The place is very close to the Sharc, I felt like we were part of the shark when we were on the deck. There is construction right next-door that starts very early in the morning.

While the location provides convenient access to SHARC, we understand that being nearby can also mean hearing more activity, particularly on the deck. The construction is temporary and, per the owners association’s guidelines, is permitted between 7:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a more relaxing stay in the future.

Lovely home, nicely updated compared to many homes in Sunriver. Great location, we enjoyed walking to the village and using the Sharc passes included. Hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. Very responsive and thoughtful hosts. Appreciated the variety of kitchen appliances available. We will stay again!

The house had everything we needed, and the location is great! It's just a five minute bike ride to the Village, and right across the street from the SHARC.

Amazing location and nice home

Great location across from the community pool, including passes to swim, and close to the main village. This home has everything you need for your visit to Sunriver, including AC for the hot summer days. Large open concept for our group to gather.

Perfect fit for us!

This was a great place to stay at Sunriver! The location was perfect and close by to all the amenities. The place was clean and fit 4 adults and 2 teens perfectly.

Wonderful property and location. Great for families!

We had a wonderful trip and experience! The property was clean and very family friendly. The owner was very easy to work with and readily available to help make our stay enjoyable. The home is very close to the SHARC and a short walk or ride to the village. We highly recommended this property for your next vacation.

Nice spot near Mt Bachelor

Great little community close to Mt Bachelor. Home need some additional updates but the previous updates give it a nice feel.

This was a perfect place four our family & friends to land for a few days in Sunriver. The ability to use the pool, hot tub, and bikes made our stay extra special.

Amazing family stay!

I couldn’t recommend this lovely home any more! The location cannot be beat, right across the street from SHARQ center! The house is well equipped, clean, and tons of instructions included. The owners are kind, organized and get back to you immediately. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Great property and location

We are yearly visitors to Sunfire, and had a great experience at 9 Otter. Our family of five (two teens, one child and two adults) had plenty of room, and then some. Great location near the SHARC and village. Loved the deck in the evening! Will definitely consider this property again in the future.

Great location - Sharc

We enjoyed our time at this home. The location is great directly across from the sharc and a bike path behind the home. Easily walkable to the village. The house was very well stocked with all the necessities and more. It had a number of new and modern features you don’t see in many Sunriver rentals.

Home away from home

The cleanest house I rented this year. Love the updates and exposed wood beams and hearth. I was in Bend for a medical procedure and this home was top notch. I have no problem recommending this home

Lovely Home

Very comfortable and well-appointed home (boot/glove dryers were a lifesaver). We loved the layout and the kids had a blast playing video games in their room. Convenient location to SHARC and the Village. Only suggestion would be to replace the king bed at some point (pretty soft and unsupportive). We'll definitely stay again for our next ski trip!
