Apartamento dúplex de 100m2 con dos terrazas y vistas impresionantes al Mediterráneo, la bahía de Cannes y las Iles de Lerins.

El apartamento está situado en una recinto lujoso de 23 hectareas con bosques, ideal para familias con niños, con alta seguridad 24h / 24 y 7/7, con piscinas y accesos directos al mar en 2 calas.

El apartamento tiene un gran salón con chimenea, comedor y cocina equipada en el nivel inferior (1er piso), con doble acceso a la terraza (de 18m2) donde se puede tomar comidas para 6 y con tumbonas. En este nivel, hay otra habitacion (aprox. 11m2), que puede ser simple o doble y un aseo.

En el nivel superior (2 ° piso), hay 2 amplios dormitorios con vista fantastica al mar (mas o menos 16m2) y acceso directo a la terraza (15m2).
- Una habitación tiene una cama doble (160 cm) y cuarto de baño con WC.
- La otra habitación también tiene una cama grande doble y una ducha y WC.
La terraza de los 2 dormitorios tiene una silla larga para tomar el sol, y una mesa para 2 o 4, con sillones. También hay un pequeño lavadero con lavadora-secadora de gran capacidad, plancha y tabla, etc ...
Cada cuarto de baño está equipado con secador de pelo.

El apartamento tiene luz y ventanas de ambos lados, y cuenta con ventiladores.

El piso tiene aire acondicionado en la planta superior con los 2 dormitorios con vista al mar. Tiene muy buena calefacción para el invierno (radiadores eléctricos y aire acondicionado reversible), además de la chimenea.

El apartamento también tiene su propio acceso a internet wifi.

Cerca del mar y de los Alpes, la residencia Port la Galère ofrece muchos servicios y actividades:

- 2 pistas de tenis muy reciente

- En el 'Club de invierno': piscina (con calefacion a partir de mediados or finales de Abril, largura 18m), sauna, gimnasio, bar, restaurante gourmet.
Posibilidad de tener masajes en temporada alta.

- Alrededor de la gran piscina de agua salada, el "Club de Verano", en temporada alta: bar / snack bar, restaurante, supermercado, actividades de agua (gimnasia acuática ..). También hay una piscina infantil con sombrilla para los niños pequeños.

- También el acceso libre: campo de fútbol / baloncesto para niños y adolescentes, juegos para niños, tenis de mesa, petanca y parque dedicado a los perros.

- El acceso a 2 playas rocosas mensuales (con duchas) y tarima flotante en temporada alta. En una de ellas, la natación es supervisado (en temporada alta).

- Discoteca para los adolescentes (julio y agosto)

El domaine de Port la Galère se encuentra a unos 3 km del pueblo de Théoule sur Mer. Théoule es un bonito pueblo con tiendas, restaurantes y varias playas (arena). Théoule esta a unos 15 km de Cannes, la Croisette, sus tiendas y su festival (Festival de Cannes - Mayo)

Leopoldine was an excellent host that replied promptly to questions. It was so nice to have space for 2 couples and my aunt to each have a bedroom and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The upper bedrooms have a lovely view and we enjoyed having meals on the main floor patio. Well stocked kitchen and the pool area is lovely. Best to have a rental car to explore the area. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic

We had a fantastic stay in Port La Galere end of October. The residence is very nice, quiet and in the heart of the Côte d'Azur with so many beautiful places nearby. The apartment is very comfortable and cozy. Everything for a pleasant stay is available and Leopoldine is a wonderful host. The communication was perfect and we received a lot of helpful Information. I can definitely recommend the accommodation. Thank you for everything 💖

Lovely apartment in a beautiful setting!!

