The open-plan layout seamlessly blends the living, dining & kitchen areas, creating a warm & inviting atmosphere on the top floor. The home is styled beautifully with stunning decor & finishes.
The gourmet kitchen has ample space for everyone to gather with a stunning dining table overlooking the water.
On this level, you will find the Master bedroom with a private ensuite that looks directly out at the ocean - your own private retreat.
As you wander down to the lower level you are greeted with a second comfortable living area. The 3 additional bedrooms are also located on this level with a main bathroom that has a sunken bathtub to relax after a long day at the beach.
The rear deck contains a large entertaining area with ample space for people to sit & relax and enjoy the view. There is also a below-ground spa located on the outdoor deck.

Surrounded by nature, incredible surf beach (patrolled) amazing restaurants and shops, monthly markets, national park walks & the serene Lake Weyba at its doorstep.
Locals and visitors love the laidback and chilled community vibe and would argue that Peregian Beach is the best place to holiday on the Sunshine Coast (only 14kms from the airport).
