Great SPI Rental

We had an amazing time at this beautiful Rental. The Host was excellent and tended to all our needs. We would rent it again, very satisfied!

Everything wrnt well. The host was great and made sure our stay was wonderful. The property was clean and was in a great location, near everything we wanted to be close by too. Ww would eecommend renting from this host for any stay in South Padre.

Great location

Beautiful place great location from beach but strict, we were only allowed visitors if it did not exceed your total number of allowed room occupancy no charcoal grilling though offered a propane grill in a designated area .

Bahia Mar beach front condo

Grounds around the condo are very well kept. Very nice heated pool and hot tubs. Condo had everything needed for a long term stay. Rooms were cleaned prior to our stay but the whole condo could use a thorough cleaning a couple times a year. Shower in the guest bathroom could use an update. Beds are comfortable and overall it’s a nice place to stay.

Great condo

Location was awesome, 2 pools for kids, walk to beach was short, and loved that wrist bands were required to enter the property from the main road and from beach access. Highly recommend

Perfect!

This property is cute, cozy and clean! Easy access to the pool and beach, nice view of the ocean from the patio/balcony. Unit is also well kept and fully stocked. My family and I really enjoyed our vacation stay and we look forward to staying here again!

Had an issue upon arrival and check in the owner went above and beyond to resolve. Unit is well located, properly equipped, and will definitely rent again. Good location for kiteboarders.

Nice Location

Very nice and comfortable condo. Rooms were very nice. The queen beds in each bedroom were comfortable. The condo was well equipped with all the necessities. Very enjoyable. Ross did a very mice job in communications. Was always attentive to our needs.Eequipped with the necessities that wee needed

Get Away

Place was great , great location and easy access to the beach . Condo was as described and was cool after a long day on the beach . We had a little trouble at check in because we were given a code to door but contacted owner and front desk and got it taken care of . Would recommend this place for a great place to stay . 2 pools and hot tubs made it great for the little ones . Overall would definitely stay again

Great place to stay

The location is right off the beach and sandwiched between 2 pools. The area is clean and nice. The rental was spacious. It had some great beach gear for you including chairs, beach canopy, and other items to go have fun in the sun. There are quite a few places within walking distance as well.

Overall stay

It was a nice place to stay, but we did notice it didn’t look as clean when we first arrived. The owner got in touch with us as soon as possible and got cleaning people there within the hour. We also ran out of soap and toilet paper, that was a little disappointing. I was overall happy the owner was concerned and helped us get that problem fixed!

Great Trip

We had a great time at Bahia Mar! The condo is centrally located inside the property with easy access to both pools and the beach. The condo is very clean and the AC unit works great, cooling off the condo very quickly. The entire property is well maintained. It appears they are updating some of the amenities but you do not notice the construction going on. I highly recommend Bahia Mar and this condo.

First Time SPI Spring Break

Condo location is great, clean property, great pools and great access to the beach. Condo was clean and fairly appointed, but you can tell this is a habitual rental. Had to search a bit for pans and towels and the washer dryer was locked up which I could have used. All in all I would absolutely recommend this property and Ross was quick to reply with the one question I had. Great stay!

We had a very enjoyable time despite some unexpected events. The property owner called me the day before the trip to let me that there was a problem with the condo but he had a solution for me. He had gotten in touch with another property owner and offered us another condo on a piece of the property closer to the pool and beach. We had a glorious time. I could see the kids in the pool from the balcony and i had a great view of the ocean. He gave me back one nights stay and promised a free night with my next stay at his condo. That Ross is a great guy and i look forward to spending some time in his condo next time, the balcony furniture looks amazing. Thanks Ross and thanks to the property owners that stepped up at a moment's notice and let us stay at their condo. I highly recommend!!

A very nice place!

This is a really nice spot. We got everything we needed for our stay. The unit is clean, upgraded and nicely decorated. The balcony is nicely furnished and it has a small sea view. A quick walk and you are in the beach. The property has 2 swimming pools and a small playground for children under 5 (which we did not use due to the 100+ temperatures). We will definitely return for our next summer vacation!

Beach Vacation

Condo suited our needs. They had lounge chairs, umbrella, beach mat, sand toys, etc. in the unit, as well as dishes, utensils, and cleaning supplies. Could have had some more games like UNO, etc. in the unit for guests to play.
