Cozy Secluded Cabin in the Woods steps to the Upper Truckee River, 15 minutes to Heavenly & Nightlife

This beautiful, rustic styled A-Frame cabin has 3 bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, and beautiful mountain views along the Truckee River.

This wonderful cabin has incredible natural light by way of lots of large windows offering views of the surrounding forests. The spacious loft offers two twin beds and seating for four and a flat-screen TV.

The living room area has soft couches and flat-screen TV and a view out to the deck. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances needed to prepare any meal. There is a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, and refrigerator and seating for two at the breakfast bar.

Right off the kitchen is a formal dining area with table and seating for six. One bathroom has a shower tub, toilet, and sink while the other has a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.

The beautiful deck is less than 100 yards from the Truckee River.

This is a great home for the outdoor enthusiast. Only fifteen minutes away from world class skiing at Sierra @ Tahoe & Heavenly, and the exciting night life guests will love staying at this cabin. Guests are just a half hour drive from skiing at Kirkwood which boasts the most yearly snowfall in the Continental United States.

The reservation will not be confirmed until you sign our contract and send it back with a copy of your id (required by local Sheriff’s Department).

Per Local ordinance, the county wants travelers to pick up keys and to check-in in the office, educate guests and do a property overview. For this reason we don't do self check-in. Thanks for understanding!

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

No Pets Alowed: if there is any sign of a dog, the renter agrees to pay $1000. Also, please note, by California law AB 468, designed to fight service dog fraud, "emotional support animals are NOT service animals".

No Smoking of any type anywhere on the property, if there are any signs of smoking the renter agrees to pay $300.00.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each booking includes Property Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for HomeBeds Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection. Exceptions include but are not limited to cancellations, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage.