The perfect holiday for rest and relaxation! The apartment was close to all facilities, in particular to the Winter club which had a well equipped gym, pool, restaurant and spa. It was well worth the short walk to the gorgeous Summer club by the sea front and marina. The apartment itself was clean and very well maintained giving a warm and homely feel. We had a very comfortable stay with the air conditioning being a welcome bonus! It was great to have a selection of pools and swimming areas with stunning views across the bays. There was a choice of two restaurants during the Summer months but we also took a short drive to the picturesque small town of Theoule-Sur-mer where we found a number of beach side restaurants. There was also a train station with links to all the popular seaside towns, which was great for a day out as traffic was sometimes congested around Cannes. The owners were extremely helpful before and during the holiday and helped the holiday to flow seamlessly. We were a group of varied ages, all of whom had a great time and we thoroughly recommend it!

Little gem in an exclusive community overlooking the sea

We just returned having spent a week at Leopoldine's property in the exclusive Port la Galere 20 minutes west of Cannes. Go now!! It was a little slice of heaven. The apartment was in a lovely condition. White furniture, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and good entertaining space. There are two balconies, both of which overlook the sea. The kitchen was nicely appointed and had essentially all that we needed to cook and entertain. It is a small kitchen, but for us it worked just fine. It has a private entrance and fantastic access to the tennis courts as well as the beach. It's quite hilly, which we loved as it made for additional privacy and magestic views. The pools are big and have character. One is salt water and the other is chlorinated. People were a little irritable with kids making noise but we were there off season so maybe this is why? All in all it's a fabulous property. Leopoldine was easy to work with and takes pride in her place.

Thank you so much for your review ! I'm sorry there was a slight discomfort for the children at the pool. The "winter club" pool is meant to be the quiet option, whereas the "summer club" pool is where children can make noise and splash as much as they wish... But at this time of year, of course the heated winter club pool is more attractive for all... We are pleased though that you still had a good and memorable holiday. We look forward to welcoming you again soon !

Had a great holiday here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week summer holiday in this apartment. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable with fantastic views. In practical terms the kitchen has full-size appliances (cooker, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine etc.), there is a comfortable sitting area with modern TV and DVD, and upstairs the two full-size bedrooms have cooling air conditioning and modern bathrooms. Whilst there is no dedicated parking for the apartment we always found somewhere near to park, and for arrival and departure it is possible to park outside the apartment for unloading/loading of the car. In terms of the complex itself the Winter Club is approximately a 3-4 minute walk away, and the Summer Club, where the pool is located, is approximately a 7-8 minute walk away, both require a walk either down fairly steep steps or along the road, which takes slightly longer. Coming back there is a free shuttle bus if energy levels are low. The Summer Club has a fantastic pool, bar, restaurant, and surrounding beeches. Whilst the beaches are rocky, it is a “flat rock” so comfortable to lie on with a towel, or you can hire a sun-lounger for €5 per day. There is a lifeguard at the beach so it is safe to swim, and there is a nice floating sunbathing area in the bay, which is easy to swim to. On-site there is a small shop that is useful for the basics or emergencies, but for a full shop the Geant Casino is the best option, and is a 15 minute or so drive away along the scenic coast road. The Summer Club restaurant is quite lively and also has a take away pizza parlour, both of which are good, and for formal dining in a sedate atmosphere there is the Winter Club restaurant. Theoule-sur-Mer itself is only a few minutes away by car but parking is difficult, and can be walked in about 40 minutes, and it has a small supermarket and a mix of bars and restaurants. The owner, Leopoldine, was very helpful, and everything was ready for us when we arrived. All in all it is an apartment we would recommend and consider visiting again in the future.

Toller Aufenthalt in einer schönen Anlage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung und ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Da es zu Beginn unseres Aufenthalts noch sehr kühl war, waren wir froh, dass die Heizung sehr gut gewärmt hat. Der Ausblick ist grandios!Die Wohnung liegt in der Anlage Port La Galère, die aufgrund der Jahreszeit noch relativ schwach besucht war und wir somit die Ruhe genießen konnten. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Wir waren mehrmals im Winterclub. Das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit Leopoldine war ganz unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Mooi ruim en schoon huis

Hebben er met veel plezier in verbleven, een heerlijk comfotabel verblijf, ook handig dat wasmachine aanwezig is . Waren er met onze 3 kinderen van 20,15 en 7 jaar en het was nog heerlijk weer zodat ze alle drie veel plezier aan het zwembad beleefde. Prima locatie voor leuke uitstapjes.

