Bear Creek is a 2 bedroom 21/2 bath home located right off 321 with no curvy mountain roads or mountain roads to climb ,with the creek right behind you.
The home has a king bedroom with a beautiful private bathroom. It also has a Queen bedroom with another bathroom. There is a game room for you and the kids to enjoy that has an arcade, foosball, air hockey table, and pool table also has a half bath. The creek runs behind the house it is very peaceful to just set and listen to and also the kid can enjoy playing in.

The property was quiet and comfortable and far enough away from the mainstream but close enough to be convenient to everywhere. The beds were very comfortable like a five star resort. So much to do you really don't even have to leave the property.

Start of family vacation 2025

Wow! What is better than having a creek to play in ?! And its in the backyard. We definitely will visit again. It was a great location near gatlinburg and a perfecg place to start our vacation when we were headed to Myrtle beach

Gatlinburg Weekend Trip

Very clean house. Loved the privacy and location. Close to downtown Gatlinburg, but not in a busy location. The property was easy to find. Will stay here again if our daughter has another soccer tournament.

Great relaxing stay

This property is nestled right along the creek and has privacy from neighbors. It is a short drive to Gatlinburg and has many nice features. Very clean

Perfect cabin stay for a family

We loved our stay! It was far enough away from Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge areas but also close enough to visit every day. Patricia was awesome to work with, and always responded quickly! The inside of the cabin was so clean! The cabin was so cozy, and peaceful! It was just what our family needed for a few days away. The kids really enjoyed the game room as well!

Peace right off the access road

This house was just the ticket, easy to find, perfectly peaceful! Creek right behind for kids to play in, fireplace, hot tub, and game room. Kids didn't want to go! Thanks for a few great days!

Home away from Home!

The location was great! 25-30 minutes to Downtown Gatlinburg. The neighborhood was quiet which is always a plus. Parking in the front yard was easy. Plenty of parking room and not on an incline. If you know , you know that most properties in this area do not have a flat parking area. The inside of the cabin was spotless! Plenty of linens and towels. Just about anything you need is there. Including 3 different coffee makers! The game room was fun. I enjoyed several games of pac-man.It really felt like you were at home. The hot tub was relaxing and you could enjoy the view of the creek and wood-line. The creek was perfect for wading and looking for pretty rocks.i would stay here forever if I could! .

We stayed at this property prior and liked it we decided to rent again for 3 nights. On first entering, it appeared clean and well maintained, but after the first night encountering issues, we decided we would leave. I contacted host via messaging, and she responded promptly. Informed her of issues and that we would be leaving immediately. She responded stating she would have her husband come and inspect. He never showed and I contacted her again and stated he wasn't coming and I asked her if she wanted pictures of the problem. She stated no, but we took them incase there was problems. She stated she would issue refund. I waited several hours with no refund noted and I contacted VRBO, who was very helpful. They contacted her and she stated she would issue refund "when I get off work." I waited several days with no refund and recontacted VRBO again, who once again contacted her. At this point, they wanted pictures and thank goodness we had them. After almost 1 hour of back and forth, we were offer a 2 night refund and refund of cleaning fees. I will not add pictures or state the specific issue. unless needed, but I would be very cautious renting this house.

Only 1 complaint: I recommend to the Host that she set up a welcome message for the 4pm check-in time which includes the door code and the wifi password. Getting those with no service could be a real issue. Sidenote: If you use Xfinity it will connect to the house hotspot.The good stuff! We love this place!!! It seemed a little sketchy when we pulled down the road with a business out front, but it is totally hidden from any surroundings and was very private. As soon as we parked, I could hear the creek roaring!! So exciting.My husband and I will be 50 this year and we both have mobility issues. The front porch is wide and nice for assistance with the few steps. The rest of the house is VERY spacious and plenty of space to move with and without assistance. A seat in the shower was nice also. We didn't cook but there were lots of options if we wanted. It does need salt! I meant to grab some before we left but I forgot. Lots of pepper but no salt. We slept in the King size bed and robbed pillows from the other bedroom and slept like Kings! So comfortable with fantastic bedding. The location is perfect. Off the beaten path but right on a main road. It was everything we wanted. The creek was the highlight! And for those that worry like us- the wifi is perfect, the TV apps excellent, the hot tub temp was hot and ready, and the a/c was cool when we opened the door! 10 out of 10!PS That bear silhouette will scare you if you arrive late like us! hahaha

Property was amazing. Exactly as described. Check in information was delayed until night before which made me anxious. All was well when I contacted the VRBO agent. Would definitely stay again but ask for the information well in advance.

Birthday Getaway at Bear Creek

The cabin was more like a house with a big, fully equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms with huge bathrooms. The “playroom” had all kinds of games for kids and adults. There was a hot tub but we didn’t get to use it and because it rained everyday, we didn’t get to build a fire in the fire pit. The cabin was very clean and convenient to lots of restaurants (Trish’s Restaurant was awesome) and other shops. It was an easy drive from the main highway and our GPS took us right to the driveway. The neighborhood was quite and we loved the sound of the creek. We will definitely rent this cabin again!

This property was everything we could have dreamed of. The cleanliness was exceptional & the availability of a full kitchen of supplies was amazing! Only thing we brought were our groceries. The bear that came to visit in the mornings was also a treat. We will definitely be back for another relaxing stay! Thanks again!

Clean, well kept and good location. Pictures are true and accurate of this house. Well supplied kitchen. Only hitch was no check out instructions, but we did what we normally do so no real issue.

Beautiful Cabin

Our experience was amazing! We were blown away when we walked in. There is everything you need and more inside this cabin. Everything about this property was nothing but perfect. We will definitely be back. I would say however, make sure to contact the host BEFOREHAND for information on how to work the fire place and the Wi-Fi password as there was no explanation on that. There isn't any cell reception once you get there so make sure to handle that upon arrival!
