Beach time with grands

Nice place.. easy walk to beach. Enjoyed the balconies. The round table in kitchen was great for board games. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cute home near the beach with beach views from balcony

Nice accommodations and good views, just be aware there are a lot of stairs. It was unclear how to get to any beach chairs so putting that in the check-in email would be helpful. Just a suggestion for future renters. Property owners were helpful with questions.

This vacation property was just what we wanted. It was priced just right and away from to much busyness but close enough to restaurants and nearing towns to tour. With the beach in view and just a short walk my girls were in paradise. The property itself was a stunning two story two bedroom home with beautiful stainless steel appliances in the eat in kitchens. The owners and property managers were fabulous and responded quickly. Me my hubby enjoyed every moment as we sat on the deck in morning’s drinking coffee. I would definitely return.

Relaxing at Mexico Beach

We enjoyed the beach, location of property in reference to places to eat and shop. The view from the upper balcony was great. The view from the lower one not as good. There's a building in front so it inhibits a large part of the view. The stairs inside get tiring but I understand the necessity. Anyone with limited mobility could not walk those stairs. My biggest complaint was the TV viewing. I had never used this particular system so it would have been nice to have some info. Also the sofa was not comfortable at all.

Beautiful property

The property was very clean and welcoming and was a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Great getaway

Great location and great communication with property managers. Only had a TV listed for living room so we brought one for bedroom but ended up having TV's in both bedrooms and living room. Will definitely stay there again.

Not bad for the money

This place is a pretty good value for how close to the beach it is. Could have been a little cleaner and the outdoor shower appeared to have been locked and was inaccessible the second night we stayed. The floorplan is nice though, with the exception of older/disabled people who will struggle with the stairs.

Great place to stay in Mexico Beach

Property was clean and everything worked. Check in easy. Few extras to make things comfortable like blankets, laundry detergent etc There's a view of the ocean from the top South balcony, or a very short walk to beautiful, empty beaches. The North side balcony also has a nice sunrise views, its the highest building in that section It's near the most active spot in the middle of Mexico Beach, the gas station, not really an issue wasn't a distraction

Ok

The kitchen did not look as if it were really cleaned…crumbs and grease. The bath towels are really old and look like cleaning clothes. Outside shower was filled with stuff… floats and old towels… apparently from the last people that stayed… very nasty and clearly it was not cleaned out before we came. Doors to patios, and the outside bath are hard to open and close… outside shower does not close at all. Outside property could really be cleaned up…. I think the owners have no pride in this place. Also wonder how the owners would feel spending there money on a place like what they are renting.?

It was missing a tile on the steps.There was mold in the washing machine and behind the kitchen faucet. The door in living room was very hard to close kept,thinking it was going to fall apart. But the place was convenient to the beach.

Great getaway to Mexico Beach!

Perfect beach house 1 block from the beach with close public access ramp across the street from Exxon. Easy, short walk to the sand and water! There is also a downstairs outdoor shower to wash the beach off before entering the house. Covered parking was a nice feature as well. The beds are comfy and the space is clean. We loved having 4 balconies to look out at the beach/gulf during the day and moon/stars at night! We would definitely stay again.
