Pinecrest is an All-Wood spacious Cabin. Centrally located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge "close to everything." Enjoy covered decks, wood burning fireplace and hot tub. Easy access and ample parking for up to six cars. Ideal for 1-2 families (popular with Bachelor/Bachelorette groups because of 3 King beds and 6 Twin sleeping spaces) up to 12 people max occupancy. Note: Minimum rental age of 25; I.D. Required. Strict no pet policy. These are our personal family cabins and rest assured you are dealing directly with the owners. We are a call or text away, which is not always the case with 2nd and 3rd party Rental/Management companies.

Pinecrest is one of 5 family owned cabins we've built on the mountain and have decided to share on the rental market for all to enjoy. The Cabin is located in the most sought after area for Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge known as: Chalet Village North on Ski Mountain which is a 10 minute drive down the mountain to center of town. With a 1/2 acre of land you’ll enjoy the space without feeling isolated from civilization. The cabin is up on the mountain and nestled in gradual wooded slopes. The cabin has an easy access paved driveway with ample parking for up to 6 cars. A three story, ALL WOOD cabin with 3 King bedrooms, a large loft with 2 custom built bunk-beds and an additional custom built bunk bed in the game room area (all bunk beds are suitable for adults). There is a full bathroom on each floor and a half bath in the lower level, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, impressive great room with vaulted ceiling, fabulous wrap around and covered decks you will enjoy year round. All new appliances black/stainless, central AC/Heat, a hard to find Wood Burning fire place (propane and electric just doesn't compare), full size washer/dryer and dishwasher. The private hot tub is just off the game room on the lower deck. There is also a pool table on the lower level. There are 5 smart TVs in the bedrooms, game room and above the fire place. And of course you’ll be able to stay connected via a complimentary WiFi signal. There is an outdoor Gazebo and Grilling area with park style charcoal grill if you desire to grill out side. Our guests have access to all three club houses and swimming pools located in Chalet Village (Seasonal summer only).
