. The garage also has a freezer to store extra food or ice to keep those poolside drinks cold!

OUTDOOR SHOWERS: There are two enclosed hot/cold showers and a rinse station at the boardwalk entrance for keeping the pool and house free of sand.

BEACHTIME: A quick walk down your own private boardwalk brings you to beautiful Crescent Beach. There are long wooden benches at the crest of the boardwalk- perfect for enjoying a drink and watching the kids or ocean waves without putting your toes in the sand! And we supply beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, and beach toys for all of your vacation needs.

GAME TIME: In an adjacent separate building we have created a kids (and adults) dream hangout! Complete with a quality foosball table and upright arcade machine (with 60 games), and seating for a large 55 INCH HDTV. This game room is perfect for rainy days or in between beach and pool time. The kids will be occupied for hours.

SLEEPY TIME: There are four King ensuite bedrooms on the first floor. No need to share bathrooms! Take the stairs or the elevator up to the second floor which houses five additional King ensuite bedrooms – four of which are direct oceanfront with a sixty foot covered balcony with amazing ocean views. One of the five bedrooms has a King bed and two double bunks.

CLEAN UP: The laundry room on the second floor has three stackable washer/dryers for convenience and shelving for additional linens.

GARAGE: This house has a 1 bay garage to store your bikes or motorcycle during your stay. It also houses all the pool and beach toys, chairs, supplies with a backyard door for convenience. We have also added a ping pong table in the garage!
