This is the real deal, this is the perfect vacation spot!!

As soon as we walked in we got hit with an amazing smell. Loved how close it was to the beach access and not only that we had the pool to ourselves. I spoke to the host twice during our stay he made us feel right at home. We’re already looking at summer dates loll!!

This was a cute home that my family and I enjoyed very much! Easy and great communication with the owner he answered all my questions right away every time. I will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends and I will also be panning another trip back!

Highly recommend this condo

The photos provided by the hosts were extremely accurate and the place looked just like the listing. It’s only a 2‑minute walk to the beach, and they even provided a tent and beach towels. The condo felt fresh, smelled amazing, and the beds were very comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had 4 guests and everyone was happy with the stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with a blender, toaster, coffee maker, cups, plates, and more, which made it easy to cook and eat in. The bathrooms were spotless, and I was impressed that there wasn’t any sand inside the condo despite being so close to the beach. They also offered plenty of towels and shower essentials. We loved having coffee outside in the mornings and using the BBQ pit in the evenings. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Perfect in every way

This place was amazing. It was super clean and just as pictured. My family and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back. They even had a cupcake in the fridge since we were celebrating my sister’s birthday.

Really bad sewer smell, very unhealthy

The very moment we stepped in side we smelled that HORRIBLE SMELL we turned on the de-humidifier and that didn’t work. That evening when the rest of family came in all complained about the smell. It would get worst at nite. We bought 5 cans of room deodorizer and finished them all. We had enough on our heads with the funeral, that we didn’t want to complain, what ended up happening my husband and my daughter didn’t stay with us after Sat. nite. They couldn’t stand it. My son left on Sunday so my sister and I decided to stay, cause we had already paid. On Monday we did ask some Maintenance men that were working in the upper rental unit, about the smell .They said it could be the drainage from the a/c unit. Some have it draining into the shower instead of outside. I did check and there is a sm.drainage pipe dripping in the guest shower. I’m not one of those people that like to complain, but this one I had to. This needs to be address it’s unhealthy and unsanitary. Luckily we have family in bville that took some of my family in. We were in town for my nephews funeral so I really didn’t want to complain. But I will tell u this I don’t suffer from allergies but I had a really strong sinus issue ,started the sat after we checked in and it went away 2 days later after I got home. People PLEASE take care of this issue.

Great Location

The condo is less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. It's decorated very nicely and will feel like your home away from home. The kitchen had everything you needed to make a family meal. The patio is a generous side for sitting outside. My kids loved the beds. The host was very great to work with. I'd stay here again!

Great location, spacious rental

The location was great. Enough space in the rental. A lot of thought went into having available items (beach towels, grill, washer/dryer, fans and extra pillows in closets) needed by renters. The living room was very spacious and plenty of kitchen seating. Parking was close by and check in/out process was very easy too. Only suggestions I'd make are having some rugs at entrances to contain some of the sand, and possibly more cooling thermostat settings.

Wonderful hospitality

We felt welcomed before we even arrived! Alex reached out the day of check-in to ensure we had all the details we needed, and he stayed in touch throughout for questions, area recommendations and other needs. The condo is adorable with a great location just across the street from the beach (access about a block down). The kitchen is well-equipped and spacious, and the room with bunk beds is so cute with animal decor that my toddler absolutely loved. Thank you for everything, Alex!

Great experience!! The condo was perfect. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Alex our host was wonderful and checked in with us a few times for any of our needs or concerns. There were none. We will definitely be back.

Amazing place to vacation!

Our family loved this home! It came equipped with everything you need. Plenty of towels, kitchen essentials, very verrrrry clean, and beautifully decorated. Pool was very clean, just a walk across the street will put you at the beach. Alex made sure we were comfortable, that we were accommodated, and even offered plenty of recommendations of things to do and see. Great location, close to everything you’d want to see and do at Padre. I can’t wait to go back again, we knew this was the perfect spot when we say the notes welcoming us and letting us know we had been prayed for…this place is perfect if you have kiddos, mine didn’t want to leave and are asking when we can return. Thank you, Alex!!

Not as great as it looked, but still a very nice place to vacation. There were a few things that could have been better but the owner was more than helpful and very nice. We enjoyed our stay except for the weather which the owner could not control.

This place is AMAZING. Alex went above and beyond to make sure the house was perfect, we knew the best places to go, and we didn’t have a thing to worry about while we were there….he truly thought of everything! The location is fabulous. Everything about this home was even better than we could have imagined…..we will definitely be back!

SPI RENTAL

This was our first time renting a condo through AirBnB and our experience was AWESOME. Alex was such a great host texting us the moment our condo was ready and providing information on where to find stuff if needed and places to go in SPI to have some fun. If i had a question he was fast to answer my text. The place was amazing, clean, smelled so fresh, and felt “homey” and very welcoming. The pool seemed small from the outside but once inside, it was the perfect size for us, my 8 and 4 year old had a blast. Location was also perfect, beach entrance about 1.5 blocks walking distance, and over all very chill. Id definitely rent here again in the future.

Beautiful Condo

This is the 2nd time I have been lucky enough to rent this beautiful GEM ! let me first say, what you see in the picture is exactly what you will have when you rent this beautiful condo, it looks exactly like the pictures! The condo is VERY clean, well kept, and in a great location to everything you could want from a trip to the beach. It is within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping for souvenirs! The place had everything we needed!! The beds were also very comfortable and all the small personal touches made you feel welcomed and at home. ( toiletries, plush towels, and the bikes!) There was a cute welcoming gift basket stuffed with items we may need.. masks, sunscreen, snacks, coffee pods, bottled water, hand sanitizer, etc. It's these small touches that make returning an easy decision. What you don't see is the outstanding personality of the hosts, Alex was great with communicating all the information to make our check-in process as smooth as possible and responded quickly whenever we had any questions. This was the perfect place for me to rest, relax and enjoy my birthday weekend. This is all around a great place to stay and I highly recommend this condo and I can't wait to come back.

Amazing stay and hospitality.

What an amazing experience we had as we walked in to this beautiful clean 2 bd 2 ba condo. Everything and anything you need you will find there. It is very spacious and there is a lot of sitting areas even on balcony. It is walking distance to the beach, cart rentals and shops / restaurants. Owners are very attentive and always available for any thing you need or questions you may have. We highly recommend it.

Above and beyond my expectations!!!

We had the best time staying at this house! Alex was quick to respond to any questions we had and helped us out a ton! The house was gorgeous and clean and they provided coffee and a small breakfast! The couch was comfortable and fit our whole family (of 8!) and we loved snuggling up and watching Netflix at night! Or playing all of the board games they provided!! It was a quick walk to the beach in a great location! Would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to again!!

Perfect!

This was our first VRBO experience. My husband and two 16 year old girls decided to spend a few days in SPI. From the moment we made our reservation - communication was outstanding. Check in was a breeze. The condo was perfect. The decor was welcoming and comfortable. Beach towels, shampoo, blow dryer, fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer all provided. TV is bedrooms and living room! We loved the location. Great parking too. Highly recommend this property and management.

Upon arrival, we found the condo in excellent conditions. Appliances and furniture etc etc were in great shape. As soon as I got my confirmation, Alex from the Evolve Team reached out to me with his great support and awesome customer service during and after our stay. I will definitely rent one of these condos again. I highly recommend them.
