Just a 7 minute walk to Scarborough state beach.
The home features four bedrooms and comfortably sleeps eight along with two full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. All rooms fully renovated top to bottom along with new furnishings and appliances. Spacious rooms-full size family room, dining room, eat in kitchen along with bedrooms and bathrooms.
Walk to Scarborough State Beach in Narragansett. Close to other popular South County beaches, restaurants, shopping, Block Island Ferry, Newport, historical sites, fishing, walking, biking and more!
Close walking distance to pickleball, basketball and tennis courts and baseball field.
The house has central air conditioning for both floors. Large yard, great for outdoor games and entertaining or simply just relaxing and enjoying the summer breeze and outdoor fire pit.
Bring your supplies to make smores by the outdoor fire pit and enjoy a game of cornhole.
Just bring your suitcase. This house is fully equipped with linens and bath and beach towels, eight beach chairs, beach wagon, 4 boogie boards, outdoor cornhole game, outdoor grill, cooler and outdoor furniture, playing cards and bring your money for the game left right center.

Very clean. We've stayed in the Scarborough beach neighborhood for more than 20 years. This is an excellent location for walks to the beach and very convenient to town. Towels, beach chairs, and all amenities were excellent! Great family vacation- highly recommend!

Perfectly spotless & stocked!

Amazing location, just a 10 min walk to the beach. You literally just need to bring your travel bags & that’s it! They have everything you need. So clean. Outdoor shower, huge fire pit, all beach necessities, games, central air! Beds were the most comfortable we’ve slept on. We booked again for next year already.

Clean, comfortable, house

My family of 4 and 2 other adult friends gathered for a weekend and loved this house. My son had a lacrosse tournament at URI and it was an easy 20 minute drive from the house. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit and easily walking to the beach. EVERYTHING you could need for a beach day is provided…towels, chairs, wagon, toys, boogie boards! During a very hot week the AC was much appreciated. Great kitchen, cozy beds and several spaces for gathering. Thank you for sharing with us!

Charming house near the beach

Updated house, with lots of conveniences. We appreciated how clean this house was, how comfortable the beds and linens were, and all the beach supplies provided. Outdoor shower was a lovely bonus. Beach is a 10-minute walk from the house. We hope to stay here again.

Beautiful RI Getaway

This property has everything you need to enjoy your visit to the Narragansett area. Conveniently located near beaches and restaurants - you have so many choices. The home is beautifully decorated, furnished with everything you need for your stay and more beach items than you can carry! My family enjoyed our first vacation to the area and will definitely return to this property when we return to the area again! The owner was amazing to work with; kind and prompt in all our communications.

We had a wonderful time!

We loved the firepit, kitchen, bedrooms, living room, and outdoor shower! We had a wonderful time and our highlight of the trip was taking the ferry to Block Island for the day!

Couldn’t have asked for more!

This was our first time in Narragansett and our stay at Lori’s was perfect with enough space and privacy for two families. The house is a three minute drive from the supermarket and restaurants and a 10 min walk from the beach. Don’t overpack like we did - beach towels, wagon and umbrellas are available! Lori was a wonderful host, and I’d highly recommend staying at her beautiful home. I know we’ll be back in the future.

Sweet, clean, well-equipped and fun!

We came to the house on a work retreat, and were sad to not get to play with the beach toys or build a campfire--it all looks so inviting and exciting! It's great to be able to walk to the beach, and feels relaxing! The kitchen was well-equipped.

Wonderful property

Extraordinarily well kept. Photographs and listing are very accurate. Plenty of room for the six of us, with indoor and outdoor eating options. The grill was being new and fully stocked, as was the beach equipment. Great rental. Two slight downsides: walk to the beach is more like 10-12 minutes, and it’s on a fairly busy road (though you don’t notice at all unless you’re at the fire pit). Great house overall.

Perfect long weekend

Beautiful, clean, newly renovated home! Perfect for our long weekend away with grandma and grandpa. Owners thought of everything and checked in to make sure we had arrived and if we needed anything. Close to beach, Newport polo about 35 minutes away. Easy access to groceries and more.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! A short walk to the beach with stores and restaurants nearby. ATTENTION TO DETAIL! Both inside and outside the house had everything we needed and more during our stay. SUPER CLEAN! Even the inside of the trash can and recycling bin were spotless.

wonderful getaway

This house has everything you could want and its all clean and like new! Walk to the beach! 4 minutes by car to the ferry or the fishing charters. Close to Wakefield for major supermarkets and restaurants. Will be returning!!!

Great place to stay. Lori and Joe are excellent excellent hosts and went above and beyond, and are very accommodating. House was immaculate and all the extras and niceties you need for a stay at the beach house are there.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. The house was super clean, well equipped and felt new. We definitely took advantage of the outdoor area and loved the proximity to the beach. Lori was very responsive and we would definitely return!

Everything you could want!

We came to RI for a week away with my in laws. The house was beautiful and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out/ get some time to themselves if needed. The home was stocked with all beach supplies and kitchen supplies you could think of! This made it so convenient with little ones. Thank you for a great time away!

Family Friendly

Had a lovely week stay. Lori has done a great job setting up the home to meet the needs of occupants, whatever the age. The yard was a great playground for the young ones, and house had good gathering areas inside. Solid amenities, especially - not limited to - beach chairs and wagons for conveyance. And, truly, nothing better than opening the front door to an exceptionally clean home. Last, but certainly not least, convenient (short drive) to everything you need, and an easy stroll to the beach. You can't go wrong!
