There’s plenty of room to relax in the private indoor/outdoor areas overlooking the green landscaped gardens. This designer property has four uniquely styled master bedrooms, features a tropical plunge pool, two lounge rooms - one an upstairs retreat to relax and read a book - or simply unwind and indoor and outdoor dining. With a layout that meanders from living room to dining room to fully equipped kitchen, then proceed up to the four bedrooms and second lounge.
Outside a garden oasis provides a small pool to refresh and invigorate guests after a day well spent at the beach. Every guest can find their space in this house. And when it is time to get out and about, there are countless activities close by.

All four bedrooms offer an intimate sleeping experience with a private deck leading out from three of the four bedrooms to a tropical oasis of cactus, palms, hanging chair and garden pathways. There is a main bathroom and two beautifully appointed ensuited bedrooms.

Entering through the green canopy of the garden, you take the front stairs and enter the downstairs lounge room with glass wooden panel windows framing the landscape and large entertaining deck. Step up from the lounge room to the kitchen and breakfast room. Large glass stack windows open - interconnecting each of the living, kitchen and outdoor areas. The home is fitted with a modern renovated kitchen, perfect for dining in with family and friends.