Sehr schön Wohnung mit einem traumhaften Blick

Der Urlaub war von Beginn an Urlaub! Dazu hat natürlich auch der sehr gute und freundliche Kontakt mit Leopoldine gesorgt. Leopoldine, auf diesem Weg noch einmal ein herzliches Dankeschön, dass Du immer für uns erreichbar warst. Wir haben als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) mit einem Labrador Urlaub gemacht und wurden mit einer Falsche Wein und natürlich dem tollen Ausblick aufs Meer belohnt. Von den Schlafzimmern aus konnten wir morgens den Sonnenaufgang überm Mittelmeer sehen. Schöner kann man nicht den Tag beginnen. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, ebenso sind die Badezimmer neu. Auch das Wohnzimmer bietet alles was verregnet Tage (wir waren Ende März/Anfang April hier) angenehmer macht. Die Klimaanlage macht kühlere Tage angenehm. Besonders hat mir auch die Küche gefallen. Sie hatte alles, was man braucht, nicht nur die typische Ferienhausausstattung. So hat das Kochen auch Spaß gemacht. Die Ferienanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Jeden Tag haben wir Gärtner gesehen, die die Anlage in Ordnung hielten. Das Wachpersonal war immer sehr freundlich, sprechen aber kaum englisch. Wir haben die Pools noch nicht ausprobieren können, da es noch zu früh im Jahr war. Tennis konnte man ohne Anmeldung spielen, was wir auch ausgenutzt haben. Die Ferienanlage ist zentral gelegen. Das nächste größere Einkaufszentrum liegt 15 min entfernt, Cannes 30 min, Nizza 45min, Monaco 1h und St. Tropez, mit den schöneren Sandstränden in Ramatuelle 1,30h. Für Ausflüge ideal! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein wunderschönes Feriendomizil

Wir haben Ende Mai / Anfang Juni mit unseren Kindern und unserem Hund 2 Wochen in einer wunderbaren Ferienwohnung in einer außergewöhnlichen Ferienanlage verbracht. Die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen und die gesamte Anlage war mit all den Angeboten - wie Pools, Strand, Fitnessmöglichkeiten etwas ganz besonderes. Wir können die Ferienwohnung absolut empfehlen. Die Begleitung durch Leopoldine inkl. dem gut aufbereteten Infomaterial war optimal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vue exceptionnelle

Les membres du personnel (au club house et les gardiens de l'entrée) sont très gentils et disponibles. L'appartement n°58, sur deux étages, est spacieux et lumineux. Les chambres à l'étage sont belles et grandes. La salle à manger et à la cuisine sont fonctionnelles. Le salon et les deux terrasses sont très agréables à vivre et disposent d'une magnifique vue panoramique sur la mer. Elles sont bien orientées et permettent de prendre le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner au soleil. Le complexe est très calme et il est très appréciable de s'y promener, entre les chemins et les escaliers, surtout en cette période de printemps. Nous avons également apprécié la piscine chauffée. Nous recommandons fortement cette résidence. De plus, le contact avec notre hôte était facile et sympathique.

The apartment is very nice, beautiful view, it looks cosy, it really feels very comfortable and Everything was very clean ! Our contact with the owner was perfect !!

Séjour très réussi !

Appartement très agréable dans une résidence arborée calme et très soignée avec deux grandes terrasses face à la mer. L’appartement est très bien agencé avec tout le matériel nécessaire et en très bon état. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire qui répond très rapidement à nos questions. Location à conseiller.

Tres bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir , le duplex était conforme aux photos et impeccable . La propriétaire nous avait laissé sur place un petit kit d'arrivée tres agréableet utile que nous avons utilisé avec beaucoup de plaisir . Je recommande ce bien .
