Summer beach family Vacation

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this property. The house was pristine, well appointed, with beautiful furniture and well stocked kitchen. Location was fantastic. Customer service was excellent with response time within minutes. I hope to be back again.

Happy second visit

We stayed in this home in 2024 and again this week. It has been a wonderful place for us, our children, sons-in-law, and grandchildren. It’s a beautiful home that’s an easy walk to both the beach and Night Heron Park. With our growing family it’s become our go-to place to stay on Kiawah

Fantastic Kiawah Beach Trip

Perfect place for two families to enjoy a beach trip to Kiawah. Living spaces are great, upstairs and downstairs. Bedrooms are a nice size and decorated well. Great communication with owners

Great property

Really enjoyed our stay! Pool table was a lot of fun for the kids/teens. Lots of space for the entire extended family.

Good points. Place was clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and clean. They supplied lots of cleaners for laundry and dishwasher. Close to the beach. Negative points. All 3 ceiling fans on first floor did not work (they did supply a portable fan the next day). Outside shower did not work. For a huge kitchen very little supplies. No spices for cooking. Primary bedroom had water damage on ceiling and hardwood floor.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the clean, spacious home, comfortable beds, and convenient location near the beach. We apologize for the maintenance issues. The ceiling fans are being repaired, and we were happy to provide a portable fan in the meantime. The ceiling and flooring damage resulted from a recent HVAC issue and is also being addressed. We appreciate you bringing the outdoor shower to our attention. The kitchen is stocked with high-end appliances, cookware, utensils, and other essentials. Because it is quite large, some cabinets are intentionally left empty so guests have room for groceries and pantry items. For health and safety reasons, we do not provide food products such as spices or other opened consumables. We appreciate your stay and your helpful comments.

Perfect Family Retreat

The house was great for our family gathering of 7 adults and 3 children. It is listed as 5 bedrooms but it really has 6!! The kitchen is lovely, huge, and well-equipped. The short walk to the beach through a lush neighborhood was an added benefit. We highly recommend this house!!

My husband has worked for a 5-star hotel company for more than 20 years, which has allowed us to enjoy 5-star properties worldwide. This house is of that class in every way. House has a great layout, every amenity you could want, a loaded kitchen, and easy beach access. Beach chairs and towels provided were a bonus!

Tennis and beach girls weekend

The house was great! Very clean, tastefully decorated and well stocked. Perfect weekend and will most certainly rent again. I would highly recommend this property on Kiawah Island.

Beautiful home, great location for family vacation

This is a beautiful home with top of the line appliances and furnishings. There was plenty of room for our extended family of 11, ranging from grandparents to infants. Location close to the beach was key as was the upstairs family/rec room.

Great trip!

We had a fabulous experience at this house! The house had everything we needed to make us comfortable for the week. The location was close to the beach and very walkable to The Nest and The Sanctuary. The kitchen was well-stocked allowing us to prepare meals at home. We will definitely stay here again!

Family beach vacation

Our family has stayed in this property for 2 years. It is a favorite of our grandchildren and children. We are a group of 12 and we enjoy all the space!

Quiet and Peaceful

Our whole family vacation was very quiet and peaceful this year. The home was beautiful and surrounded by trees which meant shady and quiet. Nice walk to the beach that wasn't loud and over crowed. We enjoyed the week and would consider returning again.

It was great!

This house was Beautiful and accommodated our family perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. I bring my favorites with me because I have been disappointed in the past, but not here! Iteip was great too!

Kiawah routine

12th visit to Kiawah since 1986. Grandchildren are now imprinted. First visit to this property and will likely stay again. Well appointed and close to beach. Highly recommended.
