Our new 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse overlooks the 5th green on the spectacular Point Venture Golf Course, voted one of the best 9-hole courses in Texas. It's the perfect relaxing getaway!

Guests have the freedom to enjoy the community pool, gym, disc golf, 50-acre private gated waterfront park, and much more.

Our quaint neighborhood is home to abundant wildlife. Deer are everywhere! Our deer snacks will make them your best friend. The kids love it!!!

For added fun, our neighborhood offers a community swimming pool, a 50-acre waterfront park with boat launch ramps, a covered pavilion, a number of picnic tables, a playground area, a basketball court, and a nature area. We also have six laykold tennis courts - 4 of which are lighted.

Be sure to head down to Captain Pete's, our floating restaurant at our expansive 163 slip Point Venture marina.

Relaxing time at Point Venture

We had a Great time staying here. Very clean and Grest location. We had a awesome view of the 5 th green from our porch and balcony. Between the golf, the private beach area and all the amenities that were available we were able to do as much or as little as we wanted each day. We enjoyed Capt Pete’s for afternoon cocktails and appetizers. Had fun feeding the catfish there. Lake is very low but still very enjoyable. Can’t wait for our next trip there.

Point Venture Townhouse on the golf course

My husband and I spent 4 nights in this lovely townhouse while visiting my brother and his family who live nearby. JSYK, the 2 bedrooms and full bath are on the 2nd floor and the stairway is steep with 17 steps. Seeing as we are both seniors we just limited our trips upstairs and were very careful. The kitchen is well equipped and there is lots of natural light in the unit. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Family reunion

The place was absolutely perfect. If it isn't brand new it is close. We had everything we needed. The only tricky part was the pocket door. Was a little hard to figure out at first but we made it work. Thank you so much for thinking of everything.

Modern, Clean and beautiful views

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay in Point Venture. The townhome was perfect for our family of 4 - so comfortable and sparkling clean. We loved feeding the deer from the backyard patio! Thank you for sharing your wonderful townhouse with our family.

Wonderful place and fantastic location!

This place was amazing! It actually surpassed our expectations. The townhouse was beautiful and immaculately kept. Shirley, the host, is wonderful and was very accommodating with tons of extra necessities. The location is great with a private Neighborhood park and boat ramp. Of course lake Travis is amazing as always and only a 3 minute drive. We will be staying here again if time allows! If you get the pleasure of staying here, please take care of it for us. :)

Perfect stay!

During the COVID situation my college age son and I decided we needed a change of scenery and were lucky enough to find this place! It was perfect for us. I was able to work while my son explored the area. The townhome is beautiful - it looked like a model home when we arrived. I felt like we were the very first people to stay there. Super clean and it had everything we needed! We cooked all our meals and even used the grill. We enjoyed Lake Travis - rented jet skis and a boat to get out on the water. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful visit

This house is wonderful. It's very nicely decorated and looks just like the pictures. The owner provides everything that you might need, dishes, cookware, utensils, Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, plenty of towels, etc. I loved my morning and evening deer visits from the back porch looking right on to the golf course. The back porch is a great spot to have your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The deer are so friendly they literally eat right out of your hand. I will definitley be back again.
